    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down for 40+ hours. Customer care keeps extending the restoration time but the issue remains unresolved. This is causing professional loss and serious inconvenience. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Please resolve urgently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare I to simply raise a technician visit request to get my jiofiber router working. Can’t seem to do through 1800 896 9999 as it redirects me to Myjio. Can’t seem to do through My jio as it redirects me to this number. Please just need to raise a service request

    @JioCare My JioFiber internet has been down and I’m unable to raise a service request via the MyJio app. Helpline calls disconnect when trying to reach an agent. Need urgent engineer assistance and resolution. Sent an email too, but no response @reliancejio

    @JioCare No, after I got go help, I uninstalled and installed the whole set up to make it work. It was a lot of effort but lesser than what it was with you guys. Thanks, anyway.
