    @JioCare I am fed up with these standard responses. Why has your engineer changed today's appointment to tomorrow at the same time..and then why we struggle ,pay full month? Everyone is complaining in our society about theJio Fiber, it seems you have incapable service manager engineers

    @JioCare Raised SR00002LU59C expecting support, but instead received a visit date of 22-Jun-2026 while today is only 16-Jun-2026. Is Jio seriously asking customers to stay without broadband for 6 more days? This is service failure, not customer support. Contd 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service ever, unable to generate UPC code for porting to other circle. Trying to call customer care and Store, nobody knows what to do, continuously paying in one or other way to Jio by way of useless resolutions. @TRAI UPC restricted by JIO.

    @JioCare Habiba, I had already raised refund amount issue almost 12 days back but still received partial payment also no detail about update or what that SR000038G39V is about & there is no new SR for remaining refund amt pls help 🙏 to bring the better resolution.

    @JioCare There seems to be a misunderstanding. The issue is not that we do not want to change the registered mobile number. The issue is that the current registered number belongs to an ex-employee who has left the organization and is not cooperating in updating the details.

    What is this, Jio? My internet is running so poorly—it feels like 3G. Even after purchasing the ₹999 plan, the internet quality is terrible; it keeps automatically switching from 5G to 4G. @reliancejio @JioCare
