I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

The status is still Assigning an engineer and no one has contacted or visited yet. Due to this poor service and delay, I have decided to switch to Airtel fiber.
