    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare have been continuously trying to schedule visit for device pick up(router). Same is ignored everyday and new date is assigned without asking or informing us. Pathetic service. Request you to look into this on immediate basis

    @jiocare even aquaguard has better services.Altleast 3rd party vendors r eager to fix it. I Still haven't received any call ,still chasing local jio team.They aren't receiving calls.who else do I have to tag to get this fixed?

    Since 1 week internet connectivity issue at Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Tried to reach Customer Call centre, Jio Care mail & Appellate authority of Gujarat but they refused to take complaint stating that "issue is temporarily & will be resolved soon." @reliancejio , @JioCare
