    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not received my Jio sim as ordered and it shows activated on app. Someone called and asked to press 1 on IVR to see avlble numbers and said it would be delivered the next day but it never happened?? Kindly check and arrange to cancel this request.

    Hii @JioCare why you going to lauch 5G instead of improving your 4G service. In our area internet speed is very wrost and i m going to port my number to Airtel.

    @JioCare Team, My Amazon prime account has been deactivated even though I have paid subscription charges. I have been calling/emailing customer support several times explaining this but no one seems to understand the issue and giving resolution.

I have been following up on refundable security deposit for more than 45 days and they haven’t even shared any ETA on resolution.Their support team have been given some pre defined responses and that’s what you see in different ways on every tweet.

    @airtelindia you guys were better than jio in my area but since last few month you are also ****. Single handedly I convinced 15 people to port to Airtel in my area from jio. If your network will be like this I think we need to switch to something else. @JioCare
