    Jio network in Kaiserganj (Bahraich) is performing extremely poorly. The speed feels lik 2G, makng it difficult for users to stay connected. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, customers will be forced to switch to other providers @JioCare please take immediate action @reliancejio

    @reliancejio What kind of network is this? There is no proper internet connectivity in any area, even though the 5G signal is showing full bars. This 5G network is worse than 2G. You are charging so much and advertising it as ‘unlimited,’ which makes no sense. I think this

    @JioCare @reliancejio if the SIM is not yet delivered, how can I get this activated? How do you have such idiots in your customer support team? I am going out of station tomorrow morning and need this SIM urgently. Can you check and get this delivered ASAP today?

    Requested for a Jio wifi connection. The same day jio personnel came, got the details, paid the amount through the app. It's been 5 days, no wifi connection, no customer service help. Worst service. Don't buy from jio. #jio @reliancejio @JioCare
