@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@JioCare @reliancejio You guys are not at all expanding the fiber services and just saying rolled out in phase wise but there is no expansion from 3yrs worst service and no coverage after complaining you will be saying 120-180 days to give a good coverage,i m gona port to airtel

@JioCare Pathetic service in Bhubaneswar (Capital City of Odisha). Upon your commitment on the same day connection, we have booked our connection on last Friday by paying 8072.00 INR. Since that day, the connection is not made & it's updated to us for next day on everyday.

I am using JIO FIBER connection since last 2 months.20days ago my wire is disconnected still not resolved.I contacted lots of time in your customer care They generated a Service Request and local engineer closed it without connect my wire and behave rudely with me. Help @JioCare
