    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio we are using jio fiber since 1 year and now your engineer is ordering me to disconnect our service instead of resolve the issue. @TRAI it is coming under telecom industry. I have paid setup fees. It is a scam. Consumer will pay setup fee and then Jio will harass you

    @JioCare Can u pls help me up... I have got 5g invitation also did recharge of 666rs plan but my 666rs recharge gone into upcoming plan and jio says I have already active plan although I don't have any plan active... Myjio also showing no active plan also .... Unable to use 5g.

    @reliancejio I feel cheated I had yearly plan, but after 6 months ur employees came and sold another yearly connection promising the previous plan's 6months will be added to it with better speed and coverage which never happened @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service by JIO. On the app they say call customer care and when we call customer care they say sorry we can't take the call. Internet issue from past 48 hrs but nobody cares for customer.

    @reliancejio My JIO broadband not working since day before yesterday. I had complained and twice jio men visited my house but couldn't do anything. my jio ID is 2235905454 Pl do something asap. Thanks 🙏
