    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a consistent dip in your network for last 4 days at the non office hours. The connectivity is getting so poor . Kindly resolve this problem .

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @JioCare You service engineer came and visited and it's a technical problem from your end that me and as well people from building are not able to continue with service. What pathetic service is this. It has been nesrly 24 hours since the disruption.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @CMODelhi We have lodged a complaint SR00002LGIAC on 04th June but it isn’t resolved yet. But they has closed this call w/o providing solutions & still internet isn’t working. In today’s era everyone is dependent on internet. Worst service

    @JioCare Worst service ever, @jio_fiber fiber has been down for 4 days. I've made 100 calls and sent emails, but no response. Customer care is useless. work-from-home job is suffering because of your negligenceTaking money is easy, but providing service isnt shameful. #JioFiber

    absolutely terrible customer service, the earliest engineer appointment I’m getting is after 30 hours & I have paid full amount for the services, you’ll never accept any delay in that, why the delay while providing customer service? This is the 3rd time!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Thank you for restoring my JioFiber service. As informed by your customer care, kindly ensure the promised bill adjustment/service credit for the 7-day outage is applied to my account. Please confirm when it has been processed.

    @JioCare my JioFiber Wi-Fi has not been working for some time. The LOS/red light is continuously blinking on the router. I tried contacting JioFiber customer support, but the call keeps getting disconnected. Please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.7631744096

    @JioCare When I called again the very next day, another executive informed me that there was no information about any voucher in your system. Instead, a new Service Request (SR00003AE1OZ) was created with a commitment to provide an update by 8 July. @JioCare @reliancejio #jio #jiocare
