    @reliancejio @JioCare today is 15 the day and no sign to get jio fiber connection, and this is condition in bangalore prime locations.. Port just 50 meter from my house..worst experience. Payment done in advance

    @reliancejio Plans like Rs 719 for 84 days validity is total exploitation of the customer.A company that charged a mere 200-300/- for the same 84 days validity now shooting it's price up to 719/- is a clear case of leveraging market Monopoly.@AshwiniVaishnaw

    Despite of repeated tweets and mails problem is unattended. I can understand the working model of JioCare, “Job of everyone but responsibility of no one”. Higher authorities of JioCare must see their working culture.

    @JioCare I haven't received any information or update from your CC executive or by Engineer. Non of the engineer visited my location yet in last 3 days(+4 days). In today's era where everyone doing WFH. we cant afford 1 day (or few hours) Internet issue. and i am sitting "ideal from Home"
