While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

Vaishali (@VaishaliV1993) reported@reliancejio My JioFiber connection was suspended due to non-payment. On customer care’s assurance that payment would allow one month of service, I paid ₹722 on 07.08.2026 and the connection was restored. However, a fresh bill of ₹798 was generated on 11.08.2026 without adjusting my ₹722 payment, and my connection has again been suspended. I effectively received service for only 3 days against my payment. Please verify the payment, billing records and call recording, adjust ₹722 appropriately, waive any incorrect charges and restore my connection immediately. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the cost care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.
