    This is the 3rd time I am giving the complaint. There are very slow network speeds. If this persists for long sure I m gonna switch to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't anymore feel important to share my exact location with jio , it's the worst network ever, they say its 4g provided with the speed of ( 9.58kb) amazing right, this worst network is not even able to solve my issue in metro city like hyd. Switching back to airtel.

    @TRAI @JioGigaFiber_ @reliancejio Worst service by JIO, No Grievance cell, No response, SR00000XQCYP raised for Gigafibre stopped functioning already 2 days passed no update. The support service not comparable with local operators, there response good.

    Everyone in the office ( Salarpuria Satvva Knowledge City, Hyderabad ) is getting no signal sinceyesterday. Even for one person also signal is not getting. @JioCare is not even trying to solve this issue. It is not just for 1 person but for the entire people working in ofc

    @JioCare @JioGigaFiber_ if you are not able to provide the service please stop it. You dont have any escalation details even you people not bothering after raising service request. I called 30 times but no response. I am realizing why I disconnected Bsnl broadband and rely JIO.

    If anyone is planning on taking wi-fi services never go for @reliancejio @JioCare From past 20 days these people are just stalling my issue. The executives at @JioCare don’t answer the call and give only one answer that “we can’t help”. On asking their name they cut the call.
