    @JioCare Total blackout of signals at Ishaq Colony since 28th Oct. Checked with neighbour's also all jio connections report "Emergency Calls Only" Please attend on priority or we will be left with no option but to port out

    Pathetic service. Internet out for almost a week now. Service engineer saying, cant do anything, you can switch to a different internet if you want. @reliancejio @JioCare. Is this how you treat your customers ?

    @reliancejio The jio fibre connection not working from past 4 days. When called customer service to sent technician to fix it, what they had to say in reply was "hatwa do connection, humko koi dikkat nahi". What a great way out, hatts of to @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio SO RELIANCE BEING A SUCH A BIG COMPANY USING MY MONEY FOR 14-15 DAYS WITH ANY INTEREST. LIKE ME MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL ALSO BE FACING THIS PROBLEM. USING CRORES OF RUPEES WITHOUT ANY INTEREST.

    @JioCare Your local engineer is not lifting the calls for last 2 days....he told me to take some other connection, even if there are 5 more jio Fiber conn in our apartment...please help
