    Filing a complaint against Jio to breach of trust. My grandfather's health suddenly worsened. Neither I could able to call to someone nor my family could call me because of bad Jio network in the emergency Jio betrayed us. I am going to sue on Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Its been 4 Days applied for Jio Air Fiber and even i have made the payment but yet no one has contacted me for installation Worst service by jio. Agent was not even listening to us until i make payment but after payment he is not even answering the call @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare The appointment time has passed and still no engineer came to install. Looking at your service and response I should not install jio fiber and cancel the appointment !!

    @JioCare Facing very slow speed on Jio AirFiber in my area. The network is unstable and speeds are dropping frequently despite 5G coverage showing available. Kindly check the issue and improve network performance. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare I waited more than a week, faced multiple missed schedules, and received no proper resolution. I have now booked with another provider. Please cancel my Jio AirFiber order and process my refund without further delay. Kindly confirm the refund process and timeline. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer Nitesh Kumar Singh [91134 71406], assigned to my complaint SR000035L5K1, is highly irresponsible. He has never picked up my call even once. Please take strict action and assign a responsible engineer who can actually support customers properly. #PoorService

    @JioCare You didn't install today also. Second time. The local person simply says it's a server issue. Technician says different. Total chaos. I would advice people to double check or move to other service provider

    @JioCare Thanks for action on this after multiple follow ups. The SR raised states resolution by 16 May. I have paid for jio fiber on 6May, why I have to wait till 16? I have paid amount on 6, not availing services till date, will jio pay interest on my money which they parked on 6?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. Using Jio Airfiber facing issues from past 1 month of regular speed lost And from last 5 days it always remain on network outage in every 10 min Raised customer complaint Contacted local service provider
