    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare Ms.Aaushi, we are listening the same statement from last 6 days but no one provide solution. It clearly means that jio earn only money from the customer by making fools to us. Very cheap and poor services

    @JioCare Jiocinema was buffering when called your employee , he says call Mukesh Ambani for that . I am paying 1200 pm for this insane service.

    @ACTFibernet worst sevice ever. Internet not working for almost 2 days. Still issue not resolved. Customer care & technician not even answering calls. Worst internet service in Bangalore. @reliancejio @airtelindia hope ur service is better than this. Respect customers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have tried to install jiofiber but due to technical issue it wasn't setup and engineer said to cancel the request(note: jio prepaid the order and then check feasibility and other thing.The sales person who came for order has taken payment to his UPI.

    @JioCare Why I am receiving multiple INSTALLATION AND REGRET sms against order number NO0000P30AJW. If you have infrastructure (so called technical) issues, clearly mention that.
