    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a consistent dip in your network for last 4 days at the non office hours. The connectivity is getting so poor . Kindly resolve this problem .

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @reliancejio @SunRisers Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare I would love to try so will many in my locality who are fed up with Airtel regular connectivity problem. Jio is in my city but not the society I live in. Please try to bring it here as fast as you guys can.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your services are crashed for more than 24 hours in our area please repair them immediately unless you have to face consumer court because you are charging for 24×7 service. There are lot of problems we are facing now. But no solution provided

    @reliancejio @MTNLOfficial Just now tried calling a mobile number..... same message - "All lines in this route are busy"... And guess what? It's an MTNL mobile number 😲😖 They should be completely shut down for playing mischief. Idiots think they will benefit by playing cheap 🙄

    @JioCare No internet since 10th april. No one is bothered to fix the problem. Even the service request raised SR00001AD4MB got closed without any fix. And again new service request got raised. No internet for 6th day in a row. Is this the Jio Fiber service?
