    I told to customer care executive that I have received success full redemption mesg from Jio. But he is still not able to understand the issue. I am using hotspot of my family to tweet this matter of disappointment caused by @reliancejio

    How does one describe @reliancejio fiber operations! the company has failed to address one issue for more than a week now. I have paid Rs 2910 (initial payment+ 3 recharges) so far and availed services worth nothing. Can @JioCare have my connection removed and my money refunded?

    After calling twice to customer care they said may be it's not compatible for your device this is why it's not working... Means you have access to check where the problem is and instead of fixing it giving illogical explanation.. it's not accepted @reliancejio @RelianceEnt

    @reliancejio @JioCare No proper response from the Jio team. I had done a mistake in filling the form but not able to get it corrected. There is no system to do correction online where the form is to be filled online. No customer care service. Very poor after-sales service.
