    @JioCare and payment will be refunded in7,10 days... nothing happened, nobody called, when now I enquired the customer care responded very poorly I'm still on call while writing this and now it's more then 1 hour I am holding the call and waiting for the senior person to attend

    @JioCare And what about the behaviour of the customer executive??? U guys taking customers as granted?? I hold the call around 45 minutes,just bcoz ur customer executive told me to hold while he was transferring my call to the senior person

    @JioCare And please don't drop the message please try to clear the issue within this month because then I will think to port the sim if you will not able to clear the issue ..Very much frustrated with the jio care and jio sim too no proper customer support or any clear clarification

    @JioCare @TRAI I request from trai kindly take legally strict action against jio they cannot provide portsms service with data validity pack also add a top-up but portability sms cannot send..

    @JioCare Dear team Above mentioned device is compatible with JIO5g network because it is supporting respective band and for it software upgrade was done already,kindly check for my respective no. Also my jio app showing same model in upgrade option.

    @reliancejio @PMOIndia If u have launched 5g whithout prepration and customers are suffering from the bad service so why should we pay for ur upgradation work and bad service we need compuction for this bad service call are not routed data service is worst

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare I am facing internet issue since yesterday it has been more than 24hours and no follow up has been done by any engineer or vendor. Ridiculous service by any pvt body, its looking like I am in 90’s. Do the needful asap.

    @JioCare Doing this for last twenty days what next I am only getting date that service engineer will visit and at last moment u extend to another day after 3 to 4 days u send message that ur address verification failed so try again for relocation u all r cheating ur customer.

    @JioCare My jio fiber network is not giving Wi-Fi for last 2days. Raised service request yesterday. Got a call from +918400794767 informing me of backend problem. After 10 minutes, I got msg that my problem is resolved. I contacted that number but he is evasive. Fed up of Jio.

    @JioCare 12 days since my JioFiber ownership transfer request (April 22). No resolution. Support first denied the request, then found it after escalation and promised 24 hours. Still nothing. Poor service, taking money without accountability. resolve immediately.

    @JioCare Does JIO FIBER advice customer to Recharge ONLY AFTER Switch Off ? Because earlier if the customer recharges, his monthly active period is reduced automatically by JIO FIBER ? I had recharged 4 days prior and Company reduced my active period and Reset new dates !
