    @JioCare All standard SOPs mentioned in your app have been followed. I have been trying this from yesterday every 6 hours. Still issue is unresolved. Send a representative ASAP Or I will switch to some other provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio If your team actually checked my ticket, you’d see how many times I’ve done this in the last 24 hours alone. Generic copy-paste responses aren’t helping, please escalate and fix the issue. I shouldn't have to deal with this for 4 days.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network’s been badly disrupted for 4 days in Power House Chauraha, Arain (PIN 305813). No proper internet or calls. Despite costly recharges, service is unacceptable. Having to use Vodafone just to post this complaint. Please fix urgently.

    Not a single call, visit, or update from @JioCare even after missing their self-imposed Aug 27 deadline. Weeks of keeping paid AirFiber completely dead while pocketing my advance money. Stop the fraud. Cancel this account and credit my full REFUND today! @reliancejio @TRAI

    @TRAI @JM_Scindia Even @JioCare is not taking any action against reported spam through TRAI DND android app. This is an update on DND Service Request number SR00003EOH3D for your Jio number. Basis details mentioned in your complaint, defaulting telemarketer belongs to other operator. As per their investigation, no call was found from the telemarketer to your number on the reported date.

    @JioCare Its been 10 days that the SR has been raised.There is no update.I have to wait for 100 days to reclaim the unused balance from my previous connection.Such a pathetic service. Will wait for another 10 days to opt out of your service to @ACTFibernetHYD
