Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Then you claimed the engineer would arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment time. Yet nobody has come and there has been zero communication. Customers deserve real service.

First they assigned a technician in morning. I called. No one answered. He didn't visit on time. On tracking it mentioned sorry for delay. We'll resolve issue soon. Entire 24 hour went by and no response, nothing from jio or technician. Today they rescheduled. As per yesterday shenanigans today went exactly like that. Time was assigned between 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM. NO Visit. Then the usual sorry for the delay. We'll resolve this and that. I kept calling. Finally he picked up and told me he's on a ******* leave. He's assigned work but says won't come. I also have work. We took time out of our day to wait for them to come and they do this. What should I do now ?
