    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare I have purchased a wireless mesh extender for my jio fibre connection and it never works.More than half the time it’s either orange or red.When u reset it and reconnect it to the main router it works for like 5 mins and then again the same. Annoyed.

    @JioCare Just wanted to inform I am planning to disconnect your fiber connection, reason your customer service employee and on field engineers in Ahmedabad. @airtelindia buying a black connection for my Ahmedabad home too.

    @JioCare As expected no one came even after 10 days when 2 calls scheduled daily and your and applet response is “please wait” I don’t see any other solution till now .

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jiofiber A big security issue, my fiber is registered on my num and the OTP is going on some different num. Am seeking resolution for past 25days but there has been no response and now my call is not being transferred, kept on hold from 15 mins #pathetic

    @JioCare such pathetic services most of the time caller found my number unreachable or not in service specifically for idea user try to call your customer care service but there's no option to talk to them. Get it resolve immediately else I'll be port out
