    @JioCare Surprised to know that Your field engineer are not interested to listen the customer care official and company policy to provide set box which is available in plan and engineer saying this is not for existing customers only for new customers applicable .

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took a new Jio number 4 Days back. every mrng my WhatsApp gets blocked & into review without using.I get calls asking about the previous user who had taken loan. Ur customer care asked to visit store.The store asked to call customer care. @DoT_India

    @JioCare @JioCare Just replying here and calling from the support centre to say “we have forwarded your issue” is not a solution. Your Kesli office (470235) is closed again today, and still no one from the local team is answering calls. I am attaching a geo-tagged, time-stamped photo of the office. You can verify this locally as well. Your team is also giving “heavy rain” as the reason for my JioAirFiber installation delay, while there has been almost no rain here for many days. Please verify the actual local conditions instead of giving generic excuses. I don’t need another “concerned team will contact you” reply. I need a confirmed installation date and accountability from the local team.

    Just wanted to know if BSNL has better internet or not. Because @airtelindia and @reliancejio doesn't seem to work on their service optimization just takes money and find ways to charge more. I am looking to port to BSNL but would like to know if that is even feasible. Not worth it if they can't provide consistent internet while I am gaming and if I have to give up on gaming so better to move to cheaper option for sim cards.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is one of the worst in India. They gives lot of benefits but don't share how can we claim them and even hides info. I recharged my Jio number for 3999, not able to access Fancode in my laptop. Why. ? Don't know how to claim Gemini Pro+ benefits
