venkataramana reddy (@venkat_4u) reported@JioCare -I am facing issues with port-in and SIM delivery. I raised the request on 14th May. So far SIM is not delivered. Whenever I call your customer care, they give false promises of EOD delivery or keep transferring calls, wasting time, and finally disconnecting.
