  Dear @JioCare, I've been requesting cancellation of my JioFiber connection since 1st August. It's been 6 days, multiple calls, multiple promises, multiple rescheduled pickup appointments - but still no cancellation. I have every call recording. Why should a customer have to beg to discontinue a service? #JioFiber #CustomerService

One of your technicians mentioned that it will be done in 3 months. And today we just had 2 hrs power cut and even the tweets are not loading here..
