Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

As you see Dharmendra Sahu has been assigned for a home visit since 6th August. @reliancejio is a huge company in this country ,don’t you guys have enough power and authority to simply tell your own engineer to visit the place and resolve an open ticket? Less typing, more doing.
