    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare I have done my jio fibre recharge from using my jio app and chosen the payment option upi and paid through my phone pe upi. Money has been deducted , transaction is successful but recharge not done..whats going on ?? Pls help. Shared all the details with you via dm

    @JioCare Don't ask the customer, send one technician . You can not solve the problem sitting in AC rooms. Let the technician adjust the modem.

    @JioCare m highly disappointed with the sales people as they r giving wrong info to the customers just to take connections.they took 2500/- twice.sales guy Sandeep from kanpur.I made a complaint but nothing happened..m not getting any channels n now he is not picking up my call.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio fiber is not working since 24th feb'22.. in spite of repeated follow ups, my issue still remains due to be solved...kindly do the needful urgently.. "SR000018ZYTU" , "SR00001925EG".. every time i call in customer care,thy say it will b slvd wtn 24 hrs
