    @JioCare I have already DM’ed both my registered and alternate numbers as requested, but I am still waiting for a response. My service has been down since April 26th and you missed the April 29th appointment. Stop the delay tactics and give me a concrete time for the technician visit NOW

    @JioCare Nah. This is still not fixed. Why are we not sending your best engineers to find the root cause. What is the point of taking your service if all the time customer has to be behind you. Such a bad experience. I am parallelly checking with Airtel as well. I am frustrated now

    @JioCare pathetic experience for Jio fiber support..An SR raised yesterday for non connectivity has been rescheduled twice and now been postponed to next day without any prior update.

    @JioCare Since April 21, we have consistently been asked to wait without any clear progress. We are repeatedly being told to be patient, but there seems to be no visible action. We expect employees to actively work on resolving the issue rather than causing prolonged delays.

    @JioCare My wifi a6 is down said by engineer and the backend team giving zero shi about my wifi and engineer said it will again take 24hour like are u kidding me

    @JioCare Since day 1 connection isn't working. Its been 25 days, raised 5 tickets but no solution. Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do.

    @JioCare every alternate day the issue is same and i am raising multiple tickets and the router has also been changed but still the wifi is not working is this the type of service you people provide... I need to get this resolved on priority as from past 2 days there is no wifi
