    @JioCare No one contacts me for resolution of my complaint but still I get the message everyday that you tried contacting. This is pathetic. I have 2 more jio connections and I am now going to get both of them as well disconnected and go for some other service provider

    @JioCare pathetic service. I have called 4 times and spoken and registered my complain. 7 times the engineer visit has delayed and still no one has come to repair my internet. This is really pathetic customer service

    @JioCare I had requested that disconnection of my Jio fibre connection number +91 11 3559 9301 be carried out on 30 May 22 . But your useless customer care has carried out disconnection today. Please resume my services immediately. Most useless services from @jiofibre

    She promised to send an engineer home to understand why the internet was NOT WORKING, but no engineer has showed up. Ah yes, promises by @reliancejio are made to be broken.

    @JioCare It will be under observation for next billing date, I paid for no service days as well( almost 10 days ).. if the same horrible service then I have move to another better operations
