Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

He explained that the router connected to the tower is already operating beyond its capacity, which is resulting in the low and unstable speeds.
