Ticket SR00003F9QWR is just stuck in an endless bot loop with ZERO real human contact or engineer details.

  @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve been facing the same issue for the last two months. When I ask for a refund, they simply copy and paste the bot message with random names. It’s pathetic. #Jio

  @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem
