    Dear @JioCare ​It has been 3 days since I recharged my Jio AirFiber account, but I am still unable to use the service. ​The days of my plan are passing by, yet I have no access to the connection. This is causing me a lot of trouble and inconvenience. Since this is an error on your end and I have already fulfilled the payment, I request that these lost days not be counted in my monthly cycle. I expect these days to be added back to my validity once the service is restored. ​I have already sent my Service ID to you via DM.

    @JioCare Your guy is calling me before coming here but he doesn't know what the problem is . If he doesn't know the issue then now again I will explain him the whole scenario and then he will check and say there is no issue . What's the point then .

    @JioCare number retention charge of Rs.20 was incorrectly deducted from my account even though i am connected to the network, receive sms regularly and 90 days since last recharge have not passed. please refund this amount immediately.

    @JioCare Any actual update on the outage issue? It’s been 25+ days now. Service unavailable, no resolution, but billing reminders continue regularly.

    My jio fibre connection has been down for the past three days. I keep receiving massage stating that it will be fixed by a specific time ,but it never actually get resolved. The jio service is actually terrible. @JioCare @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY

    @reliancejio You are talking about WiFi but i did complain abount network issue in my area but i didn't get any response by your technical team no visit in my location where i am facing network issue.

    @JioCare No one is asking you for your guidance on how to track service request. Since 60 days I am asking @JioCare to stop fraud and give my refund back. You better do that instead of sharing redundant knowledge. Ridiculous Yashoda and @JioCare team.

    @JioCare @TRAI @timesofindia most unreliable ISP. Internet down most of time at #Powai #Mumbai400076. Except for false assurance, no solution.
