    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare I visited notification on mail and message for scheduled visits that never happened. Tried reaching out to customer care who told they will visit yesterday eve. Nobody did.

    @JioCare Team, why is it taking so long to solve such a small issue. You guys are just saying “provide us some time”. This is not going to help. You will have to provide me an ETA or at least give a call to understand where you are stuck? Such a shame on you service.

    @tak_ganesh I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare Please share the process to disconnect Jio fiber. 5 days no action for fixing connection issue. I have already moved to another service provider who completed installation in 3 hours from the time I called for enquiry.

    @JioCare Dmed you details, got messages of scheduled visit that never happened, tried calling customer care that rescheduled for yesterday eve, nobody visited. How many times I am suppose to call them . Please refund my amount as I am done with jio.
