@reliancejio Didn't expect this from jio even after tweeting once they didn't assist with the problem that I complaint about ,as I have described that I can't make a call or use the cellular data at my home town ,it's really disappointing that I've got no respond from jio.

@JioCare @JioChat I have already taken new jiofibre 699 plan on 11 Apr for 3+1 free and paid for 3 month.on 27 apr I ordered fre setup box nd again i paid 942 rs and taken 100 rs ott pack. Why I paid again if I already having 699 plan.And stl waiting for installations.kindly help

Oftenly Rural areas customer's are facing low internet speed. It might be @reliancejio @JioCare either it is @airtelindia. We are preferring such companies for good services not for worst service's.
