    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is down due to a fiber connectivity issue. Your automated system has already diagnosed the fault and generated Service Request SR000038F7EH. The problem is that I am unable to reach a human representative through any support channel: #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service. I received a confirmation message stating that my JioHome installation (Order No. NO0001DT69G0) was scheduled for 13-Jun-2026 between 7:15 PM and 9:15 PM. However, no engineer visited, and no installation was carried out. (1/2)

    Such horrible service of JIO, I have port my number on 9 June from Airtel to @reliancejio & today is 14 June but I didn’t receive the ported Sim. No one even take this on priority.. totally ****** up with this kind of service from so called India’s largest network #shame #jio

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio I raised a internet connection service related complaint at 10/062026 till now they scheduled 3 times and cancelled without any reasons and updated in my jio app like as customer not available in home but the matter is no one contacted me

    @JioCare In my area, only Jio towers are available, and that too only 4G. Your network consumes so much data that I can't even watch one full football match with 2 GB of data. What is this ****?
