    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare @JioFiberChennai it's been more than 24 hours since I logged the service request SR00001C7NBG no action has been taken except multiple reschedule of the engineer visit, why is your service get worst day by day? Can I expect a solution for this at the earliest?

    @JioCare this is limit you guys told that I will get my money back within 14 days but it's 40 days now .can u plzz tell me that when this thing will get resolve . Or I will disconnect this jio fiber I don't want any issue .

    Is there anything worse than @reliancejio customer service? @JioCare do you really care about customers? Your @jiofiber stops working suddenly, and there is no proper response from the customer service team. This is the second time I have faced this issue with your services.

    @JioCare Since 2 days my internet is not working.Even after multiple interactions with customer support ..no technician has turned up. Without any intimation the appointment is getting rescheduled More over i will be charged for these 2 days.
