It's just like @JioCare is prolonging the issue..again an again saying this issue is on Behalf of Colony everyone facing the issue ... @TRAI @DoT_India @manojsinhabjp plz don't ignore the issue ... Seems no one want to answer

    Somehow took @airtelindia sim card with FRC 495 on 16th Aug at another storè Till now sim not activated but signal was lost on @reliancejio Asking airtel CC means they are saying process is not done. Contact the store they are saying. irregular with customers @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare When you admit that there is limited network connectivity how do you expect me to pay full price for ur services till you provide coverage to the specified location. Other service providers are providing connecitvity NOW at this location. Please advise why I should not part ways.

    @JioCare I want know that u have any restrictions no data usage will be allowed after 2gb I have done booster recharge of ₹101 but I cant even tweet u guys thats how my Internet is working.... Can u plz let me know what is the use of the booster when Internet doesn't work

    @DoT_India Sir in our Locality we are having Network Issue @reliancejio .. It's not about Individual .. I can share many numbers who are facing issue ... Basic calling facility is also not provided by Service provider Properly.. Call Drops , Signal lost and such related things facing issue

    so a frustrated consumer now tries the new tool #consumerhelpline lets see if it works or not. I have registered a complaint against them. Even send a mail informing the grievance no. and other details. let see how @JioCare responds.

    a week had passed: still, Jio Stores and @JioCare have the same reply: we are looking at it on first priority. I don't know how much time Jio Customer care wants to talk to its own employee. i don't see they are willing to help. 1/2
