    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio's service is so bad, since last 2 or 3 weeks internet is not working properly even calling facilities are not working properly as before, if someone calls me i receive only a messege that you have missed call from this number.

    @JioCare It has been 10 days since I raised the concern and no action was taken. Customer service has only one answer :"We understand your concern and have escalated about issue". Standard template answer irrespective of the question.

    It seems we r in dat grp of customers who @airtelindia dsnt want to retain aftr all we just hv bn subscribing to 2 DTH, 4 Postpaid & 1 Broadband connection for quite a few yrs now. No one cares abt all d calls & followups for a basic service like broadband shifting. @reliancejio
