    @JioCare why you are not providing service in Kannada? there is no option available in IVR except English and Hindi. Even we request them to connect Kannada speaker, they connects Bengali, Tamil etc.. U want do business in Karnataka but not respecting our Language.

    @reliancejio business internet has been down for 48 hours with no restitution. How is a small business supposed to function without internet? No help from customer care apart from lip service. Shame

    @JioCare @SamsungMobilemy devise is S21 FE 5G but not using 5g because of jio care tell to talk to Samsung care and Samsung care talk to jio care this facing issue 26December to till date kindly help both of me. my jio app show my devise is non 5g, i am all ready using airtel 5g

    @JioCare Problem of porting lies in non-availability of Jio True5G connection in mobile devices which are already 5G set and shows preferred network as 5G among others. But 5G connection is not available. Our area by pincode 700149/50.
