@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@reliancejio Never upgrade to 5g, you will never be able to go back to 4g and 5g is still in testing phase. Only option us to port other network for 4g The customer support at jio is at it peak worst. @Airtel_Presence help me port to airtel 4g from jio 5g @reliancegroup
