    @JioCare Hi , From the past few days i am facing the issues with calls and internet Connection issues , at least cannot make proper calls and at least can't view the status also . This is not a god to you . And you said we are running 5G services is this good to you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been raising complaints for last few weeks and yet no one is providing any resolution. One of your engineers have taken an additional payment to recharge the Jio Fibre service and haven’t done yet and it’s been 4 months now. Such a poor service

    @reliancejio your fibre service has gone from bad to worse. Having paid subscription for 12 months no service support. Service down since 2 days. Technician did not come yesterday as per schedule. Terrible. Jio Fibre ID No 400126311298
