    @JioCare It doesn't matter if it's mobile data or Jio fibre. I don't see any difference. POOR! The reception would be exactly the same!

    @JioCare Very horrible service by jiofibre service agents at Guwahati. In the name of referral voucher they are selling connection and which is just to make customer fool. No post sell and service while customer is milked by these agents.

    @JioCare Calls were made to Jio toll free number 1800 896 9999 from registered number 9654513489, at 2:03 pm, at 2:18 pm and 2:19 pm. Jio fiber ID is 1353527464 and just to dumb it down for you, the calls were made today 26/02/2023

    @JioCare It's been 15 days now jio support is not able to fix my internet issue,, i am not able to access internet ,, support team visited my house 3 times after multiple followup.. very pathetic service ,, don't is there any option to escalate @JioCare Request ID SR00001HWYKE

    @reliancejio @JioCare absolutely shambolic after sales and services First ur service providers do fraud by giving wrong schemes and then they switch off number When v cancel services n send back the modem, even then service is stille existing To top it all u hv goons as employees

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    @JioCare Hi! I am abroad and I have lost my SIM here. The alternate number which was linked with the SIM is already out of service. Therefore, I cannot do it on my own online. What shall I do?
