    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima My Gio # 6282133923 has very bad connectivity for few months, called jio support agent today, was giving a very pathetic response about the service. Either dont charge customers for poor internet or dont provide an inferior service .bad

    @JioCare Still m chasing for refund of money but there is no response totally haresment of customer very poor service at the time of new connection they guys following with you so many times but at refund time no one entertain you they are not sevice provider only using customers money
