    Very disappointed with the service of @JioGigaFibre I'm facing unstable internet from the past few months and nothing has happened till now. If I get no support within next few days I'll have to switch to other provider @JioCare @reliancejio

    What is the process of porting my @airtelindia SIM to @reliancejio ? Its almost a year now I am complaining about internet issue in my area but no permanent solution yet ! I have lost all my hopes from @Airtel_Presence now.

    @JioCare I have relocated my self. Despite availability of jio fiber, my jio app does not show it. Despite repeated call to customer care no one responding.. it’s been 9 days very pathetic service.

    @JioCare I have received same reply now. Request you to provide details of your higher authorities or you can ask them to connect me on 8779526723. Not all happy with the resolution. Mistake is from JIO end and customer is paying penalty of his hard earned money. Kindly refund!!

    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity at our area, we were happy to know that you are extending fibre connection, but seems you stopped extension just 400mts apart. Don't know whom to complain what to do next. Tired calling your executive and customer support. You failed.

    @JioCare at 15.59 I got SMS of utilisation of 50% data & by 16.21 I got SMS of 90% data utilised. I fail to understand by watching a video how come 40% data go utilised in 22 minutes. Any clue?
