Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Fix within 48 hrs or I’ll file a complaint with TRAI and i manage 15,000 people group in morbi so if problem is not solved then i port all user to airtel.
