    @reliancejio @JioFibre This is not the first time i am facing issues with jio everytime i have problems i have to tweet and then the issue is being resolved why are you having such staff ? It was totally unprofessional. We are also doing business and we dont have all the time

    @JioCare It's been 11 days I'm waiting to hear from you for my relocation with no response, when I call customer care each time they give me a date and time to be at new location they never come and they never inform. When I call again they simply give me a new time and date.

    @JioCare service request number SR00001D1USV. The new sim isn't activated even after repeated requests. Please check into it urgently and resolve complaint.

    @reliancejio , Jio Fiber has the WORST customer service. I subscribed for their plan on 10th Aug 2022 - appointment was scheduled for 17th Aug. - No one came to install that day - not picking up calls still - worst ever. Please don’t opt for such poor service.
