@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Network problem from past 2 weeks. Unable to make call or receive, num shows switch off even though network is there on the phone, able to use internet but no calling network. Work around i have to reboot the phone than the network is able to make & recieve calls.

@reliancejio I'm a Jio customer, my no. belongs to Delhi operator now I live in Bihar Katihar Barsai, my no has been lost due to which I'm unable to do any work no matter how many Jio stores are there in my area I do not have a green sim we need a green sim from nearest jio store
