@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare complaint number: SR00001BFF4G. My Jio fibre router is not working and this has not been resolved for 3 working days, I was not contacted by any service teams and the service manager was not answerable to any calls even after calling multiple times.

@JioCare I was informed that either I'll get refund or extra days due to this continuous outage. If this goes on, I'll have to opt for leaving this jio fiber connection.

@JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber why did you log another complaint and close the earlier one This is the new service request number SR00001BGUMI. Please open earlier SR no as well. Your FE is not ready to give a new remote and have old remotes. Please replace my settop box with new one.
