    @JioCare very poor and wrost internet speed providing by jio . Complaints more than 20 times regarding this issue always the same answer million of users are using. Than why don't you expand your network . Paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. 787059.

    Joker of the broadband services @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has mastered the art of making customers feel invisible. Fast enough to collect monthly payments, impossible to reach when something breaks. Endless bots, no accountability, no human support. Customer service shouldn't be a treasure hunt.

    @JioCare I have already provided all the details. A technician from Jio had also visited and assured me it would be fixed within 10 days. When that didn't happen, I called the same number; I was told the issue would be resolved soon. They came and checked it once more, reiterating that

    @JioCare Sharath, its already 6.30pm & nothing has been done, nt evn a call frm anyone, forget about the installation part.What is this man?Why we have 2 go through such pain,agony & trauma? What's the issue with JIO? Why 2 make customers suffer like hell?We need it 2 be done today only.
