    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare My JioFiber is having connectivity issue after 5 hrs of installation by service team. When trying to call the service team they are not even picking up the call. My jio fiber number is +91-6513592197.

    @reliancejio @JioCare last two three days, your network is not stable not only for single sim but all sim in my family, all the place facing dificulties to make call or receive call. Call disconnected after receiving call. Not able to do outgoing call. Fixed it ASAP.

    @airtelindia Complaint no. 138140416 with ur customer oppose team frm 7 days, no action but pain and dodging of responsibility. This is for broadband connection home landline no. 080-49581689. Ur entire process sucks! We’re finally deciding to move to @reliancejio @sunilbmittal

    @reliancejio I availed Jiofiber connection vide no. 0431 3556157. The service wire cable was cut four days back due to felling of tree near my home. I requested service restoration to Jio team through phone and Myjio application. All my efforts are in vain. Respond quickly.
