@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@JioCare Sir.Try to understand me if wan't take new connection than easily taken but that number is very important.If cannot any help for his customers then no need to do discuss but this is wrong action taken by jio if you are going do permanent disconnected than ifrom on alternate No.

@JioCare I have raised cancellation request on 23rd May 2022 and now it's almost crossed a month. Why you people do not follow service level agreement? @consumerforum_ request your intervention here as Jio company is cheating to their customer. They are not refunding my deposit.
