    @JioCare @JioCare great, it scheduled today 2pm-3pm, I called the technician 3 times but no update. I requested multiple times but still no resolution. Do you guys even care about your customer? Now my assessment also gone, I don't want to use bad words but You guys are just bastards.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I accidentally recharged the wrong Jio number today via Paytm. ₹899 plan (₹767.59 paid). I immediately contacted 198, but was told to contact the recipient, who is unreachable. Please register a formal complaint and help with reversal/recovery. #jio

    Highly disappointed with @JioCare . I have zero network coverage inside my home—it only works on the terrace! Even 5G speeds have degraded significantly compared to before. Every time I raise a complaint, your support team gives pathetic excuses about 'daily data usage' instead of fixing the actual connectivity issue. I’m paying for service, not for excuses! Please fix this immediately.

    I'm @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio repeating I don't have any cheques with me. Bank details have already been shared. Even the technician who picked up the devices wrote my bank details yet the amount has not been refunded. Please help asap.

    @JioCare Kindly don't mislead us more as it's been already visited mny engineer/ technician / instalation person & no one able to got ny remedy or convincing reply to us. Instead of active on social media kindly put ur eyes on ground lvl to resolve customer issues
