    @JioCare @reliancejio If something as urgent as otp cannot be accessed on your network, why am I paying for this sim? I am anguished. All my banking is messed up

    Last week We had to bribe a Jio site “engineer” to visit our place to fix our internet That too when it already had not been working for more than 8 days And now since yesterday it’s not working again Imagine you’re paying for a month, & for 8 days it won’t work @JioCare

    @JioCare what is happening with the network. It works for 10-5 in day time is your network works for office hours only. Or should I switch to @airtelindia . Because they are providing best data speed and quality.

    @JioCare my refund amount is not processed till today after 17 days pickup of jiofibre box. They tell "in 72 hours we update the status" ....but nothing happen...sorryy this is worst service in my history... please resolve my issue and refund my security amount.

    @JioCare I had received a call from this number +918597857024 , the guy was remotely accessing my screen and asking to pay Rs10 through CARD. Guy said I'll rectify the issue on call and remotely by TeamViewer app. I was afraid to pay the money & denied to pay b'cuz I can't trust him.

    @JioCare I feel jio actually has very poor service. I think other service providers are much better in terms of service. Looks jio will soon be a liability for reliance.
