    Borivali's jio fibre @JioCare is the number one corrupt one they ask for extra money and when not given they will just forward our services every other day if the service is so worse in city like mumbai I don't know what will jio provide in future to other cities @reliancejio

    Network situation in my hometown Mahoba is pathetic. For the last 2 months, there is not a single day without issues-cross network bars, extremely slow internet, or internet completely stopping. Despite having resources, Jio is unable to provide any permanent solution. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio SR00003CFMHH was closed as "Resolved" — it wasn't. SR00003CWIIV is open with a TAT set to Sept 9, 2026. Three template replies from Jio's appellate team, none addressing the issue or sending a technician.

    @JioCare @JioCare Can you please check the DM and also check Service Request No. ES000002JVNT for Service ID 778570214653 How can you close the SR without even visiting and fixing the internet issue? It's not working since more then 10 days We are on Enterprise plan.

    @JioCare @JioCare After getting support of X to cancel the account in April/May, still waiting for the refund!!! Spoke to the local guy who came home to do "cancel" formalities. As expected no response. mmm. Sad.
