    @JioCare I brought Jio phone with 2 year plan but I don't get any plan since 5 month( after 20 days of purchase). I waste my money on Jio phone. I don't get a satisfied reason by customer care and retailer. Please, tell me a solution for this problem.

    @JioCare hi, having issue with one app installed in JIO SET TOP BOX App - Addatimes, App starts, but video playback crashes Jio customer care did not take complain stating it is a 3rd party App service for which is not included in plan. Addatimes told to contact Jio. Please help

    @JioCare Also, if you can restore the service within today or by tomorrow, Please pay me remaining balance since the day internet services are not working and i will happily switched to Airtel forever.

    @reliancejio your network quality literally very poor. Day by day data speed is decreasing. Sometimes data doesn't work at all. Need to change operator. @JioCare
