    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @JioCare This is exactly what I was told the last time too. they came, "fixed" it, and now it's broken again. I'm done with temporary fixes. Either resolve this permanently or take your Fiber equipment back, I’ll switch to another ISP. I can't keep wasting time on the same issue @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been 12 hours with no wifi in our area. How many hours do you need to rectify a problem? If this is the situation in a big city like Mumbai, what's your service levels in other geographies? Our society members are planning to shift to @TataPlayin

    Very disappointed with JioFiber service. My installation request was placed on 1 July, and even after 6 days, no one has come for the installation. Please arrange it as soon as possible. @JioCare #JioFiber
