    @reliancejio Not received jio 5 g welcome offer yet. i have already 5g device still it’s showing device is not compatible in my jio app. Connected with customer care not responding properly, at least register some request no , worst experience with jio.

    @JioCare And please don't drop the message please try to clear the issue within this month because then I will think to port the sim if you will not able to clear the issue ..Very much frustrated with the jio care and jio sim too no proper customer support or any clear clarification

    @JioCare @TRAI @GyanTherapy enjoy the 5G services, but as soon as I get on call the network changes automatically to LTE which consumes my limited 4g data,So I want to know is this some kind of glitch on my phone or a general issue & would like to know till when it would be gone.

    @JioCare I have iPhone 12 and ios 16.2 has also arrived, but your network is not yet available for 5G.

    @reliancejio sir your service Rathendranagar Telebagh is very poor. As your service was reported at Rathendranagar but without money he was not done services. Neither positive reply was made nor check the falte.

    @JioCare Dear team Above mentioned device is compatible with JIO5g network because it is supporting respective band and for it software upgrade was done already,kindly check for my respective no. Also my jio app showing same model in upgrade option.

    @JioCare Due to weak network coverage i can't use 5g properly. At this location 4g is Much better than jio true 5g.

    @JioCare no network since morning...and it's not a new issue. Whenever it started raining, network gone and never come back soon. What if I have to call someone in emergency? This is just insane level of service. Apart from this, extremely poor network rest of the time.
