    @JioCare Kashyapi - i have done this and it says "something went wrong". This is the same issue since 18th April and we are back at same point after a month. I don't believe JIO cannot complete a simple relocation request. Is that true?

    @JioCare No resolution yet , installing team comes and says no free socket for the fiber in the main box so they will install a new box in a months time.. One month for installation of a broadband connection? Are you guys kidding? Payment is already done for 6 Montns
