    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio It is a pleasant request from a regular use of jio services that the internet in my area is not working properly from nearly 3 months and on asking to the customer care they just say we are working on it please solve this problem

    @JioCare 5 days passed since I raised jio postpaid port request from Airtel. I have already paid 599 ₹ for the same. It was supposed to be completed within 48 hours. If it's competed today, I will cancel port request.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My 5ghz SSID is not connecting since yesterday. I have tried to forget the password and reconnect in almost every device possible still it is showing like “unable to connect to network”. Solve this issue ASAP on priority basis!!!!

    @JioCare i sent still no response or solution. This shows your pathetic after sales service 👎🏻👎🏻@reliancejio @JioCare . At the time of getting a new connection or payment you guys call a dozen times and when there is some problem after the payment you guys just disappear👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @JioCare After so many of compalints and visit by engineers mo one is able to resolve issue as signals are very low in one room which is 3.5 mtrs away from router. Need resolution or return my full amount

    @JioCare is 5G speed limit after certain uses? It was working fine and Speed Was also amazing. But from 2-3 days it didn't connect well and Speed is so down that I change network to 4g again.

    @JioCare Iam receiving activation updates about a number 9966030427 being activated as mine. This is the message "Your number 9966030427 will be activated on Jio network by 6:00 AM . Once your existing SIM stops working, please insert the Jio SIM in SIM slot 1 of your smartphone

    @JioCare Facing very slow connection in Dombivili. Raised complaints. But no improvement Jio is advertising 5G. But even 4G is not working.

    @JioCare @ndtv @MIB_India Jio cheating it's customer.. don't conver your account from prepaid to postpaid.. there is not post paid.. You have to pay advance and more. They should educate customer.. but they don't.
