    @Rahul39345637 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India See how third grade both company are.. Rejecting DND complaint stating ucc invalid.. But not providing correct one too... That means ye sab chor he aur advertising company se mile hue he..

    New Marketing strategy by @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup. Postpaid to prepaid takes 5 days. System doesn't work for Jio and you end up paying the complete monthly plan of poor Jio Postpaid. Be aware Don't move to Jio Postpaid. You might never get a great Customer Service 2.

    @JioCare unstable network and very poor coverage in my area railpar Babutalab asansol pin code 713302 dist. West Bengal. I'm constantly complaining but your customer care is not resolve my problem.

    @JioCare please cabled at C. I. T. Road, Kolkata-700014, so that we can take a broadband service. The leased line is not possible to install, only broadband service can be sanctioned by my management.
