    Filing a complaint against Jio to breach of trust. My grandfather's health suddenly worsened. Neither I could able to call to someone nor my family could call me because of bad Jio network in the emergency Jio betrayed us. I am going to sue on Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Pathetic Response from Jio Fibre team. It's more than 36 Hours and Jio team not abe to resolve the issue with connectivity. Internet is not availale 2 complaints made by me and few others from neighbors. Standard reply from customer care and support team

    Hii @reliancejio I got transferred to another city so i want to discontinue my jio fiber connection ASAP. And surrender my jio device to get refund of deposit. Please support and escalate my request.

    Jio bot is dumbest. Reporting on whatsapp need more patience to pull human in the chat. Poor network after ported to postpaid, waiting for three months lock-in to switch back @JioCare #reliancejio

    to @reliancejio permanently. Airtel engineers called my thrice confirming their presence but no one showed up. Cancelled all the plans to fix this only to know that they are playing around with time. Hats off guys… here is the broadband no:- 06124006525

    @JioCare I took new BB connection just week back , 3times it's completely dead , service request number is SR000015Q9FL. what's the use of having broadband while it's not assured of service ??

    @JioCare I have ported my number from vodafone to jio. On friday( 09/07/2021). But my sim is still not activated. It's been 4 days already. I have also paid 399 rs for two months recharge. Can i know how much further time will it take to port my sim in your network.
