    @jio_fiber @JioCare Internet has been down for 2 days. Support isn’t responding, no engineer has visited, and the assigned engineer is unreachable. The visit keeps getting rescheduled, now delayed by another 2 days. Pathetic service. Please resolve this ASAP. #Jiofiber

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Morning I was told the equipment would be collected today and my #JioAirFiber installed tomorrow. Now the Ratnagiri team is declining my calls. After weeks of grievances and follow-ups, what exactly is the issue now? This repeated uncertainty and false assurances are mentally exhausting. I need a clear installation status TODAY

    @JioCare So, In that legal battle will begin and I'm on my word, I'm not going to bear your deficiency in service and I don't pay my money for this pathetic service. You miserably failed to restore the internet despite constant follow up.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I've been complaining about slow internet speed consistently for the past 4 months, but haven't received a solution yet. I hope I won't in the future either. So please refund my ₹3599/- 5G recharge. I don't want to stay on your network.
