    @reliancejio @JioCare I have contacted Jio Customer Care and escalated this issue, but the customer support team also gave me incorrect information instead of helping me. Kindly check this issue and let me know the correct SIM replacement charge. Please take necessary action.

    @JioCare recharged with the ₹899 plan on 16 May, which included a JioHotstar subscription. However, it is now asking me to subscribe again. I have been contacting customer care for the last five days and have also emailed them as instructed. i used same 899 pack from last nov

    Can you please fix your network in my area? It is impossible to answer calls, watch any OTTs, or use the internet or calling on my phone in any way without multiple network drops. Despite paying for annual 5g plans, I don't get any service every 5 minutes! @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with the service. I raised a complaint for my Air Fiber connection, but it’s been 4 days and there has been no response. No engineer has even been assigned yet. This level of customer support is unacceptable. Resolve my issue on priority.
