    @reliancejio i had emailed with proof on 3rd june that my wifi has issue but neither your customer care nor on email i found any help to resolve it so please let me know that are you interested in giving service or not I have other options available so i can move there

    @JioCare The Internet connection is broken from last 3 days and the customer care is unable to resolve it. There is no option to schedule the technician visit on the app . Please schedule the visit or cancel the connection and refund the money

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been calling and requesting for the past 3 days to replace my STB. Your agents keep saying that the issue will be resolved but there is not even an Engineer assigned to my ask. A task this small should not take this much time. Absolutely pathetic!!!

    @Tendilkar @JioCare Sir I am stuck now. Have already have 3 months in advance. And it has not even been a month I have taken a new connection. I am from the service industry. We deal with security systems. And we make sure that service visits and not only attended but also resolved in 24hrs

    @JioCare Jio is very slow.. on 6th June we ported to Jio and till date the details of delivery of SIM is not received Spoke to @JioCare twice today.. if this is the case how to rely on JIO..act smartly- there are so many services provider and if you are not compatible the what’s the use?

    @JioCare Now the issue is on hold, the engineer did not even visit. Even the same happened last time and is the same always. Don't give any reasons. Please do escalate and get early resolution @reliancejio
