@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

The service of @JioCare is really disappointing. I did a recharge, it shows successful on the transaction app, but I have not received plan benefits. Money has also been deducted from account. I'm tryin, but they're not doing anything about it. Glad that I gotta learn a lesson.
