    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @reliancejio hope less service simply looting customers money . I m done with ur services . 3 years i am using ur service but now i cant resist ur false committement . Yesterday i generated porting code i rec a call in a fraction of a sec . U promised a lot till now i am unable

    @JioCare sorry to say it, but the network here is very much poor.. No connectivity as well as call drops too.. Do please look forward to it...

    All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

    @JioCare ,i am unable to make a call or to attend it , every time i dial any number it's automatically gets ended while on the other side if anyone calls me and i accept it ,it automatically gets regected , never faced this type of situation in my entire 6 years jio life 😬😬😬

    @JioCare I think u didn, twalk through my last msg. I already visited your service centre and issue with battery not device and they give me new battery and charged 450. Battery got damaged within a year. It should be replaced with no cost.

    This is why I have choosen @reliancejio over @airtelindia. Very poor service. Customer Executive were telling that it may take 6 to 8 months. I was like what the heck, 6 to 8 months, is this a joke? Please do something as soon as possible.
