    @JioCare @RelJio4g @reliancejio Please let me know if have to pay for FRC during MNP to jio from other network? Moreover what is the cost for a duplicate sim against misplaced one?

    @JioCare he did not come to my place to check only and he did not call also how can he shift the appointment without asking the customer and when I try to call the customer care it says the SR is created and cuts the call automatically what kind of service is this.

    @JioCare The problem has been identified. The only pending action is replacement of the faulty device. Requesting immediate intervention from the concerned manager and same-day resolution. 2/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a service request from last 1 week and the issue is still pending. I am repenting on my decision to go with jio. No one bothers to check and I face the same difficulty every morning. Please note that you are a private organization not an ngo

    Automated reply by @JioCare , bogus links and no engineer assigned after 8 days. Seriously feel cheated by @JioCare . Would not recommend jio fibre to anyone. Feels like talking to a wall. Would file complaint with National Customer forum if not resolved today.
