@JioCare @Santosh220289 Santosh you may try Airtel. Jio is just busy in increasing subscribers and not increasing network capacity. Whenever I have low data connection @JioCare answers may be many users are using data hence low speed. Disappointing services.

@JioCare No reliable internet service is available here. Mobile internet service of jio is not reliable at all here, it's always fluctuating.Sometimes the internet got unavailable also.We will be happy and grateful to welcome jio fibre or any other reliable broadband.

Since ten days, @JioCare has been even worse then MTNL of the 1990s. Imagine the customer service of the largest conglomerate in India << MTNL BSNL. No resolution for their router malfunctioning, the engineer always schedules visit and cancels it the last min.

@reliancejio Its been over yr we are still waiting for fiber rollout at Sinhagad Rd, Pune. Seems stalled work after lockdown never resumed. Was told by Jio exec that its highly unlikely to resume laying fiber for further 6mths. Seems the only alt for forseable future is @Airtel_Presence
