    I raised a complaint 3 days ago for pickup of my additional Jio setup box, but no action has been taken yet. Very disappointed with the delay in service. Please resolve this issue ASAP. @JioCare #JioFiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare I applied for porting from my previous provider to Jio, My order was placed on the 5th—it's been over 9 days now but the issue remains unresolved if not resolved— I may have to move to another provider @airtelindia, as Airtel might actually help.

    @JioCare Worst Network Coverage in 12°44'17.0"N 80°00'15.4"E for past one month. Paying for 5G network but getting not even 4G. Can this be resolved ASAP as location is a SEZ with >50k employees working. In spite of multiple complaints, no action so far. Will @JioCare wake up ??
