    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI New JioFiber connection taken 3 days ago. STB not activated since day 1. Person came, took the STB box with him & has not returned. Raised complaint & emailed for 2 days. ZERO response from Jio. Paid 4 service I'm nt getting.pls give full refund ASAP.

    @JioCare If you are unable or unwilling to resolve the issue, please say so directly. Customers in the Chenab Valley deserve reliable connectivity, especially when they are paying for it. Many users are now considering switching to other providers, @JioCare

    it's been nearly 6 days , the Fiber internet is not working & @airtelindia is jsut assigning the technician, who don't even care to contact. Resolution is just imaginary !! @reliancejio @JioCare - I miss your prompt resolution, never in 4 year had such long disruption !

    @JioCare I am aware about this, i need resolution, not any random instruction, why the internet is still down? The engineer was supposed to visit today but he was not able to? Why? Will he come tomorrow? How to check this?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Total loss of network in [DAHEWAN Pin Code - 388550 ] every time there is a power cut. Signal vanishes instantly, showing zero battery backup at local towers And when power arrives then network arrives after 1 hour thats frustrating 😑

    @JioCare I have already done it and tried to fix it using the MyJio Troubleshoot option too but it didn't work.
