@JioCare I did. Several times. No one did anything or even called. Horribly slow network, piss-poor signal and call problems. I made a mistake choosing @reliancejio . As soon as my 90 days are up, I'm getting out of Jio and going back to @ViCustomerCare .

@JioCare Hello, the worst service provider, are you responsible to resolve my issue ? My complaint ID is MR0000ULF5BB. Two days have been passed. No response despite having full balance. After getting the payment you have nothing to do with the customers' issues.

Speed is like 2G dear @reliancejio spoke with your agents, saying many users are connected due to this you are facing issue. I'm facing this issue 24x7. This issue is not resolved from last 1 year. You need to upgrade your network tower. Kindly do the needful ASAP and share ETA.
