    @JioCare you must refund the customer if you cannot fix the OTT issues. It’s going be nearly 20 days and no resolution except closing the SR w/o informing and ur social media team relating same old set of questions and steps that I have already did many a times.

    31st August is here and @JioCare has gone completely ghost. No calls, no relocation, and you let my advance-paid connection expire without 15+ days of service. Absolute looting of customers. Cancel this connection and process my full REFUND immediately! @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare its more than 36 hours since the service outage, u guys haven't even communicated the estimated time for reinstation of Jiofibre services, your customer care service is absolutely pathetic are we gonna get our services back today or not, atleast tell us this @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @DoT_India NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

    @reliancejio The issue isn’t about having just 3 hours left on the plan. If this happens every month, that’s 3 hrs × 12 = 36 hrs (1.5 days) of paid validity wasted. Service Request: SR00003FFWIL Please investigate and fix this ASAP. @reliancejio
