    @JioCare very poor and wrost internet speed providing by jio . Complaints more than 20 times regarding this issue always the same answer million of users are using. Than why don't you expand your network . Paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. 787059.

    Hi @JioCare, I need help with my Jio prepaid number. Situation: - I'm currentlyin the UK. - My eSIM does not show network, so I have no working line. - I'm not receiving login OTPs, so I can't access MyJio. - When I try to recharge, the portal says it's a "non-Jio number."

    @reliancejio 3 entire months of atrocious internet service is completely unacceptable. We are paying for a service you are consistently failing to deliver. Fix this ongoing connectivity issue immediately or I will be escalating this to @TRAI and taking my business elsewhere😡
