At 8 am, I was came to know of a power outage that was to continue till 11:49 am. Post that when I called to check, the receiver didn’t even hear me out! It ended almost 3 hours after the estimated time. No prior notice, no receptivity to grievances. Cost me a lot! @reliancejio

@JioCare I am unable to make calls using your network. I am showing "not registered on network". Any known outage or is it only me? Can't call customer care apparently. Have checked sim card in the tray, it looks fine.
