@airtelindia has one of the biggest scams in india, where they do not provide an option for a customer to close their connection... No option in app as well as in call support @reliancejio is far better in such services.

@JioCare Hope you read my tweet carefully if pls read again, other operated got all necessary local govt clearances n laid down fibre lines few months back but your guys still says clearance awaited whereas in reality they never approached authorities meant to give clearance.

@JioCare @reliancejio 3rd qulaity of gio custmer service received regading refund of my gio post paid refund. I had surrender in Aug 20 my gio no.8090000487 and following my refund from Oct 20. Ten months passed with 35 mail conversation but no result. Worst support. 9455434555
