I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

Both have very poor internet speed to no internet . Airtel has gotten better. And bad internet isn't limited to just Delhi . My home town jio internet is worse. Both places my airtel numbers run fine

The ground team's main concern isn't fixing the fault — it's getting my OTP so they can close the ticket.
