When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

Customer care first asked me to wait 48 hours, then 96 hours. As the issue persists, I am now planning to port to @Airtel_Presence

Its laps of duty to check if service is completed or not. I need a proper explanation for for this why the ticket was closed.
