    Most pathetic service ever by these internet provider @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice. Been waiting from past 4 days to get my connection.On the first day this guy Vicky-+916281849808 came home made me disconnect my connection with act fiber.

    @JioCare @PMOIndia dear Indians pls don't encourage jio related networks as this fraud network and that too postpaid connection they collect security deposit as refundable but they never refund to customers from January am asking but till now they didn't refund (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiber9 I am sick or ur services, ur customer care executives, ur technicians. All of them are pathetically useless. I have been facing network issues, frequent network drops, the damn coverage doesn't come anywhere beyond the hall where the stb is.

    @reliancejio Ihave booked a connection and paid Rs.15000/- for fibernet for 1 Year and all of a sudden without even installing any of the box I got a message saying your connection is cancelled very very poor customer response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your technicians came today and said that they cannot resolve this issue, it will continue to give low coverage. (Despite others in the same apartment get more coverage with similar jio) they suggested me to port to a different providor. so will move soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised relocation request for my jio Fibrenet broadband and selected 11Oct 10 o’clock time but can’t see any status on my account. On calling care, they said it’ll take 168 hours for relocation. What the hell this service is.

From 2-3 weeks, trying to get billing related info from customer care and called multiple times. They neither provide info nor transfer call, always disconnect call

    @JioCare Finally your team fixed the wire! Thank you for resolving it. Next time hopefully someone doesn’t have to raise a request a cancellation for you to fix issues. Next could you please turn on my internet connection for the money I paid on June 3 but never got to use the service?

    @JioCare Constant ping spikes and packet loss. Ethernet port losing connection and random disconnects. Check DM for account details. Ran all the tests but that didn't help.

    @JioCare now when relocation complain raised why it is not getting fixed what happened do u want that customer withdraw connection. No one is there to take ownership and solve the issue

    @JioCare I got a Jio fiber connection few days ago in Bangalore. The sales guy said with a recharge of some 1900 appx, will get 2 months free at max speed. But what I got was 30mbps plan for one month. Complained to customer care but they said they cannot help.

    @JioCare But, it keeps getting rescheduled on it own, Response from your sales executive Navdeep is very bad once the sale was done he is not responding to our calls, and keep rescheduling the Installation.
