    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a consistent dip in your network for last 4 days at the non office hours. The connectivity is getting so poor . Kindly resolve this problem .

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare What you are saying is not correct, please provide proof if I am using multiple devices or gaming. I have been connecting one laptop for work from home and one mobile for browsing. Your unskilled team is unable to resolve the repeated issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber It has been 24 hours now that WiFi is not working. Complaint has been done to customer care but no one is bothered to resolve the issue. When we don't pay the bill & even if it gets delayed by 1 day, the WiFi gets disconnected. What about now?
