@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@reliancejio @JioCare There is a consistent dip in your network for last 4 days at the non office hours. The connectivity is getting so poor . Kindly resolve this problem .

We already paid a premium to buy the modems, now why should we buy a new device again, why cant u just help us upgrade at a nominal cost or no cost. Why do you like being sleazy with ur clients. Why force ur postpaid bs for wifi modems. No wonder @reliancejio is dominating

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Not happy with the service and plans, I recharged my number which does not have SMS component, however I cannot use outgoing SMS facility even with my top up balance. What a ridiculous service. #India
