    @reliancejio i had the worst experience with u JIO i applied for new jio fiber connection yesterday but the team that came said it will take around 20 days to establish a new connection So today I have applied for Airtel Xtreme as they will establish the connection this evening.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have not seen such poor service of jio till date, so much care is being taken in setting up a conection in this areaThere is a manager (Sajid) even after talking to him, no answer was rcvd,he does not even pick up the phon what is the benefit of such srvc

    @JioCare @TRAI @GyanTherapy enjoy the 5G services, but as soon as I get on call the network changes automatically to LTE which consumes my limited 4g data,So I want to know is this some kind of glitch on my phone or a general issue & would like to know till when it would be gone.

    @JioCare As you already checked that my complaint is lodge and ur team is working in it...I request you to register a complaint against ur customer executive who have attended my call today dated 29september 2021,and hold me for 45 minutes without any response

    @JioCare I neeraj kumar mishra had made a request 2 days ago to relocate my jio fiber but till now no response has come from jio side i am angry with your service and my jio fiber number is 05223131323, mobile number is 7870243564. And jio service also available in my area.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Reliance Team, I have a JioFiber STB since a few years now. But I still don't see Netflix on the STB nor do I see Netflix on the JioStore on the Set Top Box; And installation via browser also doesn't work for the Netflix TV App. Can you guys help?
