Filing a complaint against Jio to breach of trust. My grandfather's health suddenly worsened. Neither I could able to call to someone nor my family could call me because of bad Jio network in the emergency Jio betrayed us. I am going to sue on Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

Dear @reliancejio It's absolutely okay to remind your customers for recharge 4 days before the due date. But it's sickening to remind that before everyone outgoing call. God forbid,it can even be an emergency call.
