@reliancejio I recharge my continuous jio fibre plan with next 1 year fir silver plan on 5th sep but I can’t see tv as per customer care plan have been changed but money is valuable and they can not refund back or can not adjust the amount with next available plan. Its ridiculous

@reliancejio Jio fiber folks, I had a worse experience with your customer care. I had subscribed to Platinum from Gold. Paid 1758INR & expected Netflix OTT channel. The response I got from CC(Goutam M) is that it will be available soon. No timelines with no answer. Cheating case!

@JioCare Same settings were there, but again set but no luck I think JIO has very poor signal here at my location This is housing society Any possible to visit engineer else we have to shift to Vodafone which is running here Please take care , Thanks

@reliancejio booked koi fiber connection yesterday. Reference no.NO0000KSDOIR . Installation appointment was scheduled on 13.03.2022 at 16.00 hrs. But the appointment cancelled without any reason. Please look into matter. Poor and bad first experience.
