    @JioCare Hi. 2nd recharge was made before expiry of the previous plan but the 2nd recharge is not activated after the expiry of the previous recharge plan. Both the plans showing expired in my jio app. A complaint was registered in this regard but the issue is not resolved yet.

    @JioCare Nothing will be happen, you say,''our team will work on it they came and check the network connectivity in your area, they will call you''. Last 3 year's i m listening from companies but no one came. Its only on paper work nothing on ground level.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is such a scam, I've been trying to reach their customer care since days, after trying numerous numbers & dialing random numbers on dialer throu an automated voice all they say is "the number you're dialing is currently busy, please try again later" WTF??

    @JioCare please help me with my jio sim services. I have made my jio payment today and the money was deducted from my account. Yet you representative asks me to wait for 48 hours to reinstate the services. Why? Jio doesn't wait a minute beyond the due date to discontinue...

    @airtelindia With Airtel we get false promises ,false advertising, misleading people this is USP of airtel off late @JioCare will love to port to your services fed up of fake @airtelindia I already have a complaint lodged against them in consumer court

    It takes 30 mins for new jio fiber installation & for disconnection & refund it takes more than 30 days..Horrible service of jio. After 4-5 customer support call they assured me that it will take 1 month for refund. @JioCare

    @JioCare How much time will it take to rectify the problem? Around 20 days have passed. Still the problem is continuing. Every day you promise that it will be resolved in the next 24 hrs.
