    @reliancejio @reliancejio in Karera town, near court pin code is 473660, jio network is worst I am facing indoor network problem since long no one is giving us proper reply. The only solution is portout. Same Same thing to a Giant operator.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Main kbse customer care se baat karne ki kosis kr rha hu. Par Mera call customer care k sath connect hi nhi ho rha. Jab bhi call kro recharge information de rha h. Actually mera Sim lock ho gya h. mujhe use hi open krwana h. uske bare me jankari chahiye.

    What's the problem with you @reliancejio ? Have I done any crime accepting jio!!? Every time there is a "SERVICE INTERRUPTION" with JioFiber! This is not at all accepted during the start of the week and that too for the whole day and this happens every 15 days of a month.

    @JioCare Ok. I think you have not answered my question.. My bill cycle ended yesterday right and I changed my plan yesterday only so why this bill came of 824 rupees of earlier plan and it is already paid ?? I think this is the issue of your system and you should accept and rectify it

    I askd thm to show me the email to which they refused. They have been terminating my number again and again. I put a complaint earlier as well and yet nothing ws done. It is sheer harassment as for a client. Why is jio terminating my number again and again. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Worst 4g internet I have ever used ...bad customer service...got tired of complaining...now it's time to switch to Airtel or others ...thanku jio...keep making fool out of your customers
