    @JioCare I am a jio fibre user and please consider this as my feed back. You internet speed is very good but it is almost impossible to connect to customer care executive through a call. Very disappointed.

    @JioCare,@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Switching to #JIO was such a bad decision. Hell like service. #JIO doesn't cares for the customer. No resolution of concerns. Worst customer service & concerns handling I have ever seen. My nos. have been deactivated without justification

    @reliancejio very worsted service by you I was traveling from Ghaziabad to etawah and etawah to Ghaziabad and your internet wasn't working seriously worst service even when I was in my home town there also no internet

    @reliancejio Almost every area in Visakhapatnam has Jio Fiber connectivity. The very next neighbour of mine has it. But when it comes to me house. They say "We don't have box on poles for service", it's going since 7 months. I had BSNL earlier. Shall I shift back to it?
