  @JioCare the service of Jio 4g network at Dahisar East ashokvan rawalpada is so horrible since few years, have raised complaint few years back . I got a confirmation every six months by a SMS saying that we are looking into new towers for the coverage. Till date pathetic sevice..

  @reliancejio very bad network service.i am from balasore district,khaira block network name sarugaon and village kakudia there more than 800 users but problem is there is only one tower please put a tower in my village humble request to reliance jio

  @reliancejio @JioCare My internet is down from 12 pm, your app said that an engineer was supposed to arrive at 3-4 pm, which didn't happen, no proper answers from your customer care and I have my office tomorrow, every single month I face 1 day of downtime.Nice.Great job!

  @reliancejio I have applied for a new jio fiber connection to my new address on 4 Sep 21 but till today my connection is not connected they delay the installation everyday. I was not expecting this service by jio It's my humble request to please process my problem ASAP.
