All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

@JioCare @reliancejio @DuttsSunil Pathetic customer sevice of Jio. Being an industry expert, I wanted to gove an honest feedback. My Jio fiber is not working, executive checked and asked me to surrender the current connection and apply for a new one, only to get targets done.

@JioCare When connected to @TataSkyBinge wifi status shows "Connected, No Access." Complained the same to Jio customer care. But no response even after 3 days. Can you please resolve the issue asap.
