    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India last month to be with jio. Worst network. Next month port out from jio. No services. Low network worst then 2g. No solutions from jio. Many complaints zero response. Waste of money. No difference earlier reliance now jio.

    If you can't resolve problem of jiocloud then either make seperate department of customer care for jio cloud or stop all the other services of jio...after mentioning the problem they are again repeating that...worst kind of service by jio @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia worst network lose much business because of one way talks from jio. my customer couldnt contact because of not reachable . Thanks to airtel for connecting me thru another number. Port out from jio.

    I urge you please maintain well telecom network. I complained several time but no response from company. Also not registered complains. It is critical time.please do needful to be connected to home. Please keep action @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio should take care of customer complain of jio's other sevices like jiocloud...i am suffering from lost of data from last one month...every time i connect customer care they reply only that we will working on it... #disspointment #jio #reliance #jiocare

    @JioCare one of my friend has lost his mobile phone bearing jio sim card. He is trying his best to contact on Jio Customer care repeatedly but he couldn't get connect. Whichever had found his cellular phone is using this Jio Sim card. Plz revert asap.

    @JioCare Hello team Since 2 years onwards saying same story and again you will take more 2 years to look into refund amount Why because this is customer refund amount, you already fixed you don't want to pay refund amount to customers and now you guys playing cheap tricks to loot amount

    With #5G around the corner, broadband players need to lower prices or give better speeds as 5G plans will be cheaper & faster. Home users or WFH professionals can easily use mobile 5G network. Excitel is the first one, let's see what @airtelindia, @reliancejio & @ACTFibernet
