    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare it's been more than 2 months, I'm stuck with that router of yours? You talk of better rates and better speed but what about customer relations? Toll-free personel are least interested, the backend people are neglecting my issues on mail. What should I interpret this as?

    @JioCare Thanks to help me to change my mind, raised the request for connection cancellation. Strange,the manager said we have less wire and in 10 minutes will do the installation.Are you talking abt this technical challenge.

    "press 1 to bring jio fiber at your home" and no other option is available. And I also tried calling customer care and they have one answer that is call on 18008969999 for jio fiber and no one is telling me about refund policy. I want my money back. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I guess that this issue would be resolved, as the social media handlers might have better understanding than the rest of the service personnel I've talked to.

    @JioCare Yes everyone says the same. Yet daily I am being pestered with calls. I guess these are bots auto replying.. anyway I will keep highlighting this on Twitter.. someday it will get the deserved attention.. many people face this same problem..

    Problem- I have booked jio fiber on 18th July 2021 and it is not installed yet (26th July 2021) and now I want to cancel my order so for cancellation i have called on 18008969999 but there is only computer voice available which is asking only one thing @JioCare @reliancejio

    Worst @Airtel_Presence network in Jaipur. Should I port in @reliancejio or @vodafonein1
