    @JioCare It is the 2nd time this month nd 4-5times from last two months dat my JioFiber has stopped working. Every time I register a complaint it takes 24hrs for ur engineer to come nd fix it.i can't take it any more, u either fix it right now or refund my money immediately(1/2)

    The behaviour at jio stores by their store managers and staff is horrible. I went to one today, rather than solving my prob, the staff told me to port my number to other telecom service. @JioCare your employees are doing the work for your compeitiors.

    @JioCare My last 3 rechrges failed Data is not getting but amount debited every time & u saying it will b refunded within 10 days..if there is network issues solve those problems first and then enable 4G service This is not right dissatisfied with jio 4G service since two weeks

    @JioCare Hi, I am tired of listening that you guys are expediting the issue, will give a resolution quickly and all for more than 1 month. My refundable amount is stuck don’t know if I’ll get the whole amount back due to delay from your end. Please provide a date when this will be done
