  @reliancejio @JioCare has to be the worst service provider since it's inception. After complaining about internet issues and frequent network drops between calls through 198 they take me for ride every time. They always come up with "it's a temporary issue, we're working on it."+

  @JioCare i hv been repeatedly complaining about air fiber...0ut of 1month. 15days ur airfiber is not working..this is really a serious concern..pls refund our money..as we no more need ur service...more over we hv complained thousand times for this issue

  @JioCare Thank you for the update. Since my concern has already been escalated, please provide a clear commitment on when exactly this issue will be resolved. I have been facing this problem for a long time and need a specific date/timeframe, not just “at the earliest.”

  15 days of extremely poor internet service from @reliancejio , despite having 5G and full network bars. A 30-second reel takes almost 6 minutes to load, and basic internet usage is practically impossible.
