    @JioCare really fed-up of customer care. Simple thing my internet is not working since past 3 days. N still no resolution. Everytime it is the same issue. And your customer service is really disappointing.

    @JioCare I filed a complaint of DND violation. Got a message from Jio that no action could be taken because message can't be traced in call logs. I am only using one sim on my device and have recieved messages on that sim. Have screenshots as proof.

    @reliancejio #jio #jiofiber Very, very bad customer service. No one ever answers the call and you are asking how was your service?? That's quite a laugh! Atleast have some courtesy to call back/revert on mail. Seems like you all don't want new business.
