    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice raised a request SR00001EEA0P.Your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 2022-10-06:17:00 Called service center 4-5 times. And paid advance for 6 months, And no internet from 2 days, Thats why airtel is far better.

    How worse service of @JioCare i requested to relocate my jiofiber within same state same city 2km radiation but from 27th sep till date nothing update my plan value continuously deducted but my relocation not done yet. this is jio service #shamejio

    Still I'm using @reliancejio wifi also sim card the wifi speed is not good and also low network in my sim card I have 4 jio sim . Facing poore service. If Airtel provide affordable plan 399 / month then I choose the @airtelindia
