    @JioCare I was never contacted by any engineer or executive. The booking agent only told me in the morning that installation would be completed within 1 hour, but after that I did not receive any call or message from anyone. So I don't have any executive's name or contact number. (1/3)

    @JioCare Wow this is how you resolve the request. My complaint was closed saying we tried contacting multiple times. Not a single call was made. Disgraceful and shameful. Did not know that Jio operates like this.

    My biggest mistake was porting my BSNL SIM to Airtel Postpaid. The network quality in Ahmedabad, Gujarat is unbelievably poor. Constant call drops, weak signal, and slow internet. Really disappointed. @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Please help me @JioCare to port 9462556215

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI (5/8)Everyone in this chain is optimizing for their own metric, not my actual problem. Rate the call high. Close the case fast. Nobody is measured on whether the internet actually stays up.
