Rather than providing deficient service, jio should state that we cannot serve if you cannot resolve. It is a proper town area.

On calling, customer care kept checking for 10-12 min and then give link to video of troubleshooting. Is this your resolution? Send sm1 plz

After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the cost care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.

The network keeps fluctuating, speeds are inconsistent, and the connection repeatedly switches from 5G to LTE.
