    @JioCare @JioCare Please explain who verified the resolution and on what basis the ticket was closed? It feels frustrating that a company like Jio cannot even resolve a simple network outage issue for the past 2 days and still counting.

    @JioCare I am facing a serious issue with my Jio AirFiber connection. Service Request No. SR000037T8O5 has been pending for 4 days. The assigned engineer keeps rescheduling the visit and is allegedly demanding extra cash payment to come on-site. This is highly unprofessional.

    @TRAI please do the needful We are paying for the service, but not getting service. If we check the old record of 6 months how many times we had complained. No proper solution from @JioCare @reliancejio .

    2 days back (9/06/2026) I was booked jio airfiber and paid money,.. they said Tomorrow we'll reach ur home and fix the connection, but till now they didn't come and didn't even respond to my call... @JioCare

    @JioCare it has already been 1 week and still no one has visited or taken any action. I have only been receiving assurances without any actual resolution. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare two days of lodging complaint for restoration of Internet connectivity bi Ur only false promises of visits by so called engineers where even one mentioned falsely that house of customer is locked. What a mockery after charging for full year
