    @JioCare @reliancejio Having horrible experience after taking Jio. I want to know my payment history for January so cust care over call tells to mail to jiocare. When dropped mail they are telling to call to customer care. Is it so difficult.

    @JioCare getting frequent call drop, not connecting from postpaid number. Same can be reached from jio prepaid on same handset. Postpaid is in sim 1. Customer care unable to help as there new tower is installing since last 1 year. Standard reply.
