    Any update on my concern?Are you sleeping @JioCare ?You shameless fellow don't bother to reply customer,you only know to escalate and wasting time. It's already 3 months since my termination,I think refund word is missing in the dictionary of fraud @reliancejio @jagograhakjago .

    @JioCare This delay is unacceptable. Please stop sending generic replies and provide a confirmed installation schedule immediately. If installation cannot be completed today, please cancel my request and process the refund, otherwise I will proceed with another provider.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare! I booked a new Jio SIM with a promise of delivery within 48 hours. The deadline has passed, but it still hasn't been delivered. The support team keeps telling me to "just wait" Visiting a store is not an option for me Now what to do

    @JioCare I fulfilled all requirements from my side and gave ample time for resolution. Despite repeated promises, the service was never delivered. I request an immediate refund. Failing this, I will escalate the matter to consumer authorities and pursue legal remedies.

    @JioCare facing issue with JioFiber speed in STB as well as with VPN. Your support techs are not able to understand this simple request and speaking like machine of plain speed. Please help
