@JioCare I never use jio sim...on my I'd..and when I go for port vi sim to jio they said u are already a jio costumer..on your I'd there are 10 no. Working and I never take any jio sim before..jio is doing fraud with costumer..@JioCare give 1 out of 10 rating

@JioFibre @JioCare @reliancejio I highly regret choosing Jio Fibre. Every month I am facing same connectivity issue. Since yesterday my internet has stopped working. Spoke to almost 10 customer care executives in 24 hours. Don't know what exactly they do in the name of escalation

The most worst customer care experience that i ever had. I never ever recommend jio to anyone. And i will switch all my family jio connection to airtel. @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio @sumankargupta

Due to the weak network of Jio,the data speed, calling came to a complete halt.All the Jio customers around the village of Fazalpur in the Greater Noida area are getting upset and getting ported to Airtel. Jio team should fix it immediately by installing a tower.@JioCare

@reliancejio from last 5 days every single call which was made dropped every text message was undelivered, every incoming call dropped before even answering. Why don't you packup your faulty instruments so we can port to some other better options if you can't resolve the issues.

@JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio they made us pay again for the connection. while they got the new connection setup, i am still waiting for the refund to be initiated. They made us cancel the order saying there is a port issue and order will be refunded.

@JioCare Any update on this? When my Jio-fiber service will resume. Expecting it for 1 month as promised by installation guy who took payment of 1500 INR. Afterwards, he asked me to recharge as per plans.
