  All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

  @JioCare 4 days since I requested cancellation. Still no Disconnection SR or pickup scheduled for Account 410602490539. You took ₹1060.82 on 14-Jul, service died on 15-Jul (SR00003BPF29). Stop stalling on "Browsing Issue" tickets. Close account & refund ₹1060.82 now.

  @JioCare But that service request was closed without restoring my connection. Now, on call, I am being told that the payment I made was actually adjusted against an old due and that my account was blocked because of non-payment.3/4

  @reliancejio @JioCare I’ve complained twice about the poor network, but despite your replies and assurances, nothing has improved. Please stop giving generic responses and take actual technical action. Customers deserve a reliable network, not repeated assurances.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Update on SR00002NIBD4. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the cost care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.

  Worst service ever for #Jiofiber Extremely poor service from Wi-Fi down for 3 days (Ticket #SR00003EGH8H ). Daily promises of technician visits keep getting rescheduled with zero no-shows, and customer support is unreachable. Need an urgent resolution today.@JioCare
