    @JioCare It's 4days, still working/wait. It is not expected from brand like Jio. Only big claim, on ground, you are down. In today's time breakdown for 4days means, Just like sarkari,your infra strength is very weak & incompetent. Who will bear the loss for these day?

    Worst service, worst customer care response, worst field technicians if you want to experience then get @JioCare Jio Fiber at home… They can only survive & people like us put up with them is because the alternative in the market is even worse…

    @JioCare Every second day i am facing network outage on my jio fibre device , is this the way to provide service that i have to face speed issues every second day kindly restore asap or i need to change the network

    @JioCare Jio cutomer care is pathetic.. I have been chasong them since last one month for a refund.. no one is reaching out to to me from customer care...I will report this to TRAI for sure..

    I am not getting any tracking number from jio and customer care is also unable to update even they cut the call in the middle of the conversation without shorting out the query. Worst service by Jio i requesting never take jio sim because they will not get back to you. @JioCare

    @JioCare No status on installation under relocation request till now, pathetic service, porting my existing jio number to other service provider
