@TRAI There is a horrible network from the telecom companies @airtelindia @reliancejio #VodafoneIdea in entire dibrugarh, a upper assam district. It’s been a week now there seems to be no improvement. My work and I am sure many of us relying on these network for their office work

@TRAI if we pay without any hesitation why Jio network service is not provided with good network speed in many areas. We are wasting our money just to buy 4G Data pack which don't even show 3G speed ...@reliancejio look into it. #jio #trai

Ok! I’ve had enough with you @reliancejio @JioCare Back in 2017 you showed up with your network and gave us 4G network that no other network could. Only been two years and you’ve sent me back to 2007 where only one part of the house would get enough network for a call! 1/2

I’ve tried all the ways to speak to your agents, online chats to calls over the phone! You’ve been fantastically responsive with zero repair work. It’s been an entire month that your network has been down! Time to change over to the old networks! @reliancejio @JioCare 2/2

@JioCare Hello Abhijit, I said the internet is working fine. At least read it before replying. Streaming is fine on mobile. Laptop streaming has a problem. And Hotstar knows that. Its not Jio fiber's problem. So I am happy with jio fiber's service. So don't work tirelessly. Get rest.

@JioCare For now jio fiber is not available in my area, bUt if fiber not available you guys should improve the mobile network first. And please don't ask to me to do DM because I didn't nothing will happen from that. I did lot of DM till now.
