    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat I have been facing network issues since I switched to Jio, but there is no expert engineer or team to solve them. I hope someone takes this seriously and resolves the issues. The automated robot chat says everything is fine, but it isn't. #jio

    Very worst customer service - Jio fiber @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare .I disconnected my Jio fiber line by 20days back and requested multiple times to get back the router. It's still not happening & they rescheduled (multi times) the pick-up time without my acknowledgment.

    @JioCare I have requested new connection for Internet at chennai , 600061 and scheduled time is today 10:00 am to 11:30 am but no response and trying to connect team lead Mr. Rajesh but he is also not answering. Please close my request asap or issue refund immediately.

    @JioCare Is there any robot sitting over there? I have clearly explained to you that poco has released the 5g support software for jio 5g but jio has not yet made poco f4 in their compatible list of 5g phone in the database.

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a horrible network. Refund my recent recharge and I'll port to better network. This is really important to me. I am suppose to get couple of very important calls but your service is making it really hard. You Suck at your job!!

    @IDFCFIRSTBank Your OTP system for performing UPI transactions is very bad. Please improve your systems. Location- Delhi and network operator is @reliancejio @RBI please investigate idfc systems. Most of the times otp don’t come.
