@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare sorry to say it, but the network here is very much poor.. No connectivity as well as call drops too.. Do please look forward to it...

@JioCare I’m appalled by your service. The only predictability I get with Jio Fiber is frequent disconnection - which happens every second day. All my efforts to reach out to Customer Care yields lip service & action. I strongly recommend people against signing up for Jio Fiber.

@JioCare Poor customer services applied for jio fiber connection 100mbps plan getting speed of 10-20 Mbps eng. said you can't get more than this the. Applied for cancellation on 15th May and device collected on 22 May but still not get refund as they do not respond on email call
