@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

What service is this @reliancejio @JioCare on jioFiber. We have no internet since yesterday. Raising complaint took half an hour [RqID: SR00001IE8OR]. No technician arrived to fix the issue. Local manager (Karthik) says will be fixed by morning (on leave) which is two days gone
