@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare your service is absolutely useless in Uttarakhand. The network doesn't come on at all till 11:00 AM, it shuts down again at 4:00 PM. If we do not get the network at the right tym in the early morng n in the evng, when will v work?

@JioCare Again I am requesting you please look into why signal strength is so bad in my region . Not able to access even you tube also . If it doesn't fix we will switch to Airtel .Jio will loose almost good number of subscribers. Looking forward to hear from you.

@JioCare and @ViCustomerCare are running a healthy scam. Barring services even after payments. Then asking someone with barred outgoing to call both operators and get the problem fixed for over a week now. Superb. I mean pathetic.

@JioCare i have uninstalled my jio fiber collection and still waiting for the refund . I have been trying to connect wid the team( 1800896 9999 )but there isn’t any way to get through to someone, it’s been hour now , such a appalling service . Is there anyone to help 4 jio fiber?

@JioCare wrost services in our location.this problem since 2years but your Team work not detect problem. Power cut to power house network fail 1signal bar, data speed 0.001kbps,i think you have not power genreter,or fuel on jio tower.
