  @JioCare When i call to the customer service number 198 they were not responding correctly and when i asked to track the service request number they declining the call It happened more than twice. This is pathetic service couldn’t expected from jio

  @reliancejio My phone is 5G and I have taken a 5G unlimited plan of Jio SIM. For the last two months, the 5G network speed has been almost nil. Even when the 5G signal is showing, the speed is very slow. I have complained four-five times but there is no solution. I am thinking of porting the SIM to another network. @JioCare @Reliance
