    @SinghAy45002864 @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio And another thing is if u have dual SIM in that suppose another network netpack finished immediately Airtel will be very very poor

    @JioCare It's been 4 days and the engineer still hasn't visited. This is really disappointing service from Jio. The assigned engineer isn't responding to my calls, and my work completely stopped because of internet issue. I'm paying a premium amount but not getting the service. #india

    @JioCare @reliancejio Friend, I have never seen a bad network like yours in the company and employees like you who have been saying for the last 6 months that work is going on in the network and it will be done soon but it has been more than 6 months but your network .

    @JioCare I finally managed to escape the automated system, speak to a human and set up a service request. Hopefully this time it will get resolved. (unlike the last two service requests which were prematurely closed. Would advise Jio not to hire scammers in the guise of engineers.

    @DoT_India @TRAI I am constantly getting hit with automated spam calls using number series rotation. Every time I block a number, I instantly get a call from the same series, with only the last digit changed. (series +91140) please help on this , @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @JioCare is there anyone here who is going to escalate this issue from morning there is no internet I can see only one light in airfiber router which is setup as antenna at my house.
