@JioCare For the device to be picked up. Every time your customer care executive postponed the 'update' date. And now after following up today they gave me date of 2.10.21. my shifting date is 31 July how will I be able to return the device in 2 aug?

@JioCare I already have a jio no since long tim, but was not in use as I was using the jio fiber so didn't felt to use it. But as I have to move to other city so got the broadband on free trial disconnected on 10.7.21 got the resolution time till 27.7.21 but after following up since 2days
