    @JioCare Till the time your service is restored you will not charge us. That is your payment date should be changed. Also a service engineer informed that it may not get restored as the tower connected to the device is damaged

    @JioCare @reliancejio the audacity to ask for details to share over dm and then ghosting your customer is really commendable 🙌🏻 31st Aug is the last date I will be using the worst service provider’s WiFi connection, post that switching to @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio SR00003CWUDP - This SR foot outage was from 1st Aug to 12th Aug I have been trying to raise rebate request for the unavailability of internet access for those 11-12days to ur customer care. I keep getting said a manager will call but nothing has happened yet

    @JioCare I'm heared the same answers for past 3 days from customer service intelephonic.without my concern , scheduled assigned but nobody coming. But now you say new term confirmed slot. I know your response from last 2 days sheduled. Let other customers also know about the poor response

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare Really disappointed with JioFiber support. Despite multiple complaints, I’m still being told that shifting the wire isn’t their responsibility because Jio “doesn’t pay for it.” I pay ₹10K/year for the service—why am I expected to deal with this?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @relaiancejiocare My JioAirFiber issue is still unresolved. Service Request ID: SR00002NL1MS.The 1st service attempt was unsuccessful due to lack of proper technical knowledge.Since then,no engineer has been assigned past 3 days.Very poor response,service.

    @JioCare dear Jio my 4 complaints have fallen on deaf ears. no resolution. No complaint number given in sms or email and every time it starts afresh. Very poor service. Not expected this poor response from your technical team. My connection is through my mob number 8788801876

    @JioCare And it is resolved without doing anything. Nobody did anything. This is absolutely pathetic customer service. You have bots everywhere and it's impossible to reach out to you. Do something as soon as possible.
