    @JioCare Well you are speaking of the old case. Yeah the request was raised on 4th Nov(but do u know that I had no internet connection from oct 18?) I was able to use internet only for 17 days out of 30 days. Technician visits after 2 weeks of complaint. And it’s my fault ???????
