    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @JioCare Since 2-3 month Im unable to use Internet. Missed all paid online classes. I paid for services. But when there is no service since the inception of Jio then why you're not compensate the customers? Useless @TRAI & @DoT_India are these two departments also privatised?

    @JioCare You are providing hopeless services. It’s irritating that my landline has stopped working for the third time in last four months. Going to file an complaint in TRAI that how @reliancejio is harassing its customer. No concrete solution is available on toll free, rubbish!
