I have been waiting and asking for help since last three years but I am not getting any resolution yet. All of India is using 5G networks now and I don't even have 4G network here! This has been happening since Saturday, when I raised the request. Is this how @JioCare and @reliancejio resolve customer issues?

Please confirm whether this wiring rework, including replacement of the damaged water-filled cable and any affected PoE equipment, will be done free of cost. The issue is due to faulty cable quality and not because of any damage from my side.
