    @reliancejio @reliancejio in Karera town, near court pin code is 473660, jio network is worst I am facing indoor network problem since long no one is giving us proper reply. The only solution is portout. Same Same thing to a Giant operator.

    @ViCustomerCare Kirandeep, i didn't received any call. So far today i've missed only one call. Apart from that have answered all calls. I think its vidafone network which hardly works is causing the issue. users of @reliancejio @airtelindia hardly complaint about such poor service.

    @JioCare I am not asking for a reschedule. I am asking why hasn’t the team visited me on the scheduled hour? Who is going to pay for the delay in my work? I was told that Jio customer services are brilliant, is this brilliance?

    @JioCare No network from morning resolved the network isshu every months one day network was always gone in this area.. Location -Neo city ,wagholi,pune

    @JioCare Kanpur Jio Office is very poor when comes to customes problem redressal. Even after complaining several times no one is attending the Issues and customer is suffereing. Downgrading the reputation of Reliance by Kanpur jio office.
