    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

    @reliancejio I am actually disappointed. Worst customer service ever seen. No Internet for 3 days and no reply on tickets, not sending anyone to check on it. Being one of the biggest companies in India and cannot even fix internet issues for a customer. **** YOU GUYS.

    @JioCare Your network is awesome but your team is not. Does the document verification and money collection during lockdown but the technical problem has to wait two weeks past lockdown. If you call them multiple times for an answer, then they rudely ask you to cancel the request.
