Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

The issue is, I never requested an eSIM upgrade. Could you please check why an eSIM upgrade request was initiated on my number and confirm whether my account is secure? SMS received: โYour eSIM upgrade request for Jio number xxxxxxxxxx could not be initiated because your email ID is not registered with this number.โ

But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets โClosed/Resolvedโ without any solution.
