  @reliancejio @JioCare My fiber is not working since morning after raising multiple complaints no solution has been provided. In this particular case at least give a 10GB voucher till the time you fix it. After all we are paying for the services. Case no SR00003A0XMV

  @JioCare @reliancejio has failed to assign a service engineer in the last 4 days after multiple complaints of their Air fiber being non-functional.. :/ Their call center politely tells me that we I'll take this on priority but it's almost a week now and their priority is nowhere

  @JioCare Village saratha Post dhaka p.s dhaka East Champaran pin code 845412 . landmark saratha khairwa road. The tower is always close due to when power cut off and they sell all the diesel and we face many problems so you should take action against them
