    @JioCare very poor and wrost internet speed providing by jio . Complaints more than 20 times regarding this issue always the same answer million of users are using. Than why don't you expand your network . Paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. 787059.

    There was a jio fibernet connection for which i was supposed to get the refund OF ₹2500 after disconnecting the service. It’s been more than 45 days i haven’t received the refund. Customer care not helping @reliancejio Please provide me the refund ASAP. pathetic service.

    @JioCare hello very bad connection in Kanpur UP nowadays previously it was working so well not for more than week it’s very bad students are unable to take their classes. Do something to solve the issue plz.

    @JioCare Every time I get the same revert...can you please provide me the contact of Head Of JIO.I will connect with them..Employee name is Hamid who has hit me and broken my mobile in Jio Office Jaipur Vidyut Nagar and his Boss Naresh said investigation completed and no guilty was found

    @JioCare its been more than 2 months I cancelled my fibre connection.. you still haven't refunded my deposit!! And there is no way to talk to customer support.. phone number doesn't work cuz my connection is cancelled and nobody at jio center knows what to do. #jionocare

    It's really bad when even after so many complaints you need to face network connection that too after you have wifi calling feature. I think @vodafone need to seriously look for a better resolution team like @reliancejio as the network is so strong feel like porting my number
