    @Abhi_1Tiwari Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @DoT_India the telecom cos are launching 5g but still not able to provide full 4g services to their customers. Not even able to provide better network even in delhi city.

    @PMOIndia one Service Provider said internet speed wud be 40mbps but it just 10.56 mbps,just now (Ookla speed test). They are not bothered. @reliancejio told me 100 mbps but not agreeing to gv reduction if speed is less.This is customer service in India. @TRAI does nothing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio for the name sake jio support system have calling number or live chat option. But, all these are waste. They only have pre-made functions/replies. What if I have a query? Who will answer? Still, no-one has replied that Can I use Jio SIM in JioFi device?

    @JioCare too much network lag during call from 5 days. Call drop also too much. Can you please solve as soon as possible

    @reliancejio @JioCare not resolved the issue yet. what a waste investment I made. After expiry of my package I will definitely go back to @ACTFibernet
