When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

It works fine at night, which means it’s a bandwidth/congestion issue in my area. Stop checking for a Green LED and actually check the speed logs for my Customer ID.

I don't know why my complain has been closed without resolve. I suggest every indian not to use Jio Fiber this is a fraud company and they are theft money through this.
