@reliancejio @TRAI Regret to say that inspite of several verbal request for my jio fibre connection 05223583638,in the name of Tanmay Bajpai,nobody bothers to reach me.The speed is very slow for downloading and uploading both.Not able to work from home nor online studies.

@reliancejio No replies for customer issues? Glad that I had BSNL as a backup option. BSNL's 3G is at least 10-12 times faster than your 4G+ network. Deplorable Jio4G and JioFiber conditions where customers aren't even replied to for their issues

@JioCare Do you call this an assistance? Your support said that too many people are using it that's why the internet is not working. If you could not afford too many people then why did you sell your sim card? Too many people doesn't mean that I have to compromise the services.

@JioCare I need to shut down Jio Fiber because I have taken a package with Netflix but it is not appearing on TV. Now when I pressed icon on Netflix it always asked for code which I have never received. Tha ks for your service, I will use it till the validity deadline only

When spoke to amazon prime customer care, they clearly stated the plan was effective from 1st Dec 2021 to 1st Dec 2022 which completes 12 month/ one year subscription. Why @JioCare @JioFiberChennai is cheating customers continusoly in the name of benefits? #JioFiber #Jio
