    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare Why is JioFiber not working becoming a monthly routine? It's been around 18 hours since your fibre service is not working. I registered a complaint with SR000011QZ8I request no. and was given a schedule for visit between 2-4 PM today. No call or visit from your executive

    No response no acknowledgement... this show how much they bothered about their customer. Learn something from @JioCare these guys doing their best even during these pandemic. Because they know what internet mean during this time. You guys just sleeping over mail and tweets.

    @JioCare @reliancejio after telling me to give my jio and alternate number. No body contacts.. issue is still not fixed. It seems people in customer care only work when they get a port msg. Our entire building is facing this issue but i guess a few customers don't matter to jio.

    @JioCare hi Jio, today I registered for Jio Fibre in my area as it was showing available, but the customer executive who contacted me told me dat I need 2 wait for 6 months. Please look into the matter ASAP
