    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

    @JioCare such a poor network and service, I am not sure why the @TRAI isn't taking any action in such poor service provider. I am not getting basic services like sending and receiving sms, calls and internet. I am paying them on monthly basis and service is up to the mark.

    @JioCare SR000014813W raised yesterday and SR0000144U6W raised on Feb 28, closed without any resolution. The area manager Vasim (7755999616) has blocked my phone too. No resolution to the internet issue and even the engineer not ready to visit in the designated time slot.

    @JioCare @reliancejio never ever pay for their jio fiber internet service, its been a week and they are yet to do the installation the marketing guy including the service engineer has blocked my phone number. customer care is of no use no call back no follow up, #jiofiberfraud
