    @JioCare @reliancejio Never use JioFiber. the worst customer service experience. My complaint has already been registered, yet no technician has visited and no one answers the calls. Every day, customer care simply sends another "reschedule" link instead of resolving. 8650607734

    @JioCare @JioCare The scheduled engineer visit (7 PM–8 PM) has been missed. The assigned engineer's phone was switched off and no one visited. My internet has been down for 6 days. Please arrange another engineer immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioCare all are just a bunch of thugs who took my money and are not doing installation . Worst service, worst field engineers and insensitive customer care. Customer care seniors do not come on call, this is the kind of ownership Jio holds, @TRAI kindly check.
