@JioCare I made recharge of 601 in morning. Unable to use data there is no internet at all if swich to JIO while able to use Airtel data. Called customer service and as usual hung after 15 minute wait time. Its urgent for me. Pls help.

@JioCare Dear jio. There is no customer service representative to talk to in jio. I have been trying to resolve my issue for the past 10 days there has been no appropriate response from your team.nobody has contacted me . I have also DM you multiple times please resolve my issue.
