  @JioCare Certainly there is no improvement in network, it's pathtic. Airtel was a lot better, can't wait to get back. Wish there was no cool off period of 90 days to port to other network. Would have moved tomorrow.

  @reliancejio @NetflixIndia Most of jio user complain for network related issue and worst network speed u can see your tweeter pls do something otherwise you loose your customer next week I ported out from jio to airtel because it's long time I faced worst network. Use airtel than joi u can see difference.

  Jio company always gives excuses but not try to solve customer problems.. Speed of internet of jio company is too much poor from last 4 days its working like 2g. But company didn't focus to maintain the speed but they charge customers timely. @JioCare @DoT_India

  @JioCare It's been 18 days of JioFiber complaints regarding no internet service and you have provided no resolution...@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please let me know if you provide broadband service in my area as I'm looking forward to switch to airtel
