    @JioCare I just want to know that u charge such a big amount for the recharge plans but the service provided by u is too poor. I had complained several times but I get a simple answer that:" we are working on the issue and will try to resolve it soon."

    @JioCare I guess Jio is not at all taking there customers seriously. My service request has not been taken care since 3 days. And in this month I faced jio fibre issue for the 4 time in a month

    @JioCare What was the need to shut down internet service for 12 hours? The exam schedule was from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm.

    @reliancejio From Katihar to Guwahati mobile network and internet speed surprisingly in bad shape. Who cares, only public suffering and paying huge amount for poor service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio For a kilometre. It's more than 2 years now, yet to expand the fiber network. Very slow service. Why showing advertisement "Har Ghar Jio?" I don't understand this statement. I hope they will sort out this ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare #Unhappywithjio I am not  satisfied with the resolution provided by Jio Customer care. My concern is I accidentally recharged incorrect amount. I wanted to recharge for 30 Mbps, accidentally recharged for 300 Mbps plan.

    I switch to @airtelindia in the hope of getting better network but I think it's my most wrong decision. @airtelindia is giving the worst internet. For hearing a song I have to wait for more than 5min to get it start. Please improve your or @reliancejio will win the race as it is

    @JioCare Hi Yasmeen, I was promised a technician visit between 7-8pm IST today after 5-6 phone call followup. Just get a message that techician is not available and its rescheduled to tomorrow. If you cant resolve it today, pls cancel and refund my money. Thank you.
