  @JioCare Saying it again, No is asking for 5G internet, but first provide good and reliable 4G service. The current 4G network is not satisfactory. Fix 4G properly before asking for or promoting 5G. @reliancejio @jioc

  @JioCare why I always have trouble with network issues.i had done 899 recharge for true 5G experience but I am not getting 4G . please do the needful.

  So the new @JioCare model is: take payment → no delivery → say “escalated” → disappear → ask customer to collect from store? SIM ordered 5+ days ago, agent took my address 2 days back… still nothing. If I have to go to the store anyway, why advertise doorstep delivery? #JIO

  More than a month now Jio gives a damn and ceased my money since then. This is total fraud company. I have a filed a consumer law complaint nd will file a petition in court against you now. Let’s see how u save urself from this now. @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India
