    @JioCare I've been experiencing network issues with the Jio Air Fiber device from May 29 2026. it has been close to a week and no technician has visited our home to rectify the issue. The Jio Customer Care number is just closing the call without taking my complaint.

    It's been more than 72 hours now and still this is unresolved. I think you want me to opt for some other service provider. Thanks for your service .@JioCare. Will opt for other service provider and will also give the same feedback in my neighborhood to all those using JIOFIBER.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. I faced a "No Internet Connection" issue, and despite raising complaints multiple times, it took 10–15 days for a technician to visit. Instead of fixing the issue, I was advised to apply for a new connection.

    @JioCare my jio landlines number 7652 796000 , i have complained 2 times in a week about slow connection speed , still no one repaired or corrected it , am thinking to switch to airtel
