@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare Stop sending bot messages and look into the issue first. I did not use my 2gb/day plan and my 4g data plan is not getting activated. It worked well before. Now its not working since 6 days. Im not atupid to complain after using 2gb/day plan. I did not use any data at all.

@JioCare @Kuch_bhi89 Ok what does it take to have someone call me or listen to my problem? Now even the daily 2g data is not working. Tell me what does it take man? Everyday you hunt for new customers but dont give a hell to the one who pays. My 4g. Data voucher nor the 2g/day is not working. Help!!

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Had a terrible experience with Jio. We had recently disconnected the Jio fiber since we relocated and Jio wasn’t serviceable at this new location. We have raised multiple request but the engineer never came to collect the equipment.
