    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a consistent dip in your network for last 4 days at the non office hours. The connectivity is getting so poor . Kindly resolve this problem .

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare First, U forced a 6 yr-old customer to disconnect his connection because u failed 2 provide proper support for 25 days. Then, when I disconnected my connection, ur support was nowhere 2 be found. This has been delaying my deposit refund and d monthly recharge for unused services.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 4/8 🔴 Download: 0.7 Mbps 🔴 Upload: 0.0 Mbps 🔴 Packet Loss: 100% 🔴 ISP: Jio YES — 100% PACKET LOSS. This is not a minor connectivity problem. The service is practically unusable.

    @jiocare, @reliancejio Escalation - Complain with regard to #jiofiber 01203684926. 3 days, 8 emails, 5 customer care voice calls and Zero resolution on refund. No internet connectivity. 100% failure and 100% deficiency of service. Refund my advance payment if no internet.

    @JioCare I recved a msg that an Engineer is supposed to visit by 7 pm. Then changed to 8 PM. But nobody called nor they came.nor a contact is shared.Ur tracking link dosn't work either. what kind of a joke is this?what kind of service are you providing? This is ridiculous. #Jio #jiofiber

    Unable to connect internet ( Now every week this happens usually) and when called customer care ...executive's response was " No one has forced you to avail jio fibre services . You can disconnect." Such a stupid reply. @JioCare

    @JioCare Please stop with the automated replies. I have another connection in Mumbai and I get the exact same "facing an issue in your area" excuse there too. Giving the same reason for two different locations just shows that your overall service has become terrible. Stop giving excuses
