@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Got a new jio fibre connection Jio no: 8035828515 yesterday . Within six hours it stopped working. Your customer care service is pathetic. The guys who came and did installation demands Rs.300 /- for installation. Is this the kind of service you provide.
