    @reliancejio, I really want to ask you about, how can jio fiber team can be happy with such a bad service? When we track feedback then why we do not take actions. We raise tickets for solving issues but if you close them without solving them then what is the use of cust service?

    @JioCare my jio fibre is not working since 11 th June.. how many complain required to resolve. Even after so many reminder I hv requested to discontinue this.. Wo b nhi kr rhe.. 0294 3551037 is jio number. Krna kya h dibbe ka..le jao isko..

    @reliancejio @JioCare When I raised this request after wasting my 1 hour answering all stupid questions from customer representative, the resolution I get on this is I should check my handset with my handset service centre.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i am tired of connecting ur helpline over 198 and fiber toll-free. IVR tree is misguiding , customer care exec can't forward to respective experts. Live call get disconnected after several wait time. No response on my jio chat option. Cnt on comment
