    @JioCare @JioCare Now I am stuck with my connection down, recharging mobile data daily just to get my work done. If you guys are incapable of providing the service just cancel it and refund my money. At least I can use @FibreAirtel.

    @JioCare What do you mean by technical reasons? Your guy says he has notified multiple times but jio has not sent the team to the location? Waiting for auspicious time to fix the issue ? @JioCare @jio_fiber . I want an ETA . Take some accountability and responsibility.

    @JioCare I've already shared didnt you guys see? Been out of internet since 3pm yesterday. And your customer care executives are rude. Also I believe jio needs to hire more supervisors as no one is available if one wants to escalate a complaint.

    @JioCare I used to have @airtelindia is my primary sim and second sim on @reliancejio. At my office location Airtel network was not working. So I ported in Jio. Now internet is neither working at home nor in office. Only calls. Unfortunate

    @Murti_Nain I am switching over to Airtel. The Jio internet service is v disappointing these days. I have to put Flight Mode ON/OFF multiple times a day to get internet connection. @reliancejio
