@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@reliancejio Jio Fiber Service that hardly connects! Worst service experience. Nothing works, including complaints by phone, emails, WhatsApp, twitter!? Jio agents are cheats and focus purely on earning commission. They do not complete installation properly & rush for new jobs to earn more

@reliancejio @JioCare Customer Service (Onsite & Cust Care) at its worst against their claim of superior service. Broadband down for over 72 hours and Zero escalation framework.... Never faced such downtime with @airtelindia and would have to go back now
