    @SinghAy45002864 @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio And another thing is if u have dual SIM in that suppose another network netpack finished immediately Airtel will be very very poor

    @JoshiPralhad Joshi Sahab @reliancejio started online SIM card application, I applied twice and paid money. Never got sim as payment was processed. They have removed human customer care executives and with bots they have fixed queries. Even their shops and service centres couldn’t help.

    @reliancejio Bangalore 50 residents in Our apartment are using Jio Wi fi network,they assured that they will give complimentary Wi fi connection to association office but till date no connection has been given.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare @reliancejio The weather condition is normal in my area.. I am in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru... The field engineers are not providing any solution and giving wrong reasons... Please help to fix the issue today.. it's already been 2 days since I have raised complaint

    @JioCare @reliancejio has got to be the company with worst customer support. These bastards take away your money for providing some services which they themselves cancel with some random reason and won't refund you the amount even after a month. Customer service

    @JioCare I know very well how you are “trying to resolve” this issue for the last 40+ days. You can simply check my profile to see your so-called “efforts.” Every few days, another generic copy-paste reply and another SR marked “resolved” without actual resolution.

    but there is no response from him. I also tried calling JioCare, but the call only says the request is already raised and then disconnects. Please let me know if an engineer will visit and resolve the issue soon, as the internet is still not working.

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet services have been down since morning. Initial restoration time was 445pm. It now says restoration by tomorrow. What is happening!!? Work from Home impossible with such poor service.

    @JioCare worst service provider in India. Worst customer care. Problems have been going on for two weeks with no resolution at all. Only constant hang ups from your end. Will be porting to @airtelindia
