    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare plz help me,got activated my Jio number yesterday,get it converted in e-sim but now there is no network in e sim n physical sim.Contacted store they told me it will take another week to get the process complete.plz check if it can be resolved earlier.

    @JioCare DM ed two contact numbers. I do not want to hear dialogue "it will take a few days to sort out" and want to be solved today itself as it is a repeated complaint. After rolling out 'work from home' pack, if I can't access internet it is a shame

    @JioCare My Jiofiber connection 03XX 7XX 3XXX is giving me nightmares for more than a month, every other day its speed goes down to 5-6 kbps, nothing works, even today from morning onwards its the same; kindly guide me for the disconnection procedure, gone thru enough suffering!!

    @JioCare Still the problem is not resolved, not no one reply on the mail as well. Is this you call customer service. I have been changed 2500 Rs bill this month for mistake of yours which you never agree. SIM Cloning happened which is scary

    Jio fiber is down from last two days in Gurgaon Sohna road area and no response from jio. I am able to get in touch with any customer care agent also. I dint expect this from jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Despite complaining for 2 days for my jio fiber there is no resolution. Everyday Customer Support people are saying your issue will be resolved and everything, but nothing has been done till now. I have complaint 5-6 times still no response. Disappointing.
