@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@reliancejio 5G..what is the use implementing 5G when you are not able to resolve basic network issues. Have been complaining since months but only lip services no action. I delayed the payment by one day,Jio disconnected my services whereas jio has been enjoying monthly pay with no solution

@JioCare @reliancejio Hey @JioCare 5G trial pack has been activated on my number as I can see in MyJio app. But after that neither I am getting speed in 5G, nor even in 4G. 4G is also not working. I am not even able to use the internet. Please can you check what is the issue?
