Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

Only been two years and you’ve sent me back to 2007 where only one part of the house would get enough network for a call! 1/2

Complaint SR00003ERLIZ was raised then and was closed by Jio on 24 August at 4:20 PM without the fault being rectified. I subsequently raised two more complaints today.

I raised the relocation request on 13 Aug, followed up repeatedly, and I’m still being told it’s “under process” with no request number r timeline. This is completely unacceptable
