@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare @reliancejio Applied for #jiofiber conn on Sunday. Rep told it'll be installed by evening. Got SMS as well. Since then called 4 times to JioSupport. No one has come yet. Appl No - NO0000GMDNR0. God knows when it will be installed. #jiofiber support is the worst.

@reliancejio Very bad in service, team is not following any rule after installation. My one connection has cancelled within trial period, and they are not able to pickup my device after 15 days also. This is how they are giving service.
