    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare I've no internet last 24 hrs JioFiber, technicians come, said FTA box hasn't power, they forward the complain their superior just few hours back, no solution till, don't know how many days waiting without internet, 699 plan, laps days continued, JioFiber no. 03222356631

    @JioCare Is it robot or human interaction? I m not receiving signal !!! Not talking about network. Issue with ur custcare is they don't commit resolution date. This policy is totally unprofessional. How do we know how much time v need to wait 4 resolution. Shud v consult astrologer? 🙄
