    @nch1915 Registered 2nd time. Last one was closed in a few days, maybe after @reliancejio told you the service is restored. It's not a complaint about today's service being restored. It's about repeated & constant failures twice a week for 4 to 24 hrs. They are cheating paying customers

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @botimvideocall I don't know where the issue is but I am not able to call my parents.They are using Vodafone and the Jio network. Please check and resolve this. Whenever I call them or they call me the call goes in the Connecting loop but never connects.

    @JioCare I am not able to use the jio fibre for 3 days now. Everytime I try to reach out to customer care I just get a template rply that Jio connectivity issue observed in your area. It is really pathetic that you can't restore the connectivity even post 72hrs. @reliancejio

    @JioCare recently, I talked with our agent, he told me that until and unless ur city from where u bought the sim does not get a 5g network, You are not eligible if presently u're residing in a 5g network city.

    @JioCare Looting has been done in the name of sim replacement charge, the customer is being given a mobile stand of Rs 150 forcefully. when he doesn't need. Kota Rajasthan
