    @AJIOLife You need to have a customer support team. Ohhh.....you already have one..then you need to make sure it works to the support of customers. Cant process a refund in 4months and after 20 mails.That too because of a glitch on your end. #ajio #jiojio #RelianceJio

    @reliancejio took jiofiber connection 10days back still few OTT not working. And worst costumer service by @reliancejio . And on the time of purchase the sales person named Brijesh prajapati promise me for discount but now he is not receiving phone calls. And his boss Punit jani

    @reliancejio My father Mr Pujara age 70 is being harassed by the Jio illogical process for blocking SIM card and reissuance of duplicate SIM for the same number. We have called customer care number of times to get number blocked and challenges to get new SIM. CC : @narendramodi

    @JioCare This is wrt my Jio Fibre connection. I wish to surrender my connection. I went to online chat option which provided me an e-mail to resolve my issue. On contacting via mail, it provided me link of online chat. Please look into this and assist me in connection surrender
