  Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I’ve been waiting 12 DAYS for an engineer. My JioFiber router's 2.4GHz band is dead . Your team just keeps rescheduling the visit every single day without fixing the problem. This is terrible service. Send an engineer NOW. #jioproblem #jiofiber
