    @JioCare Network coverage in my area is very weak and internet speed is poor. Many users are facing the same issue. I have land available and would be willing to provide space for a Jio tower installation if required.Please look into the network issue and let me know the process.

    @Ashish_4vedi @JioCare @Airtel_Presence For the down time there should be a commensurate increase in the subscription period. 3-4 hours a month adds up to 2 days in a year.

    @JioCare Worst telecom experience ever. No network coverage, call drops, poor internet despite paying. No support & complaint management system customers are simply redirected to the Jio app, which wastes time n energy without solutions. Only way Port out Jio ASAP @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Today my address was reconfirmed, but after that the entire day passed without delivery, activation or resolution. Advance payment was taken long ago, yet the SIM is still pending. Valuable validity/reservation time is being lost due to delays attributable to Jio. Customers deserve service, not endless follow-ups. Order No. NO00015F496T.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI New JioFiber connection taken 3 days ago. STB not activated since day 1. Person came, took the STB box with him & has not returned. Raised complaint & emailed for 2 days. ZERO response from Jio. Paid 4 service I'm nt getting.pls give full refund ASAP.
