@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@reliancejio U people start sending reminders to recharge 3-4 days before expiry of a plan, but when it comes to providing a resolution u people sleep high on **** for indefinite time. But u forget that u buy that **** also from a customer’s money. Remember that shameless people.
