Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , never ever seen such a careless service. Post purchase of STB, had to call numerous times to get it delivered, and everytime a new case n a new schedule !! Its 4th day today.

What a pathetic service by @RelianceResQ @reliancejio I had purchased laptop from reliance electronics and had brought extended warranty, it’s been 1.5 months laptop in with them in malad service centre, during this WFH I’m unable to use device. What a shame.Don’t buy ever

I purchased a Jio SIM from local sim seller in Pathankot City of Punjab on 07 Apr 21@ ₹100. He collected my bio matrics and took photo. I called him many times but no solution was made.I am waiting for activation of SIM.Plz help me and activate my SIM @JioCare @RelianceJioCare

@reliancejio We in the Army believe that there is a soluton to EVERY problem. But, Reliance Jio is UNABLE to change the billing cycle of my postpaid mobile No from 1st to 30th of month, for ease of reimbursement claim. Is this small issue so insurmountable for Jio ??
