@JioCare After a lot of diligent follow ups and empty promises, one of the engg Mr Rohit visited and rectified the issue within 5 min after visiting the site. Issue found at the junction box where the connection is distributed to various homes. As a customer i feel cheated and frustrated

@Aadiviki Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.
