@JioCare since last 48 hrs Jio Fiber is not working in our area Indirapuram Ghaziabad 201014. We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.

Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @jio_fiber One of the worst customer experiences no proper response, delayed resolutions, and zero accountability. This is frustrating and unacceptable. I am surrendering the service due to this poor experience. Thanks for poor experience.
