Only been two years and youβve sent me back to 2007 where only one part of the house would get enough network for a call! 1/2

Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

No contact number, no progress report, and no definite resolution timeline has been provided despite multiple followups.
