    @JioCare @reliancejio It is better to use 2G network than to use your 4G network, ashamed to use your network, speed is getting slower day after day, you are playing like toy with recharge money.

    Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear praveen da, My jio number is 6295277177. I don't have any other number that I can give you. The condition of internet is very bad. I am getting 2 g speed. It seems that the net has gone into a coma.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Reliance Jio Broadband Service in several areas of Mumbai is the definition of monopolistic hostage-taking. Apartments locked in, no alternatives, zero accountability. Poor service? Tough luck. Can't switch? This is what monopoly looks like — pay us, but don't expect anything in return.

    Thanks for the awful support @JioCare .. been a customer for a long time paying bills on prompt time.. but the service and support was never helpful and never got a solution at the earliest.. and it's been 3 days since the outage! Thanks.. adieu

    I even visited the Jio store in Karad, but instead of helping, they suggested installing Airtel. I prefer Jio and trust the service. @JioCare @reliancejio
