    @JioCare JioCare It’s now been 5 days without JioFiber service. I’ve only been receiving the same response every day, while there has been no resolution. Your engineer already confirmed the issue is on your network side. Please escalate this to the concerned team immediately.

    @JioCare Im live in Ahmedabad, Satellite and waiting for jio fiber get connect since last 3 days no contact number for customer care. Called on this number 1800 896 9999,34 times but no solution. ONE OF THIRD CLASS SERVICE. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONNECT THEM. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

    @JioCare I've applied for porting my number to jio, I've made a payment as well but the contact number of that executive is not reachable and I'm fed up of trying to call your customer care. All I listen is automated response and ivr.

    @JioCare Another disappointing update on SR00002MTV5K. After keeping my #JioFiber connection down for 50+ hours, Jio rescheduled my engineer visit to 29 July without resolving the issue. This delay is completely unacceptable for a basic home internet service. @JioCare @reliancejio (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to get a JioHome AirFiber connection since 17 July, but the entire experience has been disappointing. From booking to installation, the service has been poor, and the handling of my requests with generic replies has been unprofessional. Please call me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 6 days and JioFiber is still not working. The entire city is impacted, yet there's no proper response or resolution. Worst service I've ever experienced. No updates, no accountability, no escalation. Please fix this ASAP. #JioFiber #JioDown
