Hello jio I have a problem whenever someone calls me I am not able to receive a call instead of that I'm getting a message that you have a missed call from the person. The person who makes a call is getting that I am out of the coverage area. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_bank

@JioCare @reliancejio unable to connect customer care executive as I recharged by ₹2999 and on jio app the validity shows 388 days but post recharge the validity shows for only 365 days . Why…?
