@GooglePayIndia @JioCare @RBI had followed you and didn't get any option to message. You all are fraud. No one either Google pay or jio, knows where Money went after deducting my account. I will complaint at RBI for this kind of customer service behaviour and holding customer Money.

4. Magically the state escalation was closed even without taking confirmation from the customer. Apart from these I've tried raising issue over call numerous times and wrote a mail to appellate and jiocare but response is of the same routine and ZERO action.

So good to have you @reliancejio and @JioCare. JioFiber down since 3 days for me. 5 engineer appointments being booked but engineer is not coming. Instead dropping a false report that my house is locked. No calls, no bell rings tho. @JioCare can’t do anything to help. Thanks !!
