    @JioCare For a sim replacement I went to yur Reli. Digi. Showroom in R.K.Salai, Chennai last evning. Was tld netwrk issues. Today they said replacment is nt avail. here go to Mount Road. Can’t they n say is ystrdy itself. Need I mention the showroom is so huge bt a sim replac?

    @ViCustomerCare Not needed i will visit the showroom pay the bills and get my number pirtability to @reliancejio which is way quicker and responsive then idea, so sad to see such poor customer care , i have been a post paid customer for 18 years with idea, vodafone reduced idea users in india
