    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @JioCare I have applied Jio Fiber Relocation on Feb 26th and it has been 8 days and still the relocation process is not done. Such a pathetic service from customer care also. They give fake promises only. My reference order number is CO0000U0JI1F. Do something or I'll leave Jio.

    @JioCare That is the Land Mark only as I told you at this address. The courier company and pizza boy is coming to give the service and delivered all things, but your team is only unable to come to fix this issue. I think you don't want to come to fixed this issues.

    @reliancejio Can you please introduce a plan where user can pay on network quality basis, I don’t get jio signal in my apartment in Bellandur Bangalore, so unable to use the quality of service for which I am paying for. Reported network issue to customer support several time.. but no help.

    @JioCare Since the past 4 days I have been trying to reach someone sensible but your employees arnt trained enough to resolve a query. Like nincompoop idiots they keep on giving false information. Whom are we suppose to speak to if there is an issue bcz of UR EMPLOYEES WRONG GUIDANCE

    @JioCare @reliancejio My service request id SR00001I3XMQ and SR00001I3XY8. Till now in the jio portal it still shows the device has not been picked up. The service request is also of no use, no one is looking at it. The initial due date of service request was 23rd of Feb
