    Always same kind of reply I'm getting from their customer care. I'm not able to do my work. Funny thing is, my location is just approximately 200 meters from the nearest @reliancejio tower.

    @JioCare You guys start giving the notification 1-2 days before the recharge date which is fair but let’s say I make 100 calls in those 24-48hrs. Do I need to listen that 100 times ? What if one among 100 is an emergency call ? Then don’t you think call should get connected immediately?

    @reliancejio I don’t have network in my device . I am in United Kingdom I don’t have the network in my device . I have my roaming on too , I can’t even talk with the customer support too .

    @JioCare Hi You have disappointed again , as per last conversation I am not getting any better outcome. Internet issue is continue with me at my place / area. 10 to 20 kbsp speed is high speed between 10am to 8pm around.ans this is a long time span. Should I quit your network?

    @JioCare I showed them the documents which you said, but they said to write a mail. No one knows who will issue the new SIM on that number or who Will solve the problem. He is using the SIM for more than a year, don't know why they deactivated the SIM now. (2/2)
