@JioCare @reliancejio I've shifted my house and requested for surrendering the connection and request for new connection. New connection has been given but existing connection is not taken out and refund not given. Worst customer support.

@JioCare Since last 24 hours, Jio LTE data speed is horrible in Barpeta Town. Even 2G data speed of other networks is faster than Jio . When will you improve jio services in Barpeta?

@JioCare You didn’t transferred to my a/c and I’ve already shared the mail which have account details and previously your customer care guys acknowledged it and told we are working on it. You’ve transferred to other a/c ending with 2770 which is not mine.
