@JioCare @reliancejio received a call back from Jio Team and the caller name was Bijon Matthew, please teach him how to talk with customer. If you can't, then don't hire people who doesn't have a good communication skill. Already you are going in early ages by your worst service

@JioCare am working in saudi arabia my jio sim was working properly and getting Otp and messages properly yesterday suddenly the network gone and it’s showing no service it’s having valid plan and I recharged sim with roaming pack and another plan 749 still problem is there

@JioCare @reliancejio I suspended my jio broadband connection about 2 months ago and returned the associated set top box to your agent. Now the customer care informs the same has not been received by them nor does the concerned agent close the matter. kindly help.
