@JioCare we paid for ₹1102 IR pack. But can’t to make outgoing calls from the US.Keep hearing “Your plan is about to expire, please renew asap”.Contacted your WhatsApp team many times; they created a service request. But no followup. If we aren’t getting svc,what’s the point?

@reliancejio @JioCare I recharged my phone yesterday with a new pack after the plan had expired the day before yesterday. The recharge shows up on myjio app but it still shows no service in my phone's network. Everything worked fine before the plan expired. Please help.

@reliancejio First of all, you need to try to improve the present network. Unable to access internet connection, speed slower than BSNL. Please stop your mobile service. Have some peace for Dhirubhai in his present abode.
