    @JioCare Apparently you do not have jio fiber in all the location. In absence of jio fiber in my area,had to use other internet service, which is pathetic by the way.

    @JioCare I raised the issue long back even don’t remember the date. Ur customer executive talk to me , that issue will resolve in 1 month. I think 🤔 in today era u will take 1 month really ? Didn’t receive any call regarding issue .

    @reliancejio wrost #jio network i do recharge for 3 months 2 gb per day bcz I'm doing work from home but internet speed is very bad I'm in angry bcz my company pay daily 550 inr . So company said I need work without any excuse . #bycootjio

    @reliancejio 4 days to get a connection, this is too much. Other ISP provide the connection within 48 hours. But still I'm waiting for the connection, ur system automatically schedule it to 100 hours from the time of payment. Very poor service.

    @jio_fiber is cheating customers by taking the installation amount and never providing you broadband connection and then their team asks customer to opt for cancellation which leaves customer to chase for cancellation & refund for months, which never happens @reliancejio @JioCare

    Your support lacks information about orders like who is the manager managing all the orders in my zone. Despite of escalating twice none of the escalation manager got in touch. @JioCare

    @JioCare #jio can't be a dependable network for work from home although it offers various work from home plans. Poor 4G Internet speed. @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare
