    @JioCare There's no response from the customer care they stopped attending call to every single person from my village and last time also they did nothing just took all info I'll go to consumer court you just messed up my life my job and work basically whole life @reliancejio @JioCare

    @trramesh @JioCare For to get @JioCare service we should reach their office personally at 9.30am, catch the Engg Supervisor, tell about problem. Then only he will assign the engineer quickly. Otherwise with their kind of issues and staff attritions issues will take even 10days time.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare same here never have been able to get 5g speed in my area despite the website claiming so!!! have raised multiple complaints with @JioCare no resolution yet

    @JioCare Please do t give me the reason, none visited. Do share the engineers contact details to understand the issue. As stated I have another connection from the same pole and its working absolutely fine.

    @JioCare Generic responses won't help. Issue is pending since 6th Aug and tickets are being closed without proper resolution. Send a field technician to resolve this today, or provide a concrete ETA. Expecting valid response

    @JioCare Generic assurances won't help. The issue is persistent since Aug 6th. Field engineers are repeatedly marking ticket SR00002N75QY as 'On Hold' without fixing issue or restoration. Stop this delay tactic and fix the fiber issue by today 12:00 PM, Need a concrete ETA.

    @JioCare have been reporting this for 3 days. If you cannot resolve the actual speed issue, stop giving me scripted excuses and escalate this to your senior team/grievance officer. The problem is SPEED. Please address the actual problem instead of giving me a generic coverage reply.
