@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare Worst experience at jio store. All the staff was busy in selling smart phones of various companies like oppo, samsung, iphone, redmi etc instead of entertaining Jio customer. Rude behaviour as we customer owe them something. Not expected from JIO. Will port.

@JioCare JioFiber, my internet is not working since June 01, 2021. Yesterday Engineer Bajrang Jangir came and threatened me. I hv already paid money till July 31. Please refund my remaining money atleast. I dont need internet and threaten from Jio. SR0000156VY7, SR0000152Q80.
