@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

@reliancejio @JioCare Infact based on your customer care's advise i tried measuring speed using netvelocity, which showed maximum available speed of closed to 15 Mbps. even she was out of words after hearing this.

@JioCare why is it taking so much time to cancel a connection when its not fully activated ? Jio says "No questions asked if you want to cancel within trial period", my trial isnt even started and I am asking for cancellation and you are not doing. WHY ??????

@reliancejio when will you be expanding jiofiber network to small towns? No fiber in Jalgaon, MH. Local broadbands charging obscene amts of money here. Infinite amt of students n corporate employees currently in small towns at the mercy of sluggish mobile internet. Pls give date.
