    2/2 Went through the horrible ivrs, tried to call customer care and had tried searching all over the airtel thanks app to try and get a call back atleast,and your airtel stores don't have any contact info about the broadband team they suggested.I guess I'll just go with @JioCare

    @JioCare I DM my mobile number. I don't have any alternative number. It is difficult to understand that why you people asking for alternative mobile number ? I am reporting issue for a particular area Arera Hills Bhopal, near EOW Bhawan. Take it as a feedback and respond promptly.

    @JioCare Get 200 pages notebook and continue writing... My issue still remains unresolved.. 30hrs and 6 calls to JioCC... fake commitments and pathetic customer service... CC executive don't even know when the issue can be resolved
