    @JioCare my mother jio phone recharge was for 2 years plan. But suddenly outgoing stopped. Being a old lady, it's very difficult for her to call customer care to resolve the issue. Even I tried a lot to jio care but they are not understanding. Can you do something. Waiting reply

    @JioMart @RelianceSmart @JioCare I have an issue with jiomart order which is unresolved for more than 1 week. e-com site is total fraud - no one answer properly. Not even able to cancel the order which is still not delivered.

    @JioMart @JioMart_Support @JioCare very poor delivery and customer service and they are cancelled my order without my consent twice and when I asked customer care they told that due technical glitch it happened, for first time okay and for second time they told same reason
