Filing a complaint against Jio to breach of trust. My grandfather's health suddenly worsened. Neither I could able to call to someone nor my family could call me because of bad Jio network in the emergency Jio betrayed us. I am going to sue on Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I ported from Airtel Postpaid to Jio,Bt I think i taken wrong choice bcuz there is no network in Indoor and while calling CC to raised complaint against same and they replied there is too many user we can’t help you.Pls resolve or i do port again in airtel after 3months.

@JioCare Please look into this matter. I'm unable to receive calls since a day now. I get a message that there is a missed call. It says out of coverage area. I have network and have tried restarting phone and reinserting sim. Nothing worked.

@JioCare Ok I will go for consumer forum. I am not satisfy with ur reply. After 60 days it's not my fault. It's ur engineers fault. As per schedule he has not collect device. I was regularly following up with engg. I am having communication. No reply from customer care.

@JioCare I'm facing issue in #Jiocall app from long time. 15 days back I complained but it's not resolved. Now my app is not even opening. It's very frustrating.Always the app becomes offline & my number becomes unreachable. And now it's too much. Troubleshoot is not helping now.
