@JioCare @hiteshgera2500 Change your network from jio to any other network. Neither tweets and nor there customer care can handle and support you for the resolution they have worst customer care support. Port out from jio and see other network for good network and customer care support 96448-50005

@reliancejio I am from kakdwip, west Bengal, I use jio and face very slow internet last 2 or 3 three months ..then I call customer care 7 to 8 time in last 3 months they always say that some work is going on by jio in my area where I used data Due ur work I suffered most.

@JioCare also, I was told by my assigned engineer that there's no internet in my entire locality. But my neighbours jio connection is working. I am sure it's a very small issue which can be fixed but you guys are not sending over anyone. Is this the support you provide?

@JioCare @PANKAJ_9305 Dear Pankaj your problem will not get solved in any terms because I had a complaint done on 8th May 2021 still not closed and still facing the same problem. They had worst customer care support ever. Please switch to any other network and check there services

@JioCare @Santosh4um Rubbish... I don't see you guys are working hard. The assigned engineer is out of town. That's hard working or hardly working. Also your engineer says that the whole locality internet is down. That's the service jio fibre provides. 5th best brand in the world.

@JioCare The world worst customer care support they fi not have a customer care fir the postpaid customers do not ho fir jio postpaid take some other company. past 11 days i am suffering from wrong bill generated but they do not have a customer care support for the same No. 96448-50005
