Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am postpaid jio fibre subscriber. But I don't find it in Bharat Bill Pay(BBPS), though I see your mobile postpaid is available. Can you make that avlbl as well, so that I can issue SI from my bank acc. Don't want to setup autopay in My jio app.

@JioCare Global Protect VPN (used for ny office work ) app is not connecting with the only jio internet, where as its working fine with my airtel and other wifi net. Checked from global protect app side there is no issue from them, only jio is not allowing to connect it.

Hi @airtelindia want to port out from @JioCare prepaid. Jio 5G is not available on Samsung F23 5G set, also moving from jio prepaid to postpaid is a tough task. Hope Airtel in Kolkata provide me 5G service on F23. Contact me with your lowest priced plan. I have 4 nos to port out.

@reliancejio your network is pathetic, i have ported my number from Vodafone to Jio, it is worst than Vodafone..my work is getting suffer because of this..its always not reachable when someone is calling me…worst network
