    @JioCare very poor and wrost internet speed providing by jio . Complaints more than 20 times regarding this issue always the same answer million of users are using. Than why don't you expand your network . Paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. 787059.

    I am frustrated by your service. My airfiber ODU device is not working, engineer told me to raise service request for replacement. It’s been 10 days and it’s not resolved. Their response is “ODU device is not available in supply” . @JioCare

    @JioCare Timeline: • May 10 – First complaint raised • Multiple follow-ups via Customer Care, Facebook, Email • Bank details and cancelled cheque submitted • Refund portal promised processing within 10 working days • Still no refund, only generic responses

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare two days of lodging complaint for restoration of Internet connectivity bi Ur only false promises of visits by so called engineers where even one mentioned falsely that house of customer is locked. What a mockery after charging for full year

    @JioCare @JioCare The fault has been identified, yet the issue is unresolved after multiple escalations.Requesting immediate intervention from the Regional Service Manager, replacement of the faulty Top Box, recharge compensation for the outage period,& a clear explanation for the delays
