@JioCare Now its over 10 days and still your team is looking into this. Such a pathetic service and all fraud. I have been waiting for more than 3 months and now again its over 10 days and its just forwarding the request. No solution till now.

@parinshah1981 @JioCare I'm facing same in Pune, while Idea is offering better speed about 4 5 mbps. U should too explore other networks, @reliancejio is becoming worse network day by day.

Facing 2G speed in Jio 4G @reliancejio @JioCare. It is world's 5th largest brand but customer service is 5th from the bottom. Thinking to port @ViCustomerCare
