@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@JioCare I recharged my jio fiber on 2nd june and the payment was stuck in processing. After an hour that payment was successfully debited from my account and my jio account wasn't recharged . I called jio customer care , i mailed but didn't got help . Please look into it.
