Iβve had enough with you @reliancejio @JioCare Back in 2017 you showed up with your network and gave us 4G network that no other network could. Only been two years and youβve sent me back to 2007 where only one part of the house would get enough network for a call! 1/2

Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called againβwas assured itβs already marked as βpriorityβ and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: βDonβt worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.β After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if Iβm not getting a new device? This isnβt a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money.
