All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare I have applied Jio Fiber Relocation on Feb 26th and it has been 8 days and still the relocation process is not done. Such a pathetic service from customer care also. They give fake promises only. My reference order number is CO0000U0JI1F. Do something or I'll leave Jio.

@JioCare That is the Land Mark only as I told you at this address. The courier company and pizza boy is coming to give the service and delivered all things, but your team is only unable to come to fix this issue. I think you don't want to come to fixed this issues.
