    Ok! I’ve had enough with you @reliancejio @JioCare Back in 2017 you showed up with your network and gave us 4G network that no other network could. Only been two years and you’ve sent me back to 2007 where only one part of the house would get enough network for a call! 1/2

    @reliancejio why your service so poor in upper Assam .In Magnum there is no one to take our complain. The telephonic grievance receiver first keeps blaming then shelve the complain. Please take suitable action.

    @TRAI if we pay without any hesitation why Jio network service is not provided with good network speed in many areas. We are wasting our money just to buy 4G Data pack which don't even show 3G speed ...@reliancejio look into it. #jio #trai

    @JioCare pathetic speed at our location. Complained more than 4 times. Always a 120 days time required resolution and nothing happens. Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

    @TRAI There is a horrible network from the telecom companies @airtelindia @reliancejio #VodafoneIdea in entire dibrugarh, a upper assam district. It’s been a week now there seems to be no improvement. My work and I am sure many of us relying on these network for their office work

    @Skidmak_ @JioCare Oh that's good. Then unless you face any major issues in the future there's no need to upgrade to airfiber plus or other switch to other ISP for now ig. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

    @reliancejio 've been a Jio customer for 7 years, but the network is now extremely slow. There is no easy way to contact a real customer care executiveβ€”only bots and no proper complaint option or real solution. Please fix the network and improve customer support.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . My Wi-Fi is not working from past 5 days . Their ground team don’t care about fixing issue everyone is lying daily will come and resolve . Neither service engineer nor technician pickup the calls . No coordination between customer care and ground

    @JioCare I'm not using laptop.. I'm using phone only but still after chats on jio care app nothing improved in your service..and guess what after this I've just checked and it's still showing you've not any subscription so subscribe at 79 rupees..for god sake don't fool people πŸ™
