    @JioCare what is the processing time of Jio Autopay? I have requested to change my plan from My jio by selecting Jio Autopay registration and the status is showing pending. Called customer care several times, they are disconnecting call without resolution.

    @JioCare If you rectify your service in two or three hours then all is well otherwise I am porting all numbers in the evening as I am paying for your service. You are not giving free and I am facing problem from last six months, not today's problem, very long time.

    @JioCare I have your jio fiber connection since more than 2 years. Need internet invoice for past year but my jio app only gives it for past 180 days.Kindly help in getting invoice for past year as i think have the right to see my past invoice so there should be some provision

    @JioCare please help I have registered a request for jio fiber uninstallation on 10feb 2022. Till date nobody visited. Try reaching customer care. No engineer till date visited. UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order No. CO0000JJS1M9.
