If I wouldn't have recharged for entire 6 month I would have switched to some other network. Very disappointing services

Chetan Badhai (@ChetanBadhai) reported@JioCare I have Jio AirFiber with the outdoor antenna installed on the terrace. During rain, water is entering through the cable from the rooftop unit and leaking inside my house. Internet is working, so diagnostics show no issue and I cannot raise a service request.
