    The service of @reliancejio @jio_fiber is bad. The broadband is not working for 2 days, no update just waiting. Have raised SR which I believe is useless. We are at their mercy.

    10 days of chasing customer service for cancelling JioFiber relocation & refund. Emails go unanswered, agents have no clarity on call & issue keeps getting delayed. After days of follow-ups, do I really need to approach the Consumer Court for my own money? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , did you even check the records and escalations that I made or just making false commitments for reimbursement. What records did you even check. I have made escalation here as well as on your customer care too but still you people say No delay?
