  @JioCare you are contradicting youself! 'Engineer will visit at the earliest' and 'will visit as per schedule' huh... what will I do to view the SR? it says visit schedule on 11th. REAL PROBLEM IS... 4 DAYS OF ETA ! Thats Annoying! and your reply is 'SO IRRESPONSIBLE'.

  @JioCare : this is the third time in a months time - we are facing issue with Jio Fiber connectivity. There is no proper response when we raise a complaint and they take 3-4 days to respond to the complaint. Also, your support guy asks us to switch connection to other provider.

  @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down for 4 days. An engineer visited after the scheduled time, took an OTP claiming it was needed to resolve the issue, but left without fixing anything. He informed me that the rooftop fiber distribution box serving my connection is fault

  @JioCare @JioCare The issue remains unresolved. Yesterday’s visit was missed and today’s committed visit was denied. Service has been down for 4 days and is impacting my work. Kindly provide the engineer’s name, contact number, and a confirmed resolution time today.
