Sanjeev Rao (@Sanraos) reported@JioCare its been almost 3 weeks now, even the technicians have said its a router issue for the Jio Fibre but still hasnt been changed. Following up since a long time now...almost speaking to customer care everyday. You gonna loose a customer soon.
