@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

As a customer of JioFiber, it works fine till it does and then it’s a ridiculous effort to get it working back when it does not. Been two days since my internet has shut down and there has been little to no response at all from customer care and the engineers. @JioCare

@JioCare "network not stable and reconnect every 6 sec. This will be happen from a week , untill we not call to customer care, you won't fix it" This will happen again and again you fix it just for 2 days and then again the problem continue

@JioCare Unable to Connect Any Non-Jio Number since last 2 Hours.. Showing Number is Not Valid.. But able to Connect with the numbers From Other Operaters.. Using a Yearly Plan and Facing this Type of Issue. Both Jio Numbers are issue.
