    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @JioCare Yes same issue at same address. Everything I'd messagd multiple times. U can find it in ur inbox. U send ur engineer giving my number, I can guide him to reach my place. I'll call central director on telecom public grievance tomorrw. I'll do evrything to save my job. @DoT_India

    @JioCare I am getting assurances from customer support for last 2 days. But all those assurances have turned up meaningless.The customer care executives say that they have created an appointment but nobody in @reliancejio system is responsible for fulfilling them.

    @JioCare I had specifically mentioned that I do not have any network and still got a reply in DM to call 1991. No point in that particular recharge then?
