  @JioCare U r also bad service than Airtel.. Last 2 days no one executive call for internet connection.. And here already suffer from airtel now u r also same as like Airtel.. Will going to local vendor like GTPL.. Thx for gave such bad service before taken connection..Hahhaa.

  @reliancejio @JioCare significant internet connectivity issues & voice drop from the last couple of days at Purunakatak PIN 762013 Causing considerable inconvenience to me and other residents in the locality It appears that the issue lies with the network performance in our area.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I never said I am experiencing issues but I gave feedback to come out with unlimited 4G data option as well like VI does. So simply escalate to right team. It sadly shows Jio in bad light if you can't understand a simple message and use irrelevant scripted responses

  @JioCare Received Service Restoration Message just now. Thanks for resolution. However please improve on customer service as 24 hours outage is big concern. We don’t want to go back to BSNL era.

  @JioCare Complaint regarding excess charges for the Amazon Lite Plan on my Jio connection 1135599831. I have already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, yet additional charges are still being applied. Kindly remove these excess charges immediately, otherwise surrender my connection
