  @JioCare I have booked for jio airfiber, after taking payment and not getting any support from jio team. Worst support service, not able to connect with jio care help line. It is not 24*7 service, it provide worst support service

  Really frustrated with customer service of @reliancejio @JioCare. I changed my jio fiber plan a week ago. A new jio set top box was to be installed 4-5 days ago. Since then i get a appointment confirmation and nobody shows up at the time. Have been complaining since last 5 days.

  @reliancejio @JioCare My one of sim is deactivated and not showing. I have tried to connect you on toll-free but your chatbot is the worst. I need to activate that SIM since I have contacts and WhatsApp access with that number.
