    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare I'm at serlingumpally hyderabad at my location jio is showing full 5g signal but one single day it didn't worked properly. Some parts of the city only working. I recharged for one year. We don't have refund rules as well. How can you solve this problm

    @JioCare @reliancejio On top of all these bullshit when I try to contact to customer support I get to deal with automated voices but I'm unable to connect with a real human. This is how you treat the customers? You can tell me in simple words if you're gonna be just snatching the money from our hands.

    @JioCare This same issue keeps happening again and again. The service works fine for a few days, then it becomes terrible. All you do is give the same useless responses, but nothing actually gets fixed. @JioCare #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare SR00003BMCZ1 raised yesterday on advise of your customer care. A new service Engineer visited today completely unaware of router replacement which was identified by service Engineer who had visited yesterday.
