@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare @reliancejio The Jio5G speed is worst in Darbhanga, Bihar which hovers around 3Mbps which is far below its actual speed. Your products/services are reliable, which is why many customers, including myself, choose to use them.

@reliancejio @JioCare I got call from your team today twice and they could not hear me but I could hear them. This is exactly the complaint I have . Number of times either I or other party can hear . Worst service given by #jio which should be noted by @TRAI and action taken

@Airtel_Presence Thanks Airtel for cust Xperience you've gvn bcoz of which I switched to @reliancejio fiber. Nw, I'm not just paying less for service from Jio but also getting additional service of using Fiber connection to make/receive calls direct through mobile (no need to buy landline phone)

@JioCare hey your service sucks! My tv + wifi is down for last 13 days. Not even one person has showed up to my doorstep. All I am hearing is we are working on your service request. It will be resolved soon. This is torture and pathetic customer service. I need my full refund.
