@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@ankitjangid556 Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

Engineers working on networking know that this is fake. data for signal and call drops which are supposed to be monitored and sent to regulatory are all faked by all operators. Our TRAI and DoT are Kumbhakarna who wake up for meals only.

@reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Jio Store, (Rajendra Nager,Sahibabad,Ghaziabad ) guys demand ₹150 for Port number from Airtel to Jio. In Jio number porting is free. Why he charge ₹ 150?. Kindly look this problem & refund my ₹150.

@RelianceJioCare @reliancejio The Jio fiber connection was lost about 6 days ago at my bro’s home in Alwarthirunagar, Chennai and it has still not been restored, despite daily follow ups. They are too good to get new connections and too worst for attending to existing customers

@JioCare after taking companies ceo seat of Mukesh Ambanis son services will go down to customer And customer is more harrased There time have a value but common people no time value infront of them . They don't know power of common people. They can collapse their empire .
