Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

My number could not be connected to any network, no data used, hrs spend chatting with your support. Onhotel wifi VOWifi call was there and you say it is IR usage? No refund given, PURE cheating.

Revanth x (@svsairevanth) reportedMy experience with @JioAirFiberIN after 2 years of using the service. @reliancejio Iโve been a Jio AirFiber customer for the past 2 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Frequent service outages On average, I experience a major service disruption every 2โ3 months, where the internet simply doesnโt work for 4โ5 days. Letโs do the math: 24 months รท 3 โ 8 major outages 8 outages ร 4 days = 32 days without internet Thatโs more than an entire month of paid service lost, yet there has been no compensation for the downtime. Most recently, I was left without internet for 5 consecutive days. Customer support issues ๐ฉ During area-wide service outages, calling customer care is almost impossible. ๐ฉ Instead of connecting to an agent, the automated system plays a recorded message saying that due to rain or technical issues, technician visits may take longer, and then disconnects the call. ๐ฉ After raising a complaint, I still cannot get through to a customer care representative for updates because the calls continue to end with the automated message. This leaves customers with no way to speak to a real person or get any meaningful update on their complaint. Speed concerns Iโm subscribed to the 30 Mbps plan. While the MyJio/Home app sometimes reports speeds close to 30 Mbps, independent browser-based speed tests on the same Wi-Fi connection frequently show only 8โ15 Mbps, and the real-world experience often feels even slower. Why I donโt think itโs a tower coverage issue The nearest Jio tower is only about 300 meters behind my house. When I switch to Jio 5G mobile data using my Jio SIM from the exact same location, I consistently get 400โ500 Mbps. If the tower is capable of delivering those speeds to my phone, why is my AirFiber connection so inconsistent and often much slower than the advertised plan? Iโm not asking for unrealistic speeds or special treatment. Iโm simply asking for: โ Reliable internet service โ Reachable customer support during outages โ Transparent speed reporting โ Fair compensation for prolonged service disruptions
