@JioCare So last update from service person was it might need to change the router as the landline receiver he used was also having the same issue, outgoing is working but upon dialing the number it says line is busy every time. So I just want a service person wo give proper resolution.

@JioCare Engineer comes and still no resolution! He himself is not sure what the issue is. We all are WFH, even few hours of outage can cause great loss and is unaccepteble unless it's a natural calamity! Last month with Jio. Will switch to airtel

@JioCare @reliancejio internet is not working for the past three days in our area located in Chennai. When we try calling customer care we get an automated response stating we know that there is issues in your area. We will sort it out soon. This is totally disappointing

@BenjwalAnand I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
