    Turning on international roaming on Airtel prepaid was much easier. Just asked their customer support to do it and it was done in 5 minutes. With @JioCare I've even purchased their pack, but still haven't got the network .

    @JioCare Even the appellate authority number is not working. No one picks up the call. I was on line for atleast 10 mins.... But no one answered. Is @reliancejio not following @TRAI regulations?

    @JioCare Okay le'me elaborate, the internet is not working, YouTube just shows YOU'RE OFFLINE, messenger shows CONNECTING other apps aren't even starting up, while calling voice jitters, sometimes calls don't even connect, and yesterday the customer care employee weren't getting my voice.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai why do you provide 500Mbps and 1000Mbps when you can’t afford Good. Quality Router, i am getting 30Mbps on 2Ghz and 150Mbps on 5Ghz And when i call explain same thing to customer care they hung up call upgrade the device or remove plans

    @JioCare I didn't receive any call from your customer care but i received call from scamster posing as Jio Customer care and they were trying to trouble shoot my problem by making me download Quick Support by TeamViewer and taking control of my phone. how did they know my registered no ?
