Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with your service. The data speed is slower than a turtle. Contacted your help desk but they're only saying we are still working on it. Facing this issue since last year but still got no solution. I don't know what you guys are working on:(

@JioCare @uditajoshi22 I already have a Jio connection which is more than pathetic. Ported my other Vi number to Jio. But now i feel I had done a mistake. Vi do have worst speed but thats temporary which is resolved now. But Jio its worst.

@JioCare Jio is a rediculous network and customer care is more rediculous after giving a complaint almost 30 days has been gone then also from jio there is no resolution and no response each and every indian citizen should port from jio to another network
