@reliancejio I had raised a complaint for the Jio Extenders received by me that they are not working at all. I got a reply with an expected resolution time of 48 Hours on August 15th. Now it is August 22nd and I am still waiting for the resolution.

@NemaGagan @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Yes absolutely, I complained on the 9th and got resolution on 15th. Pleading with them to do something as my children's studies were woefully affected. But to no avail. Only false promises were made every day. To top it the team leader said he did not work for jio when contacted.

@JioCare I yad complained couple of months back regarding slow internet speed especially while browsing twitter. The complaint has still not been resolved. Really frustrating...
