    @JioCare Is Jio sincere enough to resolve customers grievance. I have been complaining for bad network since last 4 months but no proper response from Jio. I have been suffering from Jio's horrible network service. Kindly respect the dignity of the customers.

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber -broadband not working. Complaint was raised on Sunday, delivery person assigned - but no one showed up. Ticket automatically closed in a day without resolving issue. Pathetic & very rude & unhelpful customer care. @JioCare @reliancejio please check ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio So, I called on 198 at 10:34 am and one of your executives told me that I am reporting your issue and it will be sorted out after some time. But it didn't. Then I tried to call on 198 for six times but no one answered. +

    @JioCare Availability of mobile network during evening hours has become issue in my locality since June. Sudden call drop and no internet availability have even forced some to take connection from other providers. Kindly look into the matter.

    @Airtel_Presence why I am not able to send sms for port out? I tried every possible way like switch my sim slot, switch my sim to simply keypad phone nothing worked, when I tried to send sms to some other nb it worked. Pls check and confirm ASAP. @JioCare @ViVodaidea can you help

    @JioCare @fiber_jio @jio_fiber Hi i have taken fibre connection on 14 aug and paid for 6 months but connection had stopped since evening of 14th feb and inspite complaint raised via mobile app it is not resolved yet.

    Jio fiber helpline do not have valid option to select...it total waste if time calling jio for queries. When tried calling phone helpline they deny service for jiofiber . Please look into the same. @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai @TRAI
