All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

@JioCare The same fraud is also claiming himself as a jio care representative, infact he has registered this number 9348728071 in truecaller as a jio customer care support and for which jio customers falls in his trap, so plz take necessary steps to stop him from cheating people asap

@JioCare Netflix clearly told that the verification code is generated through the service provider to access NETFLIX, Netflix doesn't send OTP's .. It's a post paid jio and you guys have allowed the hacker to link my post paid number to fraudster email to use NETFLIX.

@investage_ Why not @airtelindia @reliancejio they are the largest service provider on india also they hold majority customers also. Google also invests $1B on airtel for 5G.

I Ported My Sim From A Different operator to @JioCare. It Was All Good For 2-3 Days In Starting But now after every 3-4 days there network goes completely shut down in my area..We can't even call or use data and they are thinking of 5G.@reliancejio
