    Filing a complaint against Jio to breach of trust. My grandfather's health suddenly worsened. Neither I could able to call to someone nor my family could call me because of bad Jio network in the emergency Jio betrayed us. I am going to sue on Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare All your helpline are for your customer but I need to raise complaint about jiofiber wires spreading here and there, on roads/building etc. Where to contact. I have called all available numbers but they have predefined problem menu only

    @JioCare Past 1 PM & engineer Uttam Nishad is a NO-SHOW! The app removed my time slot. State Escalation SR00003673D9 is useless. This 5-day outage is completely stalling my technical studies. Dispatch a tech to Durg TODAY and refund my lost days!

    @JioCare Thank you Dipesh for your understanding. I'll need an resolution soon. If an ISP is "not responding" for 5+days, It's already unreliable. If bill payment is delayed for a day, I'm sure it will be disconnected. Please implement same stable application for SR dept as well

    @JioCare Why is it so difficult to understand?!?!? When we wanted to install the fiber your technician immediately did it but now that there are issues with your service you have no responsibility
