    @JioCare What a terrible experience I am going through. I requested for JioFiber installation at home . Your executive came, did KYC, collected 6 months subscription in advance , I received an order ID on my registered no stating that installation team will contact you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No resolution has been given to me yet. Just saying do us DM for all your queries don't means it is done, till consumer is satisfied. If you can't provide me the Mar 2025 bill then clearly tell me. All info from my side has been provided but no solution yet.

    Dear @JioCare I recharged my Jio number with a plan that includes a Jio hotstar subscription. The subscription shows as active in MyJio, but no active subscription is visible in Jio hotstar with the same number. Look into this issue and help resolve it ASAP. #Jio #JioHotstar

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare I would like to report an issue regarding a Jio tower in our area.During electricity cuts,fuel is provided by the company to operate the tower system,but the person responsible does not run the tower and allegedly sells the fuel to villagers instead.

    @reliancejio @mpparimal @JioCare you are giving same stereo & stale **** since 48 hrs. None has called us and there is no provision to call any *ucker in Jio. Stinking service level !

    @JioCare I have shared the requested details via DM. Please provide a firm installation timeline and ensure this issue is resolved on priority. It has been over 10 days since payment was completed, and the installation is still pending.

    @JioCare Facing continuous network issues in Shobhnathpur Village, Bhagalpur, Bihar for the last 7 days. 5G network is very weak and internet speed is extremely poor. Calls and data services are getting affected daily Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible
