    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    hey @JioCare , its been more than 10 days since jio fiber internet has stopped working everyday y’all just say that you will fix it but their is no fixing of it no way for us to cancel the subscription, i checked app, website, called but everything is just automated by a ****** ai bot which doesn’t even let me connect to a human what kind of ****** services y’all provide. why am i paying money for this? id rather cancel the subscription if i can’t even use it.

    @JioCare Last time you took 7 days for a complaint. Please address a new complaint having SRN SR000038G1GB ASAP. I am sure your lethargic team will not attend this SRN on time.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It has been over 96 hours since I inserted my SIM into a Jio Bharat phone, yet I am still unable to recharge with the Jio Bharat plans. Customer care first asked me to wait 48 hours, then 96 hours. As the issue persists, I am now planning to port to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare The problem is it's showing green light but the internet is not working All the ott channels are working with glitches live tv too not working unable to see fifa matches this is happening from last 5 days tired of getting same msgs of rectification in few hrs

    @JioCare Priyanka have you checked with customer before replying here. Have you tried calling the engineer or customer for verification. Its laps of duty to check if service is completed or not. I need a proper explanation for for this why the ticket was closed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare has visisted yet to resolve the issue. When I call customer service they say the complaint has been raised at a time when I did not raise the complaint. So, I'm not sure what's happening with Jio but I would really want to have a word with some senior member

    @RIL_Updates Commitment to drfaud customers. For 7 months my service request is in limbo and @JioCare keeps on posting random templates. Their KRA is just that they should have replied and not that they should have resolved @RIL_Updates
