Hi @reliancejio I was a JIO Postpaid customer for past one year.Recently I went for an abroad trip I'm under jio 599 familyplan. For SEP-OCT cycle I was charged for 11722 When I looked into the bill it shows I was charged 10200 for using 10.2 MB in overseas @JioCare @jio(1/3)

48 hours now and no reponse from jio fiber team about what is happening and how much time it will take. All am getting are automated messages which just increase the time for resolution by a factor. @JioCare #JioFiber #jio
