    @reliancejio @JioCare thanks for the worst network service. Only one signal bar indoor & outdoor in my vertex LAKEVIEW villas, hyderabad. PIN code-500090.even after raising complaints since years nothing done by jio. Moving to other operator.

    @JioCare Mam I am leaving our station for a week now and will be back on 12th of December, and I will not allow any service engineer in my absence at my home. So this means I will be loosing 10 days of my recharge which is approx 500. Now u only say is your service not poor?

    @JioCare jio mobile can be declared as worst network coverage operator of the year as I had a worst network since years & no resolution got complaints. Even the Wi-Fi calling not getting enabled continuously and facing worst experience & unable to call & receive calls & Data.

    @JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

    @ajazcu05 @JioCare This is fraud to show lesser complaint redressal time. Due to this type of malafide case 12days service break was reduced to 7. I have 3 months recharge and during this period over 12 days service break occurred. Without any compensation.

    @JioCare still not resolved no technician came yesterday they resceduled on their own,today the engineer you scheduled i know the guy called him he says i have too many appointments and then switched of his phone , today is day 3 on x and 8 days since its down. Pathetic service

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down for the last 13 days. Despite multiple complaints, emails, and follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. My complaint (SR00003AQ95D) was closed without fixing the problem after the engineer asked me to share the OTP. This is unacceptable.

    @reliancejio I tried to put my number Airtel to Jio I got request no. NO0001EHS02A. it’s been 4 days sim isn’t delivered After five calls to customer care they finally understood my problem and given me 1 more complaint no. Very poorest service already. I wish now why i did this
