@JioCare This is the worst way to annoy a customer. First, you take all the details and then do nothing. When asked for an update, you say “we are working on i” and then simply ask for the details again. This shows that the cancellation process was never started it’s just a waste of time.

@JioCare This is beyond speed tests now. Slow website loading, constant buffering on YouTube, and Netflix. Gaming is unstable due to fluctuations. Ironically, the only thing working fine is TV channels, which I don’t even watch most of the time. #JioAirFiber #CustomerExperience

@reliancejio has worst service in sector 90, Gurgaon. I’ve applied for a wifi connection 10days back. Till now there is no update on that. I’ve paid them, done with the kyc. And now I’m just waiting till now. @reliancegroup . This is unacceptable for you. WORST service ever.
