    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

    @JioCare I have been watching maximum complaints against your poor services.I am also a victim amongst those subscribers. The main issues are with the incompetent technicians who deal with the services.Those technicians should be fired.

    @JioCare @JioCare this is the 5th time in last 15 days I am not able to access internet with no complaints taken on customer care calls. This is highly unacceptable. We are given false complaint numbers and resolution doesn’t happen.

    @reliancejio is consistently ignoring my complaint. Let me clear you can't cheat with customer this is threat.i purchased yearly plan 2G data perday. If I can't utilise it because of ******* 2G speed . It's not fair @airtelindia. People living in that area are facing problems.
