I was using idea 4G, but due to his bad network, I turned to JIO 4G approx 2 month ago.but JIO have not been giving me good internet connection/high speed appox one week in belgharia ,kolkata.I complained thrice but my problem has not solved yet.@JioCare @RelJio4g @reliancejio

@JioCare 3+ years and still network issues. Repeated requests made but nothing has happened. 4G speed 0.3KB/s. Call drop, voice cracking. Truly world class service. Keep it up.

@JioCare @pushkinshukla You are here to eat on our hard earned money and do nothing.Irresponsible network provider. One of the worst mistake i made was buying a jio sim@Rs 297. And not a single day i could use the internet properly.Their CC would say dat since many users r using jio so I am facing this.

Brought a jio independent DTH around January this year... now it is not working. It is not the problem only in my DTH, everyone is facing the same problem @Independent__TV Also they do not pickup the phone when you call on toll free. @reliancejio

@reliancejio very poor service 😩😩😩 I have been waiting since last Sunday to get my prepaid connection to postpaid. Two complaints later still no update and have to recharge each day just to call. I was way better off on Vodafone #badcustomerservice

BEWARE / CAUTION The @reliancejio / @JioCare International roaming packs from Jio don't work in a few countries. You might recharge an IR pack in India and would realise after landing in a foreign country that you have no network (Emergency calls only).
