@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@JioCare My Jio number has stopped working since 9 AM. I have tried everything that is possible including manually selecting network,removing and reinserting SIM etc but nothing has worked. Tried contacting Jio on phone/WhatsApp number as given in MyJio app. No luck. Pl help
