@JioCare I have tried to call 199 to speak to a Rep but there IVR is too complicated and there is no option to call a rep. I have successfully recharge my number but the amount is not credited to my Jio Mobile number. Please help

Dear @reliancejio,for the past30 days, it has become extremely difficult to use the network from the Jio tower located under the jurisdiction of the Tadi Baragaon Police StationNagra,District Ballia due to persistent issues with internet connectivity,calling,and voice service.
