@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @JioCare for the recharge of less than Rs150 although SMS facility is very essential in case of emergency it's an open loot & govt. has to step in to stop this loot & coax. Till 2025 they may increase minimum recharge of Rs 1000 if not stopped 😭

@reliancejio @JioCare become India's worst & cheater service provider. They are saying #JIO 4G fastest internet but reality its opposite. Internet speed 0.2KB/s to 20KB/s on 3-4 signal bars. 198 care executive didn't have manner how to talk with customer. @reliancegroup
