@DoT_India I am expecting an immediate action from your side, and I hope I will be compensated accordingly. @JioCare has left me in chaos, my contact list still texts me on my WhatsApp. The same number was connected with my internet banking, payment apps etc. Kindly resolve the issue asap!

Since 30.12.2022 jio fibre not working I’m on leave since then. I’ve called Jio’s customer care not less than 20-25 time everytime they are saying engineer will visit but not a single time he has visited. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

Hey @JioCare , I am using Samsung S20 FE 5G and already updated to the latest software version of the device but In My Jio app it still shows my device is not a 5g device and to use 5g services I must upgrade to a 5g device. Note: 5g service are available in my area. #JioTrue5G

@JioCare I am extremely disappointed with the service for my jiofiber connection..They terminated my connection and customer support failed to address my concerns frequently disconnected my calls...I feel cheated ..will recommend people to choose airtel.@reliancejio
