@reliancejio I've Jio postpaid connect but can't even talk over the phone,have to go away from home to make a call.The internet doesn't work even a bit,how many times I have complained to Jio customer care but still not resolved.There is not good Jio network in area City Roorkee.

Pathetic customer service response of @JioCare, services down since noon and each time you call stereotypes responses are given from the customer care. The outrage had started around 2:45 pm today and no sign of improvement today @reliancejio
