    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a consistent dip in your network for last 4 days at the non office hours. The connectivity is getting so poor . Kindly resolve this problem .

    @JioCare I am using jio net with tp link mr6400, but still your net speed is not constant, some time 60kpbs or some time 20mbps. I have tried to change band but it's show me some error code. Can you please help me regarding this. My location is Himachal Pradesh, Bilaspur Distt.

    @STechTips2 The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @Vikasku85759491 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @VIVEKSA07087740 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @JioCare Team horrible experience with Jio Fiber. Not working since 3 days. No resolution no help from engineer. SR00001CG8V1. Customer care just pushes us to wait for never-ending 24 hrs. Can someone help @DoT_India Request to please look into.. Pure customer harrasment..
