@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

I'm so glad that even after repetitive complaints about bad Internet speed by @reliancejio still even after 4 years no improvement by jio. Thanks for maintaining such consistency in providing useless 3rd class service. Great work @JioCare.

@reliancejio @JioCare Shame on you. You are having ruthless policy of not refunding customer's recharge even without checking who is at fault. Policy should have proper cases in which refund can't be done. First understand the customer issue and then decide.

@JioCare Where can I complain about the Jio engineer who is deliberately not picking calls? How will this business grow if there is no service after installation? It's been weeks now , there is no proper platform for troubleshooting. I want this fixed immediately. I'm done with patience
