    @JioCare I already did it but no one turned up , neither any call. Even Not able to talk to any service associate through toll free no.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This lack of response and support is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience. Take immediate action to resolve my issue and arrange for a technician to visit as soon as possible. Treat this complaint as urgent and provide me with an update at the earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The issue is still unresolved despite repeated complaints. If the installation is not completed immediately, I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline. Please take urgent action.

    + 1 @reliancejio network outage everywhere ! Especially bad from Outer Ring Road to Amazon Wave Rock in Gachibowli zero network😡 even inside big buildings offices no network Urgent UPI payments failing, Google Maps useless, calls dropping..worst experience these days

    @JioCare Your field engg visit around 3.. that is after lunch hour every time we needed service for our fiber no matter what.. we always opt for a morning schedule time on the app but they usually visit late.. this is not happening for the first time..

    @JioCare @JioCare internet not working for 15 days and nobody cones to resolve it despite repeated complaints. Service requests are closed without any resolution as nobody cares. Absolutely shameless and callous attitude towards customer service. SR00003AQ7I9, SR00003A19B5.
