    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic network, doesn’t want to solve customer complaints at all. Support is just for wasting time. Apart from solving the actual issue they will do everything to waste time.

    @JioCare This is the worst i am supposed with JIO . I have registered 2nd time . Every time a sales person comes to my house and do the registration with all the payment . By giving me a hope that installation would be done within same day . And the same would not be happens .

    @JioCare We have kept an eye on ur services since long…i do have jio fibre connection in hyderabad but bcoz of lockdown i shifted to my village nd need the same service here as i am doing work from home..!!

    We had faced no network @reliancejio for about 24 hrs.If it was a city, any issue relating 2 yr service may have been resolved within minutes. But it was a small village, it took near about 24 hours to get back.I complained twice,but didn't get d reason of so long network outrage

    @reliancejio The speed at which you initally expanded your network presence was fantastic. Wonder what happened now. It’s all stopped and any network issue reported, we get a revert saying that the issue will be sorted in ~6 months time!!

    @JioCare : Hi team, I am a delighted broadband user of Jio. The broadband wire going through my roof has got broken. Requesting early support in fixing it as our office work is getting impacted without network. Thank you. 141-3591724
