@JioCare very Poor Service from Jio.A Sim with No 6386286369 by Jio center at Uttarathiya Lucknow issued on Friday Evening 6 pm for which I received an SMS that it would be activated in 4 hours has not been activated even after 36 hours.This is not expected from Jio.

@JioCare Today I Contacted Reliance Jio Center at Uttarathiya Lucknow for Network issue as my Sim with Number 6386286369 was not working.They asked me to come on Monday on a filmy pretext that their device is not charged.Such degraded Services from jio is not expected

@JioCare Further, I have recd no responce from the local team of jio fiber over my complaint. Today I lost important study sessions of my daughter. Tomorrow being monday and my daughters are all set to miss their online classes. Thanks to incompetent service from jio fiber team

@JioCare I am writing this with utter disappointment over a very bad customer service from jio fibre team. I lodged a complaint on 5th Sept over non working of my internet and since then I have contacted customercare team 5 times and I have only got new schedules for a technician

@JioCare My Sim Card No.6386386369 is not working , When I Contacted at Jio Care Center in Uttarathiya Lucknow to either replace the Sim or Correct the same.They asked me to come won Monday on a filmy pretext that their Device is not Charged.This is not expected from Jio.

@reliancejio @JioCare @jio I have been trying to call the cx care and tried emailing but no response.There is no speed and I got a top up yesterday and now it is showing 90% consumed for my jio fibre. Very poor customer service. Why upgrading when cannot give basic service.

@JioCare May I use your 4G please? The network strength is quite poor. Except whatsapp msgs can't do anything. Location: "SSC4Sure" (use google map). This is height of slow internet even I can recall those aircel and docomo days. Isse better wo 2G they. Pls fix it asap.
