    @JioCare I have been trying to change my postpaid plan to a ₹399 plan without having to pay an additional deposit as I have setup JioPay. 2 weeks, innumerable phone calls, sloppy support from phone and email agents, and still not done! Can you please fix?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I ported from Airtel with lots of hope, unfortunately JIO ended to be a bad choice , poor coverage frequent call drops, poor call quality, worst internet experience that too in landmark places like railway station, malls etc..,pls improve your service
