@JioCare I understand your team is working but how would you compensate Customer for these off-internet days since 2ndAug? Its a complete outage (not just few hrs). My prepaid plan is set to expire on 25thAug. Would u increase the plan expiry date with the number of days of internet loss?

@JioCare This is regarding our Jio fiber complaint basically in our area. We are happy with your Wifi services in our society but your Tardeo MP mill compound team members are not good. They are fraud and cheating customers by giving fake promises and ignoring customers.
