My connection started on 26 February, and since day one I have been facing internet connectivity issues. Websites and applications keep getting stuck on loading and many times do not open properly at all. Despite having WiFi, I am forced to use my mobile hotspot for basic work. For the last 3 months, I have been calling customer care almost daily, but there is still no proper solution. Your team keeps giving fake commitments like “trust us, your issue will be resolved within 24 hours,” but even after months the issue still exists. Service requests are repeatedly marked as resolved without actually fixing the issue or confirming with me. Different requests like network issue, Ethernet port flap, STB change, WiFi-AP change, and SSID issue were raised, but nothing permanently solved the problem. I even took another new connection on the same number, but the same issue is still happening there as well. Even the new ₹807 connection/recharge is getting wasted because of your poor service. Your team is still unable to clearly explain where the actual issue is and only keeps asking me to wait. This has crossed all limits now. If another complaint is marked resolved without fixing the issue, I will escalate this matter further.
