  My Wi-Fi complaint is still NOT resolved, but your app is incorrectly showing the service request as “Completed.” The technician assigned to the issue is also not responding to my calls, and when he does answer, he speaks rudely and unprofessionally.@JioCare

  Your support flow is completely broken @JioCare . In-app diagnostics fail, yet there’s no direct option to raise a ticket without jumping through frustrating bot loops. 5 days of zero connectivity on my JioFiber ₹999 plan and not a single technician visit scheduled. Worst.

  Good move @ViCustomerCare with new branding. People are now fed up with poor or below poor network quality of @airtelindia and @reliancejio I am willing to pay a better competitive price if you are promising upgrades to network. Also let’s challenge the home internet space

  Extremely frustrated with @reliancejio @JioCare. My #JioFiber wifi is frequently disconnecting nowadays, making it impossible to work. To make it worse, there is zero response from the customer service team and I can't seem to reach them at all. Please fix this @JIOAIRFIBERIN

  I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.
