@JioCare I do understand that ur team's are working hard to resolve my issue but I am sure that ur team's are capable & technical enough to share the time to resolve the issue. Ie 1hr 5hr 1day or 1month It's more than 36hr of issue & 24hr of logging complaint will JIO compensate the same?

@reliancejio @JioCare advisor just hung up the call without giving me any resolution, i thought it was may be due to some technical issue, but i got surprise when i tried again several times, some one picked the call and disconnected it without saying anything.

@JioCare Since 22march our STB not working , made complaint on call centre , they say engineer will visit & solve the issue , but no body came , nothing done , , and in app status updated issue resolved , how this is possible , is this the way jiocare works
