    @jio @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my Jio Phone 6291259755 with Rs 149 through paytm, my recharge was successful and Operator Reference i.e, 7609060950 also generated by pay paytm but till now recharge waa not succesful. Jio care was unable to help.kindly look forward

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is not operational since last Sunday. Engineer visited and reported at my end there is no problem but, there is no power in my JioFiber box as the main cable on the road got damaged somewhere, needs repair. Till now not restored. Help @JioCare

    @JioCare it has been more than 36 hours 3 calls to customer 3 appointment changes and still jio fibre issue not resolved , we have around 200 customers of jio fibre in our society and all of them are facing the same issue . If you want we can change the service provider

    @reliancejio Jiofiber is worst, fraud ISP in India. They deserve to be behind bars for fraud. I was promised fiber connectivity within 24 hours of paying. Technician took money and there's no connection even after a week. Customer service and twitter DM of no use. DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio, Why Should I punished by daily 4 -6 DND Calls inspite of DND Activated in my number. Requested 5 -6 times to your call centre, they generate service request but no result. Had I mistaken to take your 1 year plan!!!
