  I have been facing issues for the past 24 hours — my Jio Fiber/WiFi is not working. When I called customer support, the agent spoke to me very rudely the service is very poor. My Jio WiFi goes down 3 times a month. @reliancejio @JioCare

  Oh, now it all makes sense. Asked @JioCare to extend my subscription for the 3 days I had no internet. They said they only do that if the outage lasts 4+ days. Funny how the engineer suddenly gets assigned on Day 3. Quite the coincidence.

  @JioCare Your excuse that the daily data renewal time is "system specific" and cannot be changed is unacceptable. Customers deserve flexibility, not scripted responses. My Jio recharge ends on 22 Aug, and I'll be porting to Airtel. Better service deserves my money. #Jio #PortOut

  @JioCare 3 days no Internet. 72 hours since I raised a service request. No update. No support from @jio_fiber money charged every month without fail but when Internet goes down the JIo company goes back to the Stone Age. jio support is worse than a govt office
