@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@JioCare 1/2 My humble request pls don't use jio internet that to specifically if u using for official purpose nevere ever try jio, just 2 months i tried, more than 6 service request raised for connectivity issue.

@JioCare Hi! I have again received a reschedule for 2nd December. It was scheduled for today 10am. Also, the service request (SR0000132HMI) status cannot be checked as it says the mobile number is still not registered. 1/2

Facing issues with my Jio fiber for over a month now. Getting a pathetic speed of 7mbps when we have paid for 150mbps. You'll have changed the router & then gave an excuse that it is backend issue. How on earth are we to go about our daily work @reliancejio @JioCare ??? #JioFiber

@JioCare @reliancejio Looking at your lucrative postpaid plus plan (Rs 999+GST) I have ported my number from airtel to jio.But to add family members in the plan I feel like a begger because your representatives in Tezpur as slow as snail. They have made me feel like a begger..
