So now I can assume, as per @reliancejio that they haven't 1 GBPS bandwidth, they are telling lie about 1 GBPS, it's just a myth. @JioCare lying to their customer.

@JioCare your customer support is constantly saying that your engineer didn’t get the society permission but funnily I live in independent housing and no permission is required to visit. Day-6 without Internet kindly look into it

@JioCare Is so disappointing. It has been almost 8 days now & no one has resolved my issue. All you say is sorry for the inconvenience but actually, you don't care. You have exhausted me, I am so done. Now, send someone to uninstall this useless box I paid for. #jiofibersucks

I have been facing trouble with my jio fiber connection and I called them up after which they scheduled a service request. Now its been 3 days since the problem and it has not been resolved ever since then. The engineer has started to cut my calls @JioCare @reliancejio
