    @JioCare dear jio, me and my mother are not going to recharge & use jio further.after several complaints also the internet is slow in my area and thus the data doesn't come into use and gets wasted. Kindly improve and resolve it or else we are going to switch over other network.

    @reliancejio they did not solve my problem ,it is not just me only, even my family JIo signal same going for two hours daily ,No signal,No call,No internet, it's bad that Jio customer care not even trying to solve issue ,even have given place details , exactly everything.@2

    @reliancejio any plans of converting Den boomband customers to jio fiber, stuck with poor speed & bad customer service. Please help us service in vasundhara,gzb is really ancient. Since it is ur company only pls help & upgrade there tech. stuck with asymmetric speed system.

    @reliancejio I have a Mumbai SIM from @airtelindia which is damaged. Currently abroad, cannot travel immediately, Airtel is refusing to issue replacement without visiting India. Can you give me new SIM with same nr ported? will have all ID docs, attested & POA for collection.
