    @reliancejio For my phone number 9076425972 On 12 Feb 2021 from 9:30 AM more than 3 hrs facing network outrage issue for pin code 421501. This not 1st time happening you can check my complaint history. In a month its occurring more than twice. Kindly resolve the issue urgently & permanently

    @JioCare @JioCare red light blinking last day and till yet no one is there to attend complaint...and this is my trial just 5 days to new connection Call jiocare and given another schedule time.... Very big mistake to change from airtel fiber to jiofiber.... 👍Airtelfiber best aftersale

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio customer service is worse. Today my all data has been exhausted without any use then I recharged again and within 5 minutes I recive message that i have used all data again. Which is highly impossible. Total 3 GB data.

    @JioCare Today I astonished by poorest experience received by your service. Called to your customer care to complain about getting lower speed than mentioned in plan, on that she replied she can't raise complain as there no provision in system. Means what??
