    @reliancejio - i do have jio fiber number - 01203162562. Now I'm facing from along time where the router or the box and every time and every day I'm facing this and the main thing i have so many tickets which are closed by the technician stating the issue got resolved by just....

    2nd issue with jio fiber: At the time of purchase I was told if i makes the payment for 6 month I'll get one extra month of internet but I had a word with customer representative she told me there is no extra month given in my account. @reliancejio @JioCare please do the needful
