    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare our here under District-Gopalganj, block-Bhore, Pin-841426, Bihar Your network is working very less, even calling data usage is not being done properly, do some work to solve this problem

    @JioCare red light blinking in the fibre box every now n then from day b4 yesterday. in the morning it was ok working fine n thn it goes off again n came back to working again. few mins b4 it was not working,again its working now

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    @JioCare My concern is specifically regarding the Amazon Lite charges. I had already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, so additional charges for Amazon Lite should not have been applied separately. Kindly recheck my account and reverse the excess amount charged. Please resolve this issue
