    @JioCare very poor and wrost internet speed providing by jio . Complaints more than 20 times regarding this issue always the same answer million of users are using. Than why don't you expand your network . Paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. 787059.

    @JioCare More than 48 hours without internet, and still no resolution. The assigned engineers have vanished, support is silent, and Jio couldn’t care less. This is disgraceful service. If you value your time and money, leave Jio and switch to Airtel. #JioFiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    I am thoroughly disgusted with the service levels of Jiofiber....24 hrs we don't have internet and then I get a msg saying internet is restored only to find that only the red light is blinking....ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC JIOCARE @JioCare

    @JioCare You keep saying that your team is working hard to resolve the issue, but could you explain what is actually being worked on? Is this a system issue, a fiber cable cut, or some other problem on the road? Please provide a clear and honest update with the expected resolution time.

    @reliancejio Experiencing very slow internet speed for the past few days and , facing difficulty in browsing, video calls, and other online activities. Pl check the network in my area to resolve issue. Pl let me know if any further info is required from my side. @JioCare

    @JioCare JIoFiber Complaint: SR00003COXHJ Its been 3 days. No Engineer Visit, Complaint Closed. If you cannot resolve it today at any cost. I will proceed with cancellation of the JioFiber. Pathetic Service.

    Just a week back i had issue with my Jio and now again the same has started In India Jio is all about fooling people and in the name of service its just the worst no one picks up calls , everyone fakes service guaranty The WORST Telecommunications Company every !!! @jio @JioCare

    @JioCare No still not working my wifi. And they didn't do anything in my device Waiting for engineer since 18days to resolve issues but no one come to shortout and 28hrs gone but my wifi is still not working
