    @JioCare very poor and wrost internet speed providing by jio . Complaints more than 20 times regarding this issue always the same answer million of users are using. Than why don't you expand your network . Paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. 787059.

    Dear team @reliancejio if there is continuously issues of network outage. You shall either fix it at once or shall withdraw your useless services & stop fooling customers. You charge customers for entire month and on daily basis there is outage of atleast 5/6 hours. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Does Jio prepaid work in USA without international roaming pack just to receive messages? Customer care representative mentioned that it doesn't work without having a special pack but it's weird that the sim won't even get coverage for messages without recharge.

    I'm facing outage at this moment in my area. I mean why can't your technical team fix the issues at once. Regular maintenance is must for your systems & if those systems are incapable to take the pressure it must be changed or such horrible service must be stopped @reliancejio
