Why is an engineer's visit required to activate an OTT app which is bundled in the selected post paid plan? Big mistake at my end. Never go for post paid plans specially from @reliancejio. Worst service @JioCare.

@JioCare jio fiber employee insisted and forced me to get a new connection with a promise that I can opt for disconnection even after 3 months and 1500 security deposit will be refunded but the customer care executive tells me it's only applicable if done before 30 days.

@JioCare I just fedup connect reconnect buffering not clearity in stb box connection engineer visit for nearly a formality problem is yet not resolve after 3 days I am very thankful you disconnect my connection and refund my money
