@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare Cables are already installed on poles, but it has been over a year but Jio fiber is still not active. Very ****** Service. I would have chosen @airtelindia but they don't provide Prepaid Fiber option

@JioCare First image is while I am on Airtel network while 2nd image is when I am using jio fiber. May I know the reason why this link is blocked ?? And by when u can unblock this.. And why my two tickets are closed by putting it under resolved category when u have not fixed anything?
