@JioCare No reliable internet service is available here. Mobile internet service of jio is not reliable at all here, it's always fluctuating.Sometimes the internet got unavailable also.We will be happy and grateful to welcome jio fibre or any other reliable broadband.

@JioCare @Santosh220289 Santosh you may try Airtel. Jio is just busy in increasing subscribers and not increasing network capacity. Whenever I have low data connection @JioCare answers may be many users are using data hence low speed. Disappointing services.

@JioCare We are facing all the above mentioned issues, i.e., taking long time to open pages, showing offline,taking absurd time to download contents,no internet etc.among these we are mostly facing "no internet" in the evening.

@JioCare , @reliancejio I failed to call complaint number 198. Complaining did not fix any problem. This has been a problem for the past few months. I am not getting any jio speed from 5 pm to 10 pm. No browser opening. I or I am not getting jio speed every day.

@JioCare Getting a number of calls from your customer care asking ur problem is resolved. Please tell your team that you don't have service people for work. Also inform them jio gives poor service to customers and don't care for customers money which they have recharged for the conection

@JioCare Worst experience with Jio port journey. I have generated UPC code for port and same day jio representative came and all formality done with FRC of 239 and he requested me send feedback msg to him and on next day they told that you have cancelled the order. Waste of time

@reliancejio @JioCare facing worst jio fiber speed for the last few weeks.sometimes the speed gets better but usually the speed is 0.6mbps when i've chosen 30mbps plan. i use limited devices and mostly 1 or 2 devices once at a time. Hope to get your help asap.
