@JioCare Jio I told details of issue to your customer support they says its not in our hand. Indian Issue- 1)We purchase monthly pack. Mostly 4G in city like Pune work poor. No speed even data is there.After Top up it works. How?? 2)The day your service poor return money for that day.

In the month of Nov22 I raised two service requests viz. (SR00001F4IWR-7th Nov & SR00001F9RXP-12th Nov) which were not resolved and still my service is down. above that your team has closed the request without resolving the problem.@JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio
