@reliancejio @JioCare super pathetic customer support .. I went to Malivya Nagar Delhi outlet to convert my postpaid jio to prepaid and I was advised to PORT to some other service provider and after 3 months come back to jio prepaid as the system is not working.. JUST AMAZING ..

Why am I not surprised that I neither received a refund nor a call from either customer support to inform why engineer hasn't come for installation or the engineer on when he'd come. @reliancejio ane @JioCare ,, your support is full of s**t and lies.. no wonder!!
