Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.

I have another connection in Mumbai and I get the exact same "facing an issue in your area" excuse there too. Giving the same reason for two different locations just shows that your overall service has become terrible. Stop giving excuses
