@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare Your jio customer care people are disappointing. They are repeating for last two days that things will get resolved in next two hours but with no knowledge of issues. It seems they are given just a script to repeat.

@JioCare @reliancejio Their reply was Rs 25 ke liye itna kya kar rahe ho, aapka fault hai aur pahle aana tha, then the Store manager stopped the sim replacement process . He suggested me to go ahead and complaint. 5 visit to same store what a waste .
