    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio Have earlier complained, till date no reply about poor WIFI services. Also nothing is done for its improvement. This is pathetic service, especially when you have taken advance of 6 months & hardly been 40/45 days if poor service. Cc - @UfterYou

    @JioCare I have secondary @reliancejio sim on my phone but there is no jio network in my area. Since last 1 year I have been trying to reach jio for network coverage issue in my area but till date there is no resolution and hence very poor internet speed

    @VodafoneIN I am going to discontinue all @VodafoneIN services as lockdown removes. Because on @VodafoneIN network data often turn off automatically whereas there is no such issue with @JioCare .

    This is not fair @JioCare. You removed 1gb data plan. We rely on your network because it has good coverage. This doesn't mean that you can remove existing plans, increase the plan amount whenever U want. We can opt for bsnl but only problem is the coverage.Plz bring back 1gb plan

    Hello @JioCare @ViCustomerCare My aunt's place has a terrible network. The network is always at 1 bar which makes contacting her very difficult. Also, the internet doesn't work inside her house. Could you please fix this issue? DM me for the address and location.
