    @JioCare @jio_fiber is down for more than 16 hours now in Mumbai. Their customer care says wait till 4 pm. It's just 15 days of shifting from @Airtel_Presence. Asked them to cancel and refund, they said no refund policy. Let bloody 3500 go down the drain but I want stabke connect

    @JioCare Another 4 days 96 hours 5760 minutes 3,45,600 seconds passed but still I’m waiting for the refund after raising the issue 20 days earlier!! Is this the service from your side every time wait wait wait for few days !! Worst service from your side @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare service request SR000037ACYZ  raised on 01/06/2026 with specific request to take the device and cancel it on or before 05/06/2026, as after that I will not be available at the address and house will be locked. Worst experiance with jio
