    After Years a Jiotower installed just 1km away from in our village before 2 months ..happy moments for us but just after 1 month jio speed is negligible and we are still facing same problems Request @reliancejio @JioCare Plz look into matter and resolve the problem immediately.

    @reliancejio The Jio network and connectivity at Bankura District West Bengal is absolutely poor. The network is specially poor at Kotalpur Block of Bankura District. The company should take necessary steps to set up mobile towers to improve the internet speed in this area.

    I would request @KolkataPolice @reliancejio to look into this matter urgently and arrest the culprits immediately. Facing this issue frequently. Engineers came and repaired it 3 days ago and again. Please take action immediately because this a very strong offence in this era.

    @JioCare Why should I?? You don't need my number to fix the stability and speed of internet. Just fix the problems in Motihari, Bihar. That is my city. Everywhere, Jio just sucks in the whole city. Fix it. Or just check how many have ported out in last year in that city alone.

    @reliancejio If you have that much capacity then prove it in my village. We will agree you. What you are saying is right. I am telling you from last one and half months. U still telling u r network team to look into it. But this message not reached ur network. Please check ur network first.

    @reliancegroup is the complete opposite of its name, most unreliable company. Change the name to Unreliable.I wish I never bought a @reliancejio sim. @JioCare just want to harass the customer.I need to lodge a complaint in consumer forum now.Horrible #Jio team.Shame on #jiophone
