    @SinghAy45002864 @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio And another thing is if u have dual SIM in that suppose another network netpack finished immediately Airtel will be very very poor

    @JioCare No action so far.. inspite of call back from customer care also. Really horrible service. If I had not paid till sep 2026 I would have cancelled the connection

    The ****** service is still down. @JioCare send someone to take away this **** box. Repeated failures, no resolution, and tickets being put “on hold” without my consent. This is beyond frustrating. Worst experience with @reliancejio. Want to switch now, how is @airtelindia?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Another SR raised (SR000034DQS9) with promised update by 26 Apr 7pm, yet still no refund issued. Multiple SRs, same issue, zero resolution. Stop generic replies—share exact refund timeline & process immediately.
