I have been facing immense amount of difficulty to port my @reliancejio number and there is no help from @reliancejio to do the needful. It has been 1 week and I am not able to do the same. This is seriously a big problem because there is no responsible person to answer.

@JioCare SR00001E7GR5 -> Expected resolution time was Oct 13. You open a new ticket weekly and close the old one without resolution. Issue pending since Sep6 (SR00001D07TK). Such Shameful acts by such a big company. No one should ever take JIO services. Pathetic

@reliancejio First give moderate 4G service than dream about 5G it's a hoax. Jio has Fraudulently taken away all rights of consumer don't even use for Education research purposes. First give 4G then dream about 5G. Rubbish.. Your 4G is equal to 2G
