  @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare against service request number SR00001DT51S for fixed voice number (jio fibre), service engineer is compelling to buy new fibre connection and disconnect existing connection. He is denying that present issue cannot be resolved otherwise.

  Jio care support services are extremely poor, disappointing and pathetic. Jio care doesnt come close to 1/100th of its competitor like @airtelindia. Chat Support, Call, Email , visit to Jio Store still no support provided for my issue. @JioCare @reliancejio
