I has been almost 1month 6 days from uninstallation request yet i haven't received any engeneer to pickup my jio fiber.Always when i call customer care they scheduled a date for engeneer to pickup it but he didn't come to take it.@JioFiberChennai @JioCare

@JioCare the worst 👎experience with the coustmer care ppl they don't even know how to handle the call I was selected my ivr language as Telugu but the call was landed to hindi agent I was requested to transfer the call to Telugu he said me to call back again and hang up the call

@reliancejio @JioCare My connection is not working properly from 12th July. On MyJio app shows problem is resolved. I just want to know that how can problem will solved without any technician visit. when i called technician he doesn't behave properly and said "Jo krna krlo, Jaha Complaint krni krlo".
