Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

The Jio tower has been out of service, and hundreds of customers are facing serious inconvenience. All of us have recharged with 5G plans, but we only receive a 4G network.
