    @TRAI There is a horrible network from the telecom companies @airtelindia @reliancejio #VodafoneIdea in entire dibrugarh, a upper assam district. It’s been a week now there seems to be no improvement. My work and I am sure many of us relying on these network for their office work

    @reliancejio why your service so poor in upper Assam .In Magnum there is no one to take our complain. The telephonic grievance receiver first keeps blaming then shelve the complain. Please take suitable action.

    @JioCare pathetic speed at our location. Complained more than 4 times. Always a 120 days time required resolution and nothing happens. Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

    I’ve tried all the ways to speak to your agents, online chats to calls over the phone! You’ve been fantastically responsive with zero repair work. It’s been an entire month that your network has been down! Time to change over to the old networks! @reliancejio @JioCare 2/2

    Ok! I’ve had enough with you @reliancejio @JioCare Back in 2017 you showed up with your network and gave us 4G network that no other network could. Only been two years and you’ve sent me back to 2007 where only one part of the house would get enough network for a call! 1/2

    I am now tolerating @Airtel_Presence β€˜s super crappy customer service . The moment @reliancejio β€˜s giga fibre comes I am going to throw it out. Airtel is giving me lies after lies and deducting my balance.

    @JioCare I would like to understand your policy regarding the acceptance of recharge requests when a customer has not completed the recertification (KYC) process. If KYC is mandatory, it raises a serious concern as to how my recharge was accepted without proper verification.

    @JioCare is the worst customer care service. Had ordered an jio air fiber connection. Made the payment and It's already been a week now. No one from the installation team is taking responsibility. It's too worst.
