    @JioCare No reliable internet service is available here. Mobile internet service of jio is not reliable at all here, it's always fluctuating.Sometimes the internet got unavailable also.We will be happy and grateful to welcome jio fibre or any other reliable broadband.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio Team, am using your VOLTE NETWORK SIM i.e. 9337090290. But with lot of unsatisfactory, I must inform you that after launch of your 5G service, the data service has become very very poor & am planning to port out.

    @JioCare We are facing all the above mentioned issues, i.e., taking long time to open pages, showing offline,taking absurd time to download contents,no internet etc.among these we are mostly facing "no internet" in the evening.

    @JioCare Why I sent u private message. You solve my problem as soon as possible. Everytime you promise that we will work in your location and we give you better speed but u nothing to do. I have registered complain through 198 and through tweets private messages.

    @JioCare , @reliancejio I failed to call complaint number 198. Complaining did not fix any problem. This has been a problem for the past few months. I am not getting any jio speed from 5 pm to 10 pm. No browser opening. I or I am not getting jio speed every day.

    @JioCare @Santosh220289 Santosh you may try Airtel. Jio is just busy in increasing subscribers and not increasing network capacity. Whenever I have low data connection @JioCare answers may be many users are using data hence low speed. Disappointing services.

    hoping someone senior from @RIL_Updates @reliancejio look into this but the support engineer mentioned that folks from Mumbai hasn’t supplied for months hence they have to indulge in unethical practice of switching ports and disconnecting paid users for months. This is corruption

    @JioCare in 3 days you’re literally repeating the same pattern. It’s honestly like talking to a wall at this point. You have set automated voice notes and fallback messages and default resolution message. Will be fixed at 1:30am. I’m sure by tomorrow it’ll be 9am then again 9pm.
