Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

What a pathetic Internet connection of @airtelindia in @kolkata. Whole time buffering when returning back to home from office. And then they claim to be the fastest network.. @reliancejio is beating them hands down. I think all the speed has been transferred to rural India. 😣😡

@JioCare @reliancejio Misleading/Cheating statement by advisor Was conveyed,confirmed before recharge that ₹1499 plan includes all OTT apps + the Amazon Prime membership but didn't got after recharge. Fiber customer care is ridiculously time consuming
