    @JioCare nice job reactivating my jio Fiber service id which you deactivated without any reason. But my recharge plan was wasted for the last 2-3 days so in compensation i want increase in validity which is equal to the time for which my services were suspended for no reason.

    I am constantly facing an issue since the past 2 months with my jio fiber…..i am not able to play gta 5 online or connect to fortnite voice chat Apparently this issue can be fixed by changing the DNS but this gives very low speed….I am facing this issue in ps4.@JioCare

    @JioCare I have no alternate number this issue is technical I have write us allreday about its problem come to during between power cut.. so kindly your information that is simple this is not handset issue.. That is issue of your service providing.

    @JioCare Jio services has been good but please this area I'm in does not even have jio fibre whereas just within 1 km, people r getting that.. I'm in soup and helpless.. lots of us here are facing same... I am working in enterprise support.. We support u.. Help us serve u better
