    Tried to apply for a Jio Fiber connection again after more than a year. Disappointed to say that nothing's changed. Security deposit was taken and appointment scheduled, but no service engineers coming to install Jio Fiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Choosing jiofiber @reliancejio was my blunder. Asking for refund from two months but it hasn't been proceed yet bcoz the executive is not collecting the device. No action is taken from Jio's side in this. I have complained more than 5 times. @JioCare help!

    @JioCare @JioCare stop collecting points with the automated replies and actually start following up on the issues. In the last few issues posted by me no action or follow up has been done. Just some automated replies. @reliancejio #jiofibresucks #PoorCustomerExperience
