    The worst customer care company. @reliancejio @JioCare After what feels like a lifetime of waiting to speak to a customer care executive, the call drops. Upon complaining about absolutely no internet connectivity, y’all say “it’s probably temporary.

    Jio internet speed is very slow down in Parbhani city. @reliancejio @JioCare has charged as 4 G service and giving 2G service?? What a joke or intolerance??

    @reliancejio @JioCare booked a new connection for jio fiber and that process is seamless but installation guys are difficult to deal with. No flexibility, no respect for customer’s time, no manners to talk to customers

    @reliancejio its more than 12 days i am facing network problem in making calls and slow internet, i tried too many times to complaint about that each and every time i get same answer wait for 7 hours 24 minutes. My worst decision was to stay with jio😭
