    @JioCare Why I sent u private message. You solve my problem as soon as possible. Everytime you promise that we will work in your location and we give you better speed but u nothing to do. I have registered complain through 198 and through tweets private messages.

    @JioCare We are facing all the above mentioned issues, i.e., taking long time to open pages, showing offline,taking absurd time to download contents,no internet etc.among these we are mostly facing "no internet" in the evening.

    @JioCare @Santosh220289 Santosh you may try Airtel. Jio is just busy in increasing subscribers and not increasing network capacity. Whenever I have low data connection @JioCare answers may be many users are using data hence low speed. Disappointing services.

    @JioCare No reliable internet service is available here. Mobile internet service of jio is not reliable at all here, it's always fluctuating.Sometimes the internet got unavailable also.We will be happy and grateful to welcome jio fibre or any other reliable broadband.

    @JioCare In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer in this area also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber complaint 13 August SR00002NEE0A was resolved on 19 August after an unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, service failed again, raised a complaint on 27 August SR00003F780R. It is still pending your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

    Dear @JioCare/@reliancejio : Are you saying that after over two weeks of back-and-forth with countless exchanges, you still don’t have access to something as elementary as the customer’s mobile number? What ridiculousness is this? All you’ve been doing is passing the ball with template copypaste responses! Seeking your intervention in this case @DuttsSunil because your customer care has left us no choice. It’s frustrating but pushed in a corner, we WILL climb all the way up the escalation tree...including TRAI, should it come to that. Trust this is sorted in hours and not days.

    5G was working at my location earlier, so saying the area is “not covered” doesn’t make sense. Please check the actual tower/network issue and fix it instead of sending a generic reply. If this remains unresolved, I’ll escalate the complaint further. @JioCare @reliancejio
