    @JioCare @reliancejio when Amazon prime OTT app subscription is part of my current plan 999/-then why did jio is charging 1499/- Rupees to me?? Is this a customer service by reliance jio to his customer?? If this OTT is not part of my than I’m liable to pay charges if not then?

    @JioCare You keep sending me these fixed messages, but your team doesn’t call me in agreed time. However recovery team keep calling and suggesting i shall talk to customer support over this concern. I keep getting automated calls but not resolution. Keep getting survey messages

    @JioCare Can you keep the SR000038G171 ticket open until the issue is resolved and regarding the SR00002LU3TM ticket, it's in assigning an engineer state for the past two days. I'm not shown any option to reschedule or schedule an appointment anywhere in your app.

    @JioCare No action taken till now. Please resolve. I am calling your executive but he is not picking my call. Payment is made on the first day when I raise a request but no action for installation.This is a very bad experience.
