  @JioCare JioFiber service became worst recently. In the past 10 days, this is the 3rd time I am facing internet connectivity issue. This is not a kind of service I am expecting from JioFiber. Plans also not affordable compared to other operators. Let me know the process for disconnection.

Ticket SR00003F9QWR is just stuck in an endless bot loop with ZERO real human contact or engineer details.
