Several times I have told your technical team to change it but no one found any fault in its horrible system. So it's better to terminate your connection.

Also on calling the customer care desk you guys are asking to keep the call on hold and disconnecting later! Is this for real?

Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.
