@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@JioCare Is this wait game going for month then cancel it simply and I will never ask you again I am waiting for last 4 days every day I get message that my installation is rescheduled to next day but now this time it is scheduled to 2 days later

Dear @reliancejio trusting on your "dedicated" service we registered for #JioFiber on June 18, in presence of your sales rep all while paying the registration fees. We were ensured a Fiber connection within 3 days and since then have been getting notifications of installation...

@awareanil1 @reliancejio They have the worst customer support , initially they trapped customers with instant arrangement of technicians when we took a new Jiofiber connection but now when there is a problem they didn't even assign an engineer to visit and internet is still down since 2 days.
