    @reliancejio Jio staff are unable to short out customer problem. Also that customer care is not accessible. No proper response system and arrogant nature of staffs.

    @JioCare There has been no response to my messages yet. If you are unwilling to provide a solution, then i will be surrendering the concerned connection. Moreover, because of your poor service and customer harassment, i will be surrendering all other jiofiber connections.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I was porting my 3 nos frm airtel to jio. Even after explaining that I need postpaid family pack of 799 your executive came to say they can give prepaid connections only at this moment. I expected better service from Jio.😞

    @JioCare In Ahmedabad not a single Jio customer care centre is ricieving calls. I want to port my SIM in Jio. My jioapp also not responding about this. Pl. Tell me what to do now.
