    @JioCare I to simply raise a technician visit request to get my jiofiber router working. Can’t seem to do through 1800 896 9999 as it redirects me to Myjio. Can’t seem to do through My jio as it redirects me to this number. Please just need to raise a service request

    @JioCare 102th time same issue This team is so deceitful, incompetent, and arrogant that they don't take action on complaints. They just ask you to send a message, share something, or provide your number and location, but no actual work gets done—the entire Jio TV team is useless

    @JioCare Service disruption is so frequent from Jio Fibre. 3 days no internet, but you charge for a specific number of days and time. Should you not give credit for days / time your service are disrupted?
