@JioCare So much Investments of late,still the basic service which was promised by jio is missing. Pathetic network coverage in our locality. Complained multiple times without any improvements Kindly resolve the issue. I'm sure You don't want to loose your dear customers,do you?

Hello @JioCare, our phone connection (landline) provided with Jio GigaFiber fiber is not working from the past week. We have put a complaint using myJio app "Your service request number is SR000011M67T. You will receive an update by 11/07/2020 12:53" but received no service yet.

@reliancejio @haptik People actually don't use these tools. It's just another tougher way to read a simple FAQ section of a website. Alexa / Google Assistants are still something one can play with but in general when you need support, you need another human in other end.

It's very frustrating to use jio fiber @reliancejio @JioCare internet connectivity is lost in every 12 to 15 days, no service agents available to solve the issue on the same day, we have to wait for 2 days. Even the appointed service engineer don't receive your calls.
