@JioCare Now it's 3rd of May and still haven't received refund for the connection which was disconnected on March 4th and nobody called me till date won't you guys feel ashamed of working in this company which is non customer oriented & cheating customer also they ask money to pick device

@JioCare And the best part is if i wanted to get new connection then engineer are ready to provide connection within day. Is this the quality of service you provide after sales to existing customers?
