    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare How much time do you take to address a porting request? It's been over 2 weeks and still no resolution. If onboarding is so bad then I can only imagine how bad the service will be.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017YVDP for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number , your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 21-12-2021 : 11:00:00. Now this should be please its request

    @JioCare Nov2021 bill I paid Rs999 extra which were to be adjusted in Dec2021 bill. My fixed bill every month is Rs942.82 in Dec bill I should have received credit of Rs56.18 where as I have again paid Rs 783.52. Kindly resolve my complaint Service Request number SR000017ZT34

    Why is my call not being transferred to Jio customer care, why am I not being allowed to file a complaint, as a consumer, it is my right, if my complaint and action is not taken, then I will go to the consumer forum. @JioCare @reliancejio
