@reliancejio @jiofiber Worst service ever experienced. Subscribed for 3 months plan and sonce 20 days no internet. Their service personal is not picking calls not even customer care. Not buy it if you're working from home. No body is listing why my internet is not working

@airtelindia the worst service ever. I have tried to manage but it genuinely sucks. Feels like I have made a mistake moving to Airtel 10 years ago. Any one who can provide a better service than these guys, please let me know. @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Ty for restoring internet quickly. However your Jio app is worst. Can't even open a service request but when I complained here, a request was raised and internet came back within 6 to 8 hrs :) Good but please also invest some money in improving your App 1/2
