    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi My Order number is NO0000H9V9ZI. for new jio fiber connection It's really a pathetic service of jio No one contact me yet for installation of JioFiber after booking before 5 days. Very poor service. Please help me to provide jio fiber connection

    I had booked jiofiber on 27th april with order no NO0000H8AC4T,But still my installation is in pending, when i asked the engineer they told me cancle your booking. Is this a service we expect from @reliancejio @JioCare. My money is stucked and i loose too many classes
