@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have closed my Jio prepaid connection in June.The connection is closed but the device pickup is not yet done.Raised 3 Service requests so far and all are marked closed without finishing the job. Are you doing this because you have to issue me the deposit?

@JioCare Hi Neelam, the registered complaint has been postponed multiple times. Your customer care is rude and unhelpful. I’m seriously considering discontinuing this jio connection!
