I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

The customer care gave false info to me and when I call her out, she made me hold line for 28 minutes before I hung up frustrated.
