    @JioCare Fibernet support is non-existent. All they do is ask the same textbook troubleshooting questions though is irrelevant and do not take complaint for frequent internet disconnection or provides fake promise of resolution in 24 hours

    @JioCare it's been two weeks in Goa since the cyclone and it wasn't as bad as the other states that were affected however even after multiple calls and emails the tower which collapsed is still down and no one seems to be working even after assuring me multiple timelines.

    @JioCare please do care that jio tower works properly during power cuts aswell. Though it's village but having both #jio #airtel tower but sorry to say that #jio tower is not working, if there is power cut for 4 to 6 hours.@reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Facing serious network issues in my area and you people are saying the same thing 'sir , you're in low network area' .. until last week Sunday .. everything was fine .. and then nothing worked .. online class , social media etc .. Please take some action @JioCare @reliancejio
