    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

    @JioCare I am trying to access my Jio no. internationally ofcourse I have the IR pack but I am still getting 'No service', when I was in Airtel I didn't have this problem. I am accessing from UAE.

    @JioCare Useless & irresponsible reply. What 'good' is according to you is good? Send an executive to Sparsh Hospital & check signal strength. By the way, will you reimburse the unused data - NO!! Then why you can't take responsibility for the service the customer has paid for? @TRAI

    @JioCare Rs1000 paid online for recharging Mobile No 9682628630 of a senior citizen but the amount was put into plan by @reliancejio executives without telling the customer which are lying unutilized and are not being refunded or adjusted. Efforts to talk to superiors couldn't mature.

    @JioCare I have been trying to get my Fiber connection installed. Its been 2 whole days, 23 calls, and i dont know how many times rescheduled. Customer care is rude. my booking was made on 25th, where is your scheduled engineer? Jio is nothing but a scam...

    @JioCare Okay Jio team..it's been 1 month.. Do you want to take your life time to resolve the issue. Very good Jio team for your support. Hats off.. whenever I DM I receive the same response that you are working with concerned team. Okay then work with that team until Jio lives.
