@JioCare you have the most pathetic customer support. After raising complaint on connection issues 48 hours ago, engineer comes to visit today and even then is unable to provide any resolution. I'm looking for a different ISP from next month. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE

@JioCare @JioCare I cancelled my JioFiber connection on the last day of the trial i.e. 30th day of the trial, will I get ₹1500 refund or only ₹500? The person who came that day to cancel the connection said I will get full refund but I want confirmation from you. Will I get 500 or 1500?
