    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a consistent dip in your network for last 4 days at the non office hours. The connectivity is getting so poor . Kindly resolve this problem .

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare Pathetic customer service by jio no one answers the call, call automatically gets disconnected after selecting option of talk to an executive.I have applied for jio postpaid plus connection 3 days back but i haven't heard from you yet.What kind of unprofessionalism is it

    @JioCare @JioFibre I have raised complaint yesterday as my wifi is not working SR000014M8JK, I was told that today btwn 10 to 11, I called again at 11 as no one visited and was told that he will visit btwn 4 to 5.

    I personally believe you can resolve my case. I can expect two resolution from here : 1. Deliver jio fi products on 465441 pincode at your jio store and update me once done . 2. Setup jio fiber at my home, At pincode 465230. @JioCare @JioMart_Support @reliancejio
