    @JioCare @pradeepthakur40 no jio service are very bad they are not fixing my internet from 4 days they are just ignoring calls and not responding. they said their is a backend issue, if any then it is not fixed in 4 days, either your service is bad or your workers are not working properly

    @JioCare And yes ideally coverage should be good as landmark in my postal address is your tower less than 100 m from my house that's why i bought jio sim and if no. of users a more how can nobody gets full network reception and its not my fault if users are more its on you @JioCare

    @reliancejio my internet is down for 6 days. I have been calling on your customer care everyday twice. But no one is coming to my house to fix it. 6 days in a lockdown without internet working from home. Can you understand how difficult it is. #nojio

    Highly disappointed with the service. The engineers are highly unprofessional and the last time they visited, it took them 3 days to resolve the issue. Didn’t expect such unprofessional behaviour from @JioCare
