Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

Current tests show 0.52โ0.76 Mbps upload, repeated ping timeouts and latency spikes >3 seconds.Please escalate to your network team for RCA,not routine troubleshooting.
