@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@reliancejio @JioCare In recent time jio internet service is absolutely pathetic even I can't make WhatsApp call, WebEx meeting, not able to use tweeter as well etc while using the jio mbl data net. BTW tweeting using Airtel internet, connecting with Dongel!!

@JioCare Don't tell these silly things. Every damn step I have followed. Just answer straight to my questions. WHY DND IS PARTIALLY ACTIVATED EVEN I HAVE CHOOSEN BLOCK EVERYTHING. I have been trying all of your method more than a year.

I use a Jio no that has recharged all year round. I have a 5g mobile. At the moment I live in a town where jio 5g works. But my 5g jio doesn't work. Jio customer service says when the 5g service works where I enable my jio Sim then work 5g. Please resolve my issue.@JioCare

@reliancejio When we update to 5G from MyJio App our 4G speed is downgraded to worse and some users are even facing calling related issues and this is IRRESPECTIVE OF LOCATION.costumer care executives have no solution,guess even Jio workforce dont have any solution. #JioTrue5G
