    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @JioCare Jio fiber service request no. SR000015D5N1 raised on 16.06.2021 with issue regarding internet not working was closed on 18.06.2021 without resolving the issue and without my knowledge. No one called me. How it was resolved. Shocked with this type of poor service of jio

    @JioCare Reference to My pass complaint there have been no solution or respond to start JIO SERVICE even after extra recharge At the time before taking JIO Connection daily seven to ten call's made promise first give Free Service an took Rs 2500 Deposit then after 0 service after recharge

    visited airtel store thamarssery kerala but they called 198 and they did what i did ! . lost recharge amounts time vaccine registration .transactions otp. thanks @reliancejio for your network for posting my twitt

    Hello @JioCare and @ViCustomerCare I have faced network issue since many years. U didn't solved it. I am thinking also change the provider also did dm. But not solved network issue. Provide good network unless I must change .

    @reliancejio Guys, don’t buy JioFiber it has the worst after sales support and service. I have contacted multiple times via phone and email and nobody cares. I want to return the JioFiber devices and get my refund. Request ID: SR000015C4LW, SR000015DKW3. I have two tickets and still nothing.

    @JioCare When it will be available in my location? If you are intended to provide the service only in the center of big city "where already many providers are battling" then what the meaning of #DigitalIndia if are not able to provide jio fiber where people actually need.

    @reliancejio You guys are cheaters, giving false commitments of free internet for one month,but not ready to refund the amount which was given to you as security deposit once we discontinue the services. Very bad experience
