    @SinghAy45002864 @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio And another thing is if u have dual SIM in that suppose another network netpack finished immediately Airtel will be very very poor

    @JioCare but the connection worked properly for only 3 days before the same problem returned. Despite raising multiple complaints, sending emails, calling customer care several times, and visiting the Jio Center repeatedly, I have not received a proper resolution. (2/7)

    @JioCare Where is extream weather condition. Do you check live weather in google. In world of AI you tweet without checking. No rain , no issue here. I am not facing issue along whole tower now it seems. Earlier your service was good hence we moved to Jio. Now let us see your service.

    @JioCare if you ask for all info to troubleshoot, what is the use of the app? i hv shared the app screen results, only for recharging you have made such a heavy app? hv shown signal bars also/make the app give right info of analysis/it fakes all its results to fool cust& u ask more info

    @JioCare 4 days, no usable mobile internet in Shriram Colony Rao & Nehru Nagar, Indore. Entire locality is affected, not just one user. Multiple calls to 198, only false promises of "2–3 hours." Please restore service immediately. Complaint ID: MR0001PIIRJ4 @TRAI

    Dear @JioCare, The Jio network in Luni, Jodhpur (342802) has become a nightmare. Every 3–4 days the network goes completely down for 5–6 hours, while nearby areas work perfectly. The issue is clearly with the local Jio tower.

Despite my complaints several time I didn’t get any response except “ Dear customer we are sorry for the inconvenience “
