    @Airtel_Presence Concern?? I am in and out of airtel network from past 10yrs... everytime i hope tat it wud have improved.. but always disspointed.. i came back to airtel from @reliancejio but i think i shld go back to it.. u cant do anything... some companies never work no matter what they do..

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation These freebies are not required for,pls refer the attached speed test performed in different sites. i am facing this network congestion since march 2020 onwards , from then I have raised multiple complaints so far @ diff level. the one which is being reviewed now is SR000014TN77

    @tdmehta20 @JioCare Had a similar problem with another service provider n my clients thought i was not taking my job seriously when i gave frequent excuses abt service not working, i can imagine what the kid must be going thru! #JioFiber must give an immediate permanent resolution!

    @JioCare @reliancejio There was nothing like assistance,From calling customer care to twitter handle, you are just sympathising that "we have so many users" while having no idea what problems they are facing. So what, is it my fault that bought your service?

    @JioCare @Rakesh_nj Beyond pathetic service. Don't go for the connection. They only make tall claims but if you ever fave an issue they could careess to resolve the same . I am having an issue since may 24th for my connection and the same has yet to be resolved.And tney have taken money till 30/6/21

    @JioCare Poor Jio Fiber service. For over 3 months facing 3 to 4 outages daily. Also last 2 days internet is down Tagged 2 tickets. No one is bothered to send engineer to fix issue. Poor quality to service impacting work from home and children classes. SR0000156 VFQ / SLE.
