@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

Complaint to @TRAI despite having enough top-up balance on my sim card ,, these @reliancejio people not allowing me to send an SMS to 1900 for MNP .. neither they are providing UPC code .. Seriously , they are breaking TRAI rules and guidelines .. pls look into this .

@JioCare JioFiber service is very very poor. If you raise complaint they will close it without resolving it. Customer should avoid using JioFiber. Worst service.@reliancejio Complaint No. : SR000013JX3W .
