Phone shows "No Service" / "Emergency Calls Only" on Ground Floor 2) Websites/App: All apps - WhatsApp, YouTube, Calls. Nothing works because there is no network.

Now this has caused a serious problem as I need an unlimited data connection as I work full time and rely on the internet high speed data connection for the whole day.
