@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic network, doesn’t want to solve customer complaints at all. Support is just for wasting time. Apart from solving the actual issue they will do everything to waste time.

@JioCare This is the worst i am supposed with JIO . I have registered 2nd time . Every time a sales person comes to my house and do the registration with all the payment . By giving me a hope that installation would be done within same day . And the same would not be happens .

We had faced no network @reliancejio for about 24 hrs.If it was a city, any issue relating 2 yr service may have been resolved within minutes. But it was a small village, it took near about 24 hours to get back.I complained twice,but didn't get d reason of so long network outrage

@reliancejio The speed at which you initally expanded your network presence was fantastic. Wonder what happened now. It’s all stopped and any network issue reported, we get a revert saying that the issue will be sorted in ~6 months time!!
