@JioCare Your Jio service team is extremely poor to help me in the resolution of the problem I am complaining since 2.5 days but no resolution, In fact becoz of the service issue I changed from BSNL FTTH to Jio Gigafiber but the problem is same.

@JioCare @reliancejio My internet is not working since 2nd July, I have filed complaint on 3rd July, I have been told that engineer would visit within 24 hrs i.e. before today 9:30 am. Nobody visited my home though I got call from engineer yesterday who committed that he'ld (1/3)

Jio fiber service since last 4 days. No response from local jio team. All customer care is saying, "it will be resolved within next 24 hours". After sale service is just awful. Service request number is SR000015KUN0, raised on 1st July 2021 @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India
