    Filing a complaint against Jio to breach of trust. My grandfather's health suddenly worsened. Neither I could able to call to someone nor my family could call me because of bad Jio network in the emergency Jio betrayed us. I am going to sue on Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Mr. Mukesh Ambani, My Jio AirFiber has been giving continuous trouble. I was promised 30 Mbps, but for the last 5–7 days I'm getting only 1 Mbps (minimum) to 5.6 Mbps (maximum). I raised Service Request SR0003D9OG3 on 05/08/2026, but no one has bothered to follow up or resolve the issue. Is this the customer service standard of Reliance—sell the product, collect the money, and then forget the customer? This kind of indifference reflects arrogance and a complete disregard for customer trust. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved immediately. #JioAirFiber #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    Facing a persistent issue with #JioPay on my Jio Bharat phone. It constantly displays "Server busy, try again" every time I open the app. This has been going on for a while now. When will this be fixed? Please resolve this bug ASAP! @JioCare @reliancejio #JioBharat #JioPayIssue

    Hi @JioCare, this issue has been pending for 1–2 years despite multiple complaints. Please escalate this to your Network/RF team. The nearest tower (eNB: 4854) still has no 5G, forcing my phone to connect to eNB: 264251 with poor speeds. I have shared further details in DM.

    @JioCare Thank you for resolving my Jio AirFiber issue However, my service was down from 29 July to 4 August. I have contacted customer care regarding validity/ recharge extension, but I'm getting different responses. Kindly help process the downtime compensation request Thanks
