    Don't buy #jiofiber, Instant of jio use #airtel very worst service by #jio from july 26 till now my jio fiber is not fixed and no engineer has visited the site yet.. It's been more than 7 days today and its deficiency in services by jio. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    @JioCare My no. is 9654013902. Address: 147/6, Hanuman Colony, Near Sukhpura Chowk, Rohtak Haryana - 124001. When you will resolve Network issue, Haan??? Where 5G has been launched, Jio is unable to provide network coverage! Why there is so poor signal📶??! Data speeds seems 1G!!

    @JioCare I have requested for relocation since last 10 days, still problem has not been resolved. Contact so many times to customer care for support. Can't able to request other order, as I have to generate new order for set top box. Really irritating 😔😔😔😔 #jiofiber #jio

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare really frustrated with your #poorcustomerservice .system down for the last 2 days, but no response. Your chat gives copy paste answers & your call centre is clueless. Everytime we call, the resolution time gets pushed back by 6 hours. Ref:299747081854.

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to solve my issue. Now, your issue raise when make to call on other #VI number, "beep..beep...beep..beep" for infinity time and than after, call cuts. My 4 family member, who are VI user, facing the same issue in whole #Gujarat

    @JioCare Received call from sincere hardworking technician on 30th july from 6261630025 number , i had given my availability between 4 & 6 pm on same day. Even after 48 hours no one had attended the issue.
