    Filing a complaint against Jio to breach of trust. My grandfather's health suddenly worsened. Neither I could able to call to someone nor my family could call me because of bad Jio network in the emergency Jio betrayed us. I am going to sue on Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare DM already sent as get assistance from AI and customer care is useful. The only resolution provided for all the issues is restart the router.

    @JioCare The internet is running slow in my Jio Airfiber, is that why I have to do such expensive recharge every month, please solve my problem, if there is no problem then I will have to switch to Airtel. @JioCare

    @JioCare Booked Jio AirFiber via MyJio. On 16-04-2026 (6:15 PM), a technician asked for payment on his personal number. When I said I’ll confirm via official email, I was misled. Complaint already raised, now facing “no stock” delay. Please resolve urgently. I’ll share agent name, number

    @JioCare Such a poor service as your saharanpur team is not able to resolve the issues. Team leader Dinesh Kumar, Puneet Chaudhary and their team are not able to solve the issues. Also your DGM Radha Nair is not interested in picking the customers call. So cancel the connection and refund

    @JioCare @reliancejio - Within 10 minutes of my posting of complaint in X my complaint against 917713591203 jio home connection, JIO team rescheduled visit to resolve the issue for 22nd April . This is the level of care by JIO. This is really a toture. They really dont care

    @JioCare No updates again—no call, no assistance from Jio today. The total turnaround time for this escalation has now reached 1 month and 2 days. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This clearly reflects negligence, repeated fake updates.
