    @JioCare There is a serious service issue in our area. The engr. never comes as per set time line. My internet has not been working since yesterday. service ticket SR000032227J is assigned & the engineer is supposed to be here between 12 to 13 pm. No resolution yet. Pls look into

    @JioCare I have had worst experience with Jio. The Internet was erratic for weeks. The router developed snag. There was no help from Jio. Can Jio send new router and even extender.

    @JioCare It’s been over 48 hours with zero update. Absolutely pathetic service from Jio. No extreme weather here, yet false claims are being used to delay service. Repeatedly asked for proof - none provided. Resolve this immediately. #Jiofiber #JioCustomerServiceFail #PoorService
