    @SinghAy45002864 @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio And another thing is if u have dual SIM in that suppose another network netpack finished immediately Airtel will be very very poor

    @JioCare Dear Jio Team, I’ve been waiting for 4 days just to get a wire connected. What kind of meetings are going on that are preventing this simple task? You've installed the WiFi, but you are failing to provide any service.

    @JioCare I coudnt find a jio fiber office in Nagpur to raise a complaint. The only ones are internet connection provider charging to even come and show up

    @reliancejio What the hail is wrong with your services? Extremely call drop? Not even connecting to your toll free no. STB issue, internet slow issue OTT app issue. Resolve immediately.

    We Indians should be proud now, as I can see @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup is heading towards to be d worlds biggest fraud company by looting its fellow citizens. Such a same to Ambani family, its more then 3 months - issue not resolved yet.

    @JioCare No matter how many times you try to call Jio customer care at 1800-896-9999, they always seem to be facing more issues than us. It's impossible to speak to a customer care specialist, which is incredibly frustrating. @airtelindia joining u guys.

    Weeks of follow-ups for a simple new connection. Every interaction ends with "we'll get back to you," but nobody actually does. Companies spend millions on branding, but customer service is what people remember. @reliancejio.
