@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare I did not use my data. I saw a low resolution video. And I get a msg at 1:30 am that it is exhausted. No, I didnt turn automatic updates. Nothing. Just a video. And it was done. I have been msging at all platform. But I just get automated responses, which is not helpful.
