    @reliancejio Every time there’s a power cut in my village, the Jio network completely disappears. No signal, no calls, no connectivity at all. The majority of villagers here are Jio users. Kindly please look into this issue. [Village Pipartali, Pratapgarh, UP 230144 (Pincode)].

    @JioCare yesterday ur official helpline number has closed my complaint without resolving and now your playing game in inviting in dm just to say " we are unable to send engineer due to ongoing situtaion in your area".so tell me what is that situation in my area

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioAirFiber support. Two confirmed technician appointments have now been missed: 27 Aug (6–7 PM) and 28 Aug (10–11 AM). No technician attended and calls went unanswered. Internet & TV remain down. SR00003F7213. Please escalate urgently

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/3 Even though a representative was assigned to me, he never visited or reached out. I deliberately blurred his contact details in the screenshot because the fault doesn't lie with an individual field agent—it’s your sheer company mismanagement and zero accountability.
