@reliancejio same amount ke pack se recharge krte h to jio me data renew 1:05 am pr hota aur baki sb company ka data renew 12 :00 am pr hi ho jata h. Esa q hota h???? Jio wale customer ka 1 hour ka data kha jate h??? Explain me plz why this happening.

@JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio team i have requested to jio customer care too Disconnect of Jio fiber as I was shifting from Hyderabad on 10th June same day they cut the connection but no one came to collect the router & setup box , return my deposit amount ,waited for 22,days.

@UPI_NPCI Did a recharge on jio on June 2, Somehow due to technical glitch amount got debited twice, since then @JioCare is just dodging things instead of helping me. Please help me to get the debited amount back.

This was my 4th attempt to get a jio fiber connection but everytime the jio staff assures and takes payment after KYC and then network staff cancels it by mentioning some technical fault. @JioCare Could you please help me understand what's going on. Is this how it operates ?
