    @JioCare Thats the prblm, Appointment date and time has passed, same thing you ppl were doing when i was asking to fix my connection, but no engineer visit happened for almost a week, which forced me to cancel the connection, and now the same is happening with cancellation request

    @D87777048Rakesh I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare Since last five month i am taking follow up saved payment issue and network issue each and every time you guys response like we will resolve but till the time no solution... I write near around 100 mails to you guys in last five month but till the time no solution come.

    Avoid @airtelindia broadband. Their service has deteriorated over time. Go for @reliancejio or other services.

    @JioCare Registered mobile number:99995 53239 It’s been more than month and I haven’t received refund of my disconnected Jio fiber service and I am not getting any response over email/call so, I have filled a complaint to National consumer and here is the docket number: 3531511.

    @Bingoboi2 @reliancejio Atleast vodafone idea (vi) is far better than jio in terms of internet speed. Jio is the worst network... Slowest network of jio all-time Vodafone idea have some issues but not like slow jio all time
