@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare @reliancejio my jio account was credited with discount vouchers of Rs.150 each for purchase made in Reliance Digital. Vouchers were applicable on Rs.349 3GB per day plan. Now after the revised tarrif 349 is now Rs.419 but unable to redeem vouchers on 419 plan? Pls help
