    @reliancejio @JioCare its been six days since I took a new jio fibre connection. I have been complaining about problems to the local office guy who always says he is busy. Hope you can sort it.

    I have ordered a new Jio fibre connection along with set top box, the order no is NO0000N0ZH3Z. The engineer came on 27th and coudn't install saying there is some technical issue @reliancejio @JioCare

    Every morning i get a mail saying installation will come today and then after one hour another mail cones saying it's delayed due to technical issue. I have given request on Customer Care to cancel my request but it has not been done yet. @reliancejio @JioCare Very Bad Service

    @JioCare Service of Jio customers is the worst.Their officer does not have any information related to Jio.Who can solve the problems of customers.The behavior of the officer is very poor.He is a stubborn type of officer.Abhinav what he said is just right.The customer is an idiot

    Hi @reliancejio @sumankargupta @JioCare I was waiting around 20 minutes on hold and no one bloody person was picked the call and after the 20 minutes the call disconnected from JIO customer support, and that service was horrible and pathetic 😠😠😠😡. #JIO #RelianceJio

    @JioCare I'm still receiving call from Jio saying We tried contacting you but were not able to connect. I can't understand why they can not connect for appointment but can connect to communicate this. The service request created shows the expected completion date as 15th Oct.

    @JioCare No internet in my home since 7th December and I have raised 3 service requests so far for my Jio fiber issue but no proper response from service team till now. My service requests were keep on closing without any action stating issue was resolved or changing the engineer
