    @reliancejio too much poor internet. Throughout the way from Howrah to Kathgodam via train, no one with Jio could access internet properly. It was literally frustrating, felt like, 2 days of quarantine from the whole world. But @airtelindia users were connected very well (1/2)

    @JioCare worst customer service i have ever used. Representatives are just not knowledgeable enough to resolve any issues. Just read screen in front of them to no avail. Using the most expensive plan but without any services. #Iquitjio #lack of support .
