    @JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.

    Hi @JioCare I am trying to upgrade my queued annual jio fiber plan to a higher speed plan but it's stuck and says existing transaction in process. Please fix this so I can upgrade. My Jio fiber number is in DM. Thanks.

    @reliancejio The 5G services are very poor. Speed is not greater or equal to 40kbs also. I am trying to book a train ticket from IRCTC app from last 30 mins but all in vain.

    Hi @JioCare I don't think you have any value of any customers. Since yesterday 4 PM I am facing not problem but complete blockage by @reliancejio network. The same thing happened in Dec 22.

    @Smokingskills07 @AMIT_GUJJU @JioCare Jio network has suffered . That's 4sure . I have 2 jio connections . Both have very poor internet speed to no internet . Airtel has gotten better. And bad internet isn't limited to just Delhi . My home town jio internet is worse. Both places my airtel numbers run fine

    Dear @JioCare your services are pathetic. My Jio Fiber internet is down but I’m unable to register a complaint on your app. I have tried all troubleshooting but chatbot still asking to experiment in troubleshooting. Sorry, I’m fed up.

    @JioCare @SatishRathod192 Good that JIO has started 5G. I tried it's speed while in south Delhi, it is nice. But pl pay attention to my earlier Tweet that jio works so poor at my residence in Yamuna Vihar Delhi in (North East part of Delhi) that sometimes i seriously think to port to AIRTEL.

    When I shifted from kolkata to delhi I ported my sim from vodafone to @reliancejio for better connectivity but looks like it's just not able to even serve the network inside a street . And the stupid customer care executives keep calling to recharge

    @JioCare I am from mudichur near Tambaram. Here 5g network very very wort not even taking very slow. Need your support to identify the problem and sort it out. Almost 1 week this suitation. Now mind set is gone to change over jio to Airtel. Pls need action.

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out

    @Prashan87890385 @JioCare Since you already paid upfront and hence the issue. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.
