@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

We have applied for Jio Fibre connection for our government organisation, in Ahmedabad. The payment was done before 2 weeks and yet it is pending for approval. Their officials are not following up and putting us on hold. Please rectify the issue. @reliancejio @consaff

@JioCare I am on this public forum, means that normal has not worked. My jio fibre is not working since 11 Sep. logged on app, with cust spt, appellate authority three times. No progress. If by today evening it is not restored, probably I will find alternate. 8800868325
