  @reliancejio @JioCare Your team just come and give new connection for every problem. They take security money every time but after providing new connection they don't return security money and ask for the hardware which is not provided by jio.

  @JioCare I am getting frustrated by the kind of broadband services you are providing in Dehradun. Internet is not working since 12th July, I have called multiple times on your helpline and still no one is visiting from your side, same issue happened last month and for 10 days I..

  @reliancejio @JioCare I am fed up of your pathetic customer service and zero integrity. Your fiber team comes and installs a new connection everytime there is any issue without closing the previous one. Now they are asking me for additional hardware which was not given by team.
