    @JioCare The eSIM is currently installed and turned ON in my iPhone, not in a Realme device. I have already tried turning the eSIM off and on multiple times. Another Jio number is working perfectly on the same iPhone, but this number shows “No Service” and incoming callers 1/2

    @JioCare This is the 3rd time, engineer visit is rescheduled, please check. No calls yet from any of your engineer/executive to solve the issue. Already having patience for last 13 days. Dont know how much patience required.

    Service Request SR0000352NP3 dated 4/5/2026 is still pending . Rewiring request raised one month ago. No one attended till today. Very poor customer service from @jiocare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    If I have been deprived of internet services for 8–9 days due to Jio's inability to resolve the issue, why should I be charged for those days? I request: 1Immediate restoration of my JioFiber connection. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare It appears the JioFiber service team has mastered the art of excuses rather than resolutions. Even after 4 days, my service remains down, while the only update is “our engineers are working on it.” Truly impressive levels of inefficiency for a premium service.

    @JioCare @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet at least do us a favor tell us how to cancel it . Your marketing executive is the worst .called more than 50 times no response.i will be posting all the call and message screenshots here to show how pathetic your service is .so that others won't get trapped

    The automated system only redirects me to the app without providing any real assistance. Yesterday, a Jio technician visited my location but was unable to resolve the issue. He assured me that he would return today and fix it. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been a month since I requested cancellation and refund for Jio AirFiber, yet no action has been taken by your team. When I called,they claimed service was closed due to me not picking up I have no idea when they even called! Even the state team failed to help.(1/2)
