    Hi @airtelindia, @JioCare couldn't process a simple refund even after 60+ days. That doesn't give me confidence they'll provide better service either. My family has 5 Jio SIMs. Planning to port them to Airtel. Could you please guide me through the porting process?

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Update: Visited the office and the manager here told me that it cnnot be fixed get jio fiber and only on rare cases will I get the refund which he can help me with but I wont receive the refund instantly, min time 2.5 months.

    Surprisingly Jio response on this complaint has been great. Engineers contacted and even verified before closing the request. Hoping that Jio takes care of Network tower stability as the majority of recent issue has been due to tower level outages. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare No internet since Saturday. Technician confirmed router replacement but never came. Today's appointment was also rescheduled. My office work is suffering. Please resolve this immediately. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been completely down since 8 July, and despite repeated complaints, the technician visit has now been rescheduled for the fourth time. It’s been 5+ days without internet on a paid postpaid connection. #CustomerService

    @JioCare Reason 1: your customer case didn't raise the complain I have to call 3 times and 3 rd time your disconnection department raise my complaint. Reason2: yesterday you engineer mark my complain as resolved when it isn't resolved, I have take video of his whole visit.

    @JioCare can you please tell me if you are going to resolve my issue or do I daily just need to remind you and just wait for your response since you are still unable to arrange an engineer for a home visit. It's been 5 days and I am unable connect @reliancejio @jagograhakjago
