    Extremely frustrating to be without a working @reliancejio connection in the 415613 area for over 24 hours now. Service disruptions happen, but a total blackout for this long is unacceptable. Kindly look into this urgently. @JioCare #JioDown #JioCare

    @JioCare You can check mail box, have drop several mails regarding this and about customer care services being provided by executives, @airtelindia has far better services atleast they properly response towards customers

    Dear @JioCare,@reliancejio In our area, your 5G network is not performing as true 5G. Speeds and bandwidth are very poor despite many active users. Because of this, people are planning to switch to airtel india for better 5G service. Send team to fix network ASAP. PIN: 768212

    @JioCare @JioCare My number has been active and reachable at all times. Please refrain from making such unverified statements. If, as you claim, the call could not connect, then it raises serious concerns about the reliability of your own network, as I am using your service.
