@sheikhqaseem1 Even I have experienced the same with them. Customer service waalon ko kuch padi hi nahi hai!!!! I had to port to Jio. Thier services and speed are much much better. Try them out..... @JioCare

@IamDineshWar They just don't care about their customers. I have faced the same issue with them. I had no option but to port. I ported to Jio and life is much better now. You to take this decision @JioCare

@Ramyahariharan4 @JioCare @airtelindia Grass on the other end look green False 5g and overcrowded 4g continue to bite , i get disconnected from my meetings ,jio care is fast in responding but jio is slow in resolving ,30 days res time of SR getting over but no hopes
