    @JioCare no connectivity at my location, I have three connections of jio and whenever we have to call, we go to terrace first then wait for 2-3 mins to dial a no! This problem is happening since November 2018.

    @JioCare what is the point of having a support system when they cannot provide any support. Let alone support, ur staff doesn't have the time to even establish a conversation to hear the issue and later respond on it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ZeeNews @TRAI Faced issue on Jio network for low network coverage and also for Internet Access, on call with Customer care provided by only info and disconnect the call. How bad serviece of Jio, customer satisfaction is Zero/Nil.

    @JioCare I have the recording how poor your suppprt people are.... I will share this recording that they disconnect call after giving useless info from their side. Nor the issue taken from your side.. nor the issue resolved till 3 hours. Issue got dissappear itself.👎
