    @JioCare @RelJio4g @reliancejio Please let me know if have to pay for FRC during MNP to jio from other network? Moreover what is the cost for a duplicate sim against misplaced one?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have never seen such a worst networking system in India before. Thay plunder us by advertising on newspaper,TV but the practical things is that what am sharing.I have to come out about 500m for just a call rather than internet.#quitjio

    @reliancejio we still wonder why you keep hold of our port requests even there were no dues, always plays games by calling from customer support end and still doesn't resolve a simple Plan upgrade issue, and we are still proud for using @reliancejio as we should visit @JioCare

    @JioCare Team, having my Jio Fibre connectivity issue. Raised complaint, but service engineer is keen on having this line cancelled, stating they cannot lay wire for 78 meter from nearest pole. Is there a regulation exists?

    @JioCare I have paid for setup box of jio fiber since 01.05.2021 but your service engineer didn't come to my residence with setup box. Your customers care assured more than 20 times that engineer will visit. I waited at my res since 5 days. Regd Mob No.8455888775, Bhubaneswar

    @JioCare Trying to convert my physical sim to esim from last night, Not getting a reply from 199 when I sent the esim request. please help
