    @JioCare sorry to say it, but the network here is very much poor.. No connectivity as well as call drops too.. Do please look forward to it...

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

    All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    . @JioCare has the most pathetic service out there. The Wi-Fi is lying without a password since one if your technician came and left without fixing it more than a month ago. When I told him I’ll get Airtel he tells me,‘Han lagwa lo.’ This is beautiful

    @JioCare The dealer/technician is not responding to calls since 13-Apr-2026. I need an escalation on them to be raised and consider it as a serious concern which impacts our customer experience with Jio (Order No. NO0001CULADO)

    @JioCare Hi Shashank. Please specify how would I get the new sim. No one contacted me yet. Your Golmuri store service is very bad sorry to say but it's a bitter truth and a black spot for jio.

    @JioCare Dear Aishwarya , Pls study the case before replying, I have paid for installation on 30/03/2026 still installation not done So I asked refund they said soon I will get it but see it was 23 days from my payment why I have not received refund what is you policy? Very poor service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing continuous internet disruptions on my JioFiber connection for past 2 months. Despite multiple complaints over call & mail, the issue keeps recurring within hours of resolution. This is severely impacting my work. Extremely frustrated,No resolution yet

    This is @reliancejio network reality in middle of Mumbai. Going on for months. And when I got my port oit request they start jumping onto me. Also despite of enabling AutoPay thei payment systems fails and they penalise customer without even telling why Autopay failed. @JioCare My port out code is valid so this time won’t be relenting. Someone Mr Mahesh from sr team called me 2 days back saying problem will be catered to immediately but 48 hrs later no network Did not want to post this but just wanted to highlight how hollow these people are
