@JioCare Fed up with Jio for its slow internet speed and pestering reminder calls to the customer 4 days in advance that too while making every call. Thinking of converting to other network if this pestering doesn't stop. Let customers decide when to recharge.

@reliancejio Indian number one waste network is jio fiber, recently i take the new connection there is router problem,so many time I complaint customer care no use there simply say engineer will visit, but no one not came and they are closeing my issue without my notice,

@reliancejio And your jio postpaid plus service is the worst.. airtel is improving from worst to better and you are going down to the hell.. one goodwill is lost you can't regain it.. i stopped believing in jio and my friends and family too

@JioCare @fiber_jio Just having economical plans wouldn't make your customers happy, I would rather pick a better service provider who can fix an issue in 2 to 3 days. My ticket is open since last Monday and your customer care team sucks big time

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Dear Team, our corporate connections have not reactivated yet. Someone from jio Hyderabad have taken verification documents also last week. It's been a month time delay. If you can't do it let us know, at least we shall go with other service provider.

@JioCare Its been 72 hrs, which i have provided you every detail you have asked for and till now i didn’t any update on the payment issue. If we didn’t recharge and you will be disconnecting the internet promptly. Then you are not addressing the money you deducted.
