    My Jio Airfiber service is down for last night. Internet is not working. Service request requested today in the morning at 5:30. Engineer assigned, but got no response. Still having the internet issue. Worst experience with jio airfiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio my active sim card has been deactivated without any prior notice. I’ve been a regular customer of Jio since past 10 yrs and this has caused me extreme inconvenience. I went to the service centre but received no solution. I’m locked out of all my accounts!! @JioCare

    @JioCare For the last three years, I have answered all your questions, but my issue has still not been resolved. I have been repeatedly asked the same questions through chat, the MyJio app help desk, the toll-free number, and WhatsApp support. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Previously issues with #JioFiber will get resolved within 24 hours. Now, for the past 8 days, the service engineer visit was rescheduled twice without him/her visiting my home. It is negatively impacting my work from home. Sad to see JioFiber is degrading like BSNL @JioCare
