    @JioCare They already given few single connections in my apartment but they never installed sever and technician PL of our colony is not responding properly and he is saying field workers are not available for the past month so I need immediate resolution. #Request

    @JioCare The same problem and same area as shared earlier. But you did nothing to improve your service. Once you are again requested to do needful in improving your network or refund my amount for balance period so that I can go to another service provider.

    @JioCare Hi I have recharged with RS 444 on 29/01/2021 which is valid for 56 days, however, from 29/01/2021 to 01/02/2021 there were guidelines issued by Haryana Government to restrict the internet and SMS service in my area ( Pin-132001). (Part1/5)

    Yesterday, Kesco had changed the pole near our house, due to which the fiber wire of Jio is broken on the road. There is no internet of live fiber in our area but it will loss for Jio Company, Deepak Singh Add 16-M-04, Dabauli, Ratanlal Nagar, Kanpur, UP, India @reliancejio

    @reliancejio trying to port my airtel postpaid to jio postpaid.. but airtel is not sending port upc code even after clearing all my dues in advance..please help
