    @reliancejio Didn't expect this from jio even after tweeting once they didn't assist with the problem that I complaint about ,as I have described that I can't make a call or use the cellular data at my home town ,it's really disappointing that I've got no respond from jio.

    @JioCare Unfortunately I didn’t get any response from Jio store. They said nothing can be done from there. I don’t have any information on delivery. Process is quite complex to get a service from Jio - please advise what to do?can’t get a human to speak on toll free as well! @ShieldVoC

    @JioCare Network is down since yesterday night. The customer service earlier today confirmed that service will be restored at 8:59 AM. Now that has been moved to 12:03 PM. God knows whether it will be delayed again or not. #Jiodown #JioFibre #poorcustomerservice
