    @JioCare The technician told he will come by 3 PM but didn't come today. When I connected with the customer care, they gave me another technician "Narayan Dutta". When I called him, he said he no longer works with Jio. Do you guys don't know who works with you ? I'm struggling for 5 days.

    @JioCare I have booked your air fibre on Saturday but no call fir installation and agent who did booking is not even picking up my calls ,this is how you treat your customers even after paying in advance

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been completely non-functional since 22 August at approximately 1 PM. Complaint SR00003ERLIZ was raised then and was closed by Jio on 24 August at 4:20 PM without the fault being rectified. I subsequently raised two more complaints today.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I’m paying ~₹1,200/month for JioFiber, yet I’m dealing with poor Wi-Fi performance and my 5 GHz band simply isn’t working. Your diagnostics say everything is “working,” but the actual service says otherwise.
