    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a consistent dip in your network for last 4 days at the non office hours. The connectivity is getting so poor . Kindly resolve this problem .

    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare are. I’ve been a regular JioFiber customer, renewing my plan every month. This time, while making my usual payment, the 12-month plan was selected by default. I mistakenly paid ₹12,000+ thinking it was my regular monthly bill.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even Aircel’s 3G service was better than yours. If you cannot provide proper service, then discontinue operations in the entire area immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbani_ On asking for help, I was told to DM my JioFiber ID and registered mobile number. I did that immediately. Your response? The same copy-paste template blaming "system limitations" and asking me to use the app. No case-specific update. No timeline. No accountability.

    @JioCare 1st of all it is very disappointing to have taken your jio fiber, very pathetic after sales. My engineering visit schedule has changed a good 3 times with no response, my local internet was much better. Plz tell me the procedure to cancel my connection.

    Appointment was scheduled for today. Its been rescheduled for tomorrow. No resolution. Without net for almost 12 hours. What a great service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Coz I have installed a week ago paid 3 months advance and now it has not been working since 4 says see the screenshots and your customer support team has even refused to refund and they don’t know when the issue will be resolved @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare The situation is same with you Jokers, good for nothing. If possible shut down the business instead of frustrating the subscribers. Today it was due and expected to be resolved. Neither anyone bothered to reply nor any update. Forget gaining you guys don’t deserve busns.

    Jio fibre still not working as all govt. website wont work while connected to jio fibre wifi. If other subscribers are facing this issue, come forward. I am falling short of words how worthless this company and their response team is! @reliancejio @JioCare
