    Multiple complaints raised through all channels: offline, customer care, email, & social media, yet no permanent resolution. Only delays so far. This is not level of service expected @JioCare If I wasn’t locked into a yearly plan, I’d have already switched to another provider.

    @JioCare I initiated a port request from my current network to Jio via online eKYC on April 24th,2026. My scheduled porting date was April 28th, but I have encountered two major issues:Non-Delivery: The Jio SIM has not been delivered yet, even though the porting date has passed.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber Internet down since 24th April. 2 appointments for Engineer scheduled—no one showed up. Called support 5 times—only false assurances. Appointments disappear from the app! This is sheer negligence and harassment. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare what kind of service are you providing?? My JioFiber connection has not been working due to technical issues since 21st April and I've been requesting a service since then. Every time either a technician is not available or the service is rescheduled
