@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

raised a complaint rgarding my jio fiber network issue and they booked an appointment for 2 pm.But it's been 24 hours and no one showed up,I called customer care 3 times they keep rescheduling.Being in metro cities facing such issues for Jio is not expected.@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare this is the reminder for not activation of ott apps on my tv even after recharge of 999/-. you people think you can enjoy on people hard earned money? i recharged on 27 march and have complained multiple times. still no resolution. such a disgusting service!!!!?

Even when I call customer care I don't get proper solution about it. Now days Jio have the worst service.I think Airtel is much better the Jio and I decided to port my sim to Airtel.If no action is not taken by Jio. @reliancejio #jio #jiobadnetwork

@JioCare i raised a complaint SR00001J5PFD around 9 am today. engineer visit was at 5 pm. during visit time jiofiber sent message that visit again rescheduled to 11 April. 4 days later. i have paid course to 7 online lectures daily. Jio have planned to destroy my whole career.
