    @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia Jio services suck. My Jio broadband is down 2-3 days every month. Yet I pay the entire month bill. Its down from sat 1800h to now Monday 0900hrs. This feel so stupid and cheated ! .. Switching to airtel ASAP Non sense

    @JioCare What will happen to my monthly bill for the period when my service was down? Please make an adjustment to the monthly bill for the days the service was unavailable due to the service outage.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The way your support team is communicating with customers is extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, your replies make it sound like the customer is at fault. Please train your support team to communicate respectfully and professionally.

    @JioCare worst ever service. Specially in my area. Net-not working/very slow on 4g network Calling quality- very poor/Fluctuating on 4g network 5g- not available in my area My complaint no./service request number is SR00003FEUTP. Plz resolve as soon as possible. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio The issue isn’t about having just 3 hours left on the plan. If this happens every month, that’s 3 hrs × 12 = 36 hrs (1.5 days) of paid validity wasted. Service Request: SR00003FFWIL Please investigate and fix this ASAP. @reliancejio
