    @JioCare I am facing very poor internet speed on My Jio Number Its less than 1 MBPS, I am using unlimited pack of Rs 599 (2GB/Day), what's the use if internet doesnt work. I have DM you but have not received any response. I have tried every basic troubleshoot.

    After 40 days of pickup my router jio paid me 500 rupees of trial period, why cut my 999 rupees, your team continue my router pickup reschedule and after pickup my money 500 rupees only revert me after 30 days of pickup why you foolish is customer 😡 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet is down for past 55 hours. Request ID - SR000016Z1WQ is open. Multiple calls made to Customer Care but they r saying it's in progress and will resolve in next 24 hrs. It's more than 2.5 days. Need an urgent resolution.
