@JioCare is Jio limited to only urban areas? Look like all infrastructure building are for specific customer. Airtel is still better than Jio. Examples...Mumbai Pune Highway, Pune Nashik Surat road. Request team to check and provide better service than Marine Drive

@JioCare @reliancejio : very poor on-ground service for JioFiber (Bangalore). Fiber gets cut outside the house, no service engineer sent for 2-3 days. Then he comes and does such a poor job that fiber gets cut again within 10 days. Another 2+ day wait. Very unreliable.
