Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

After filling the form, the installation team scheduled visits 2โ3 times and cancelled them without giving any proper reason. I finally made the payment, and installation was promised for 6 August. It is now 7 August, but there is still no installation, no proper update, and nobody is even answering my calls. Order ID: NO0001EZQ4WM The local Jio office in my area has also remained closed for almost 6 days and was open only for a day. To make things worse, mobile network quality has also deteriorated. Earlier, 4G was working properly in my area. Since 5G was introduced, the network keeps switching between 4G and 5G frequently, and internet connectivity has become unstable. So right now: โข Mobile internet is unreliable โข JioFiber payment is already done โข Installation deadline has passed โข Local team isn't answering calls โข Customer support isn't providing a solution @JioCare This is an extremely poor customer experience from Jio. Please resolve the JioFiber installation and network issue urgently.
