Only been two years and youβve sent me back to 2007 where only one part of the house would get enough network for a call! 1/2

HARSH SINGH (@Harsh1986Singh) reported@JioCare @reliancejio I got a call from JIoCare at 6:54 pm that both at 1 pm and 6 pm service requests has been put on hold as it was conveyed from the service engineer that customer was not available at home, which is a blatant lie, and the concerned person from JioCare inquired me about that and assured me that strict action will be taken against the service engineer and also told me to leave the complaint in mail, and once again service request was raised (Request ID: SR00003CB4NJ) & the other service request (ID: SR00002MV9QQ) is still open. Service was rescheduled for Monday 27th July, 2026 (today) from 10 am - 11 am slot on Request ID: SR00003CB4NJ and assigned engineer was again Mr. Mahendra Patel.
