    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    I raised a complaint regarding my jio fiber on 15th Aug in between 19:00 to 20:00. I have choosen time slot morning 10-11 on next day 16th. My Service request number is SR0000168NT8. Called 4-5 times but still WiFi not working. Help me out @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare i belong to aligarh, and here jio networks are worst in my area from last 10 days, if jio not gonna resolve this problem soon I will have to port my sim to any other operater, kindly look into this matter as soon as possible

    Get dropped frequently The net speed is less than 100 kbps Request Team of reliance jio to look into this We are having 3 devices which are using jio network Else we have no choice but to port our numbers to airtel Request the @reliancejio @JioCare team to look into them
