I warned them that if they called again, I would take the matter to consumer court for consumer harassment. After that, the calls stopped completely.

I am repeatedly receiving the same "Temporary Network Congestion" SMS, but there is no resolution. My router and set-top box are showing offline in MyJio app and internet is not working at all.

Every time I call customer care, the call gets disconnected after entering my AirFiber number with the same message that a network issue is being resolved in my area.
