    @JioCare facing issue with jio fixed line number 061-52796583 . service always get disrupted when there is long light cut . Kindly arrange technician visit to change my odu orientation to to any other Tower. In 15 days 3 to 4 days no connectivity what's the use of Wi-Fi

    @JioCare Second tweet Regarding my jio airfiber not installed. Kya service de rhe ho app. Ek connection lagane mai app ko 8 se 9 days lag Jaye toh kya service app de rhe ho. Na hee kuch update Mila hum ko lag rha hai ki appleate authority ko complaint karna padega. Order No:-NO00015E172P

    @JioCare I am extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber's service.I have filed complaints several times,but no one has come forward to resolve the issue.This keeps happening again and again.Customer support is poor and the service is unacceptable. My issue is not getting internet.

    @JioCare It is more than 4 days now, still issue is not resolved, how much time more it will take. No one is informing and updating about the same.

    Jio fiber is the worst network in India. Here is the reason - I have installed jio fiber, services I get 10 days in one month. You raise complaint to local service provider but didn't get any update 😞 @JioCare @jio

    JioFiber Wi-Fi services have been down since 5th May, and despite multiple follow-ups, there’s still no proper resolution or support from the service center. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. SR No: SR0000359O99 @JioCare
