It's been more than 3 days no response from your team after KYC for @reliancejio fiber connection. They are very fast to collect the money and documents. But after that they don't even take my calls. Please process my refund. I can assume your after sales service by this.

@JioCare What a joke .. ? our near by society has JIO Fiber service. And you are telling service is not started in your area. This clearly shows you are afraid of Competition as told by your site engineer. Now I got it correctly. @reliancejio

@chetananju @reliancejio Honestly I think there’s a chance of recovery I had the same experience recently but mine was fixed by GHOST_TOOLZ on Instagram he’s good at troubleshooting and accounts recovery. He helped me out because appeals never worked

@reliancejio Not receiving signals of giga fibre since 27th December. Complaint lodged on 28th. Till now giga fibre is out of service. Does Jio continue its services even for a second when our recharge gets exhausted ? How can you charge for these days of non service ?
