    @JioCare very bad service experience from @jiofiber, I have problem with jiofiber setupbox remote since 2 months, many time registered complain in jio care but still problem not solved,I have two Jio Fiber connection along with 05 mobile number. Can I continue this journey?

    @JioCare worst internet speed around my location from past month before and advisor not behaving properly regarding my concern. Senior advisor is also not available to take my call. How it seems the best brand of india not giving service properly.

    @JioCare I am unable to get Jio5G signal in my mobile. Selected Auto 5G & marked 5G standalone. I am a post paid customer using IPhone 12 Pro iOS 16.3. in Delhi NCR region. Customer care confirmed the 5G signal available in our area( 122003). What else required to get Jio true5G

    But now i think you guys are running scam. In Banglore many people don't check the order they will never come to know what all items are missing. I think i need to complaint this to consumer court. @reliancejio

    Internet speed is continuously in worst condition since month before and still no solution coming out from @reliancejio .even customer care advisors are giving excuses and didn't get me connect with senior advisor regarding my concern and jio care is telling no advisor available
