    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare There has been issue with the internet service for Jio Airfiber Since 3 days in Bhosari, Pune. It’s showing service outage in the area since 3 days. Contacted multiple times to the customer care, no service engineer has arrived yet. Worst service provided

    @JioCare Bad Bad Bad Service. Broadband down since yesterday, no response from the team. I’m only doing this via app. Customer care number doesn’t work. Technician was supposed to come at 11 today and automatically sends me a message that I rescheduled/put on hold…

    Hey @JioHotstar @JioCare why are you suddenly blocking titles on JioHotstar and forcing users to upgrade, especially when these were supposed to be included in the bundle with the ₹899 recharge plan? This feels like a bait-and-switch. Fix this and unlock the content we paid for!

    @JioCare I'm so fed up of raising complaints your team keeps pushing the date of technician I think I'm just moving to different service provider. Your team cannot take 4 days to resolve. Thank you I'm done dealing with JIO rubbish service
