    @JioCare seriously I am fed of this jio company.... I have recharged data add on of 6gb on 9th sep and today it's showing exhausted.. I want to know where I have consumed the data ..there is no option on 198 number to raise such issue. You guys sucks. I know u won't bother at all

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio how many days goes but my problem still.14days gone I reptly call to customers care or a goto near jio care alls are saying sir just wait to 24 hr I resolved your problem.but problem is still jio fiber not work after a 1hr of installation.

    @JioCare Problem solved after making 60+ calls to various Jio Noida people. This is Central Noida, wjat must be happening to rural locations. Are you overloaded?

    @JioCare I am your Jio Fibre customer and I received nasty and third class support from your Jio Fibre executive. Unfortunately, my call was not routed to bengali language and the associate who spoke with me passed sarcastic comments over the phone. The all were going to dinner.

    14days goes but @JioCare no one listen my problem very bad service please one one order to jio fiber. @JioCare team is a lier always says sir please wait for 24hr but your not resolved.if u take a complaint to jio care after some days u chek your complain status always show

    I am not at all happy with Jio fiber service. I have created a SR and an engineer visited but no resolution provided. Now I see SR is in resolved. I complaint again but no response. Now in this pandemic situation having no internet for 3 days and still no resolution @JioCare
