@reliancejio Didn't expect this from jio even after tweeting once they didn't assist with the problem that I complaint about ,as I have described that I can't make a call or use the cellular data at my home town ,it's really disappointing that I've got no respond from jio.

@reliancejio I am unable to lodge a complaint...On app it showing message not able to connect to agent.. On tollfree no. After too many number inputs there is no one to receive the call.. Very disappointing. My pervious local vender was better..at least I was able call him.

Second time same issue happened. Being a 3rd year engineering student I was giving my internship coding test for @Gap however due to the poor @reliancejio fiber connectivity I lost the opportunity. Considered it as luck and moved on but I missed a opportunity because of jiofiber

A pathetic customer service by @reliancejio @JioCare I have Tele verified my new jio sim and even than I am not getting any network on the sim. Talked to the customer care two times. I haven't received any complaint number. Why to port sim to jio when we don't even get network.

Never thought of making such tweet before. However due to the lack of customer service and satisfaction I am forced to do so. It has been more than a month since I have been complaining for poor @reliancejio fiber connectivity still no actions have been taken.
