    @JioCare @uditajoshi22 I already have a Jio connection which is more than pathetic. Ported my other Vi number to Jio. But now i feel I had done a mistake. Vi do have worst speed but thats temporary which is resolved now. But Jio its worst.

    @JioCare hey I got a sms from Jio asking for eRefund for postpaid security deposit. While giving the bank details I am asked to attach Cancelled Cheque. But my bank account don't have Cheque book. Can you please help how to submit the details?

    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with your service. The data speed is slower than a turtle. Contacted your help desk but they're only saying we are still working on it. Facing this issue since last year but still got no solution. I don't know what you guys are working on:(

    Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have raised a complaint at 3 pm today the person at the call have selected a time slot between 5-6 pm then a message came that at 6pm engineer will come I call after they are saying the time slot is 6-7 pm. If the problem is not resolved today I willchange

    @JioCare The matter is of 19th may on suggestion of executive (as old router was not working) I paid for new connection and the it was activated on same day. But later on when I enquired about cancellation of previous connection he said that it will soon be processed.
