    Dear @JioCare,for the past30 days, it has become extremely difficult to use the network from the Jio tower located under the jurisdiction of the Tadi Baragaon Police StationNagra,District Ballia due to persistent issues with internet connectivity,calling,and voice service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare air fiber of Jio sucks, worst service ever. No resolution even after 15 day and 3 complaints. I’m a air fiber postpaid CX, I’m unable to use the internet for 15days why should I pay for that. Please disconnect and refund.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare trying to reach customer care for lat 10 days by a message plays and call gets disconnected...please get someone to call me...fed up of this poor service....if not resolved today I am sorry to say but I will have to look at options

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please initiate a full refund of my paid amount immediately. Even after escalating to the Nodal Manager, there is zero progress. Clearly, there is no hope for service from the JioFiber team in Wakad Pune. Order No - NO0001COICZ6 #Refund #ServiceFailure #Pune
