    @JioCare very poor and wrost internet speed providing by jio . Complaints more than 20 times regarding this issue always the same answer million of users are using. Than why don't you expand your network . Paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. 787059.

    @JioCare@Sanjeevbukhar Hey, the telecom companies surely need to improve services a Mach. Because I'm using jio services and at evening and at night the internet is just like ****. Some Time at every day Time when I'm using Internet the speed suddenly Dropped to like 0.1 kbps

    Dear @JioCare , I have raised many complaints regarding network issues and all complaints are closed without resolution. Network is the worst at my place and I have to struggle for even paying the vendor. I have generated port out code and will move to some other operator.

    @JioCare internet is terribly down for last 10-15 days. Please do something and don't make any excuses that all users are using internet at the same time that's why internet is down because I'm paying you separately for my own internet.

    @reliancejio I started facing no Internet Connection from Sunday morning, for that, I raised complaint in JioFiber Support. On the visit of the technician, he found that our Wifi Cable has been cut. When we told that, on Saturday evening, Jio people came to do new connection

    Pathetic service from @reliancejio for the jio fiber services the customer care executive is just increasing the number of calls attended by her with no help to the customer. She claims that her service is off and hence she will not help in anyway. Kindly look into this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Requesting you to change this policy of giving reminder before every call that the plan will expire that also 3days before the actual date of expiry. Sometimes the calls we make are urgent and this 1min message doesn't help. Kindly stop this harassment.
