@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Internet speed issue. What is the use of you services at 64 kbps after exhausting the planned data limit. As no one can recharge their number by using this speed limit. Just think about this issue.🤔 @JioCare @reliancejio

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare Every other day ur executive call me and threatens to delete my number from the server if i don’t make a recharge . Is it ok to threaten the customer or is this the government rule to threaten customer for recharge.
