I was promised 30 Mbps, but for the last 5–7 days I'm getting only 1 Mbps (minimum) to 5.6 Mbps (maximum). I raised Service Request SR0003D9OG3 on 05/08/2026, but no one has bothered to follow up or resolve the issue. Is this the customer service standard of Reliance—sell the product, collect the money, and then forget the customer?
