@reliancejio @JioCare do you guys keep silent always once you feel you cant reply or there is some real customer service dept. By just gulping money from your customer and pointing TRI rules I feel someone should be there in company to explore real issue and helping customers.

Hey @JioCare team speed of u r network is very worst in my area...cant load the Google page also...I tried reaching u r customer care but call gets disconnected automatically..this is not the service that I expect from the jio..I think it's time to port jio to another network

@JioCare @theankkkit Jio care has a trade mark answer. Instead improve your network through out. Whether it is town or village every where poor network. We shifted to Jio hoping for a good network. After few months they will launch 5G and shall lure all customers again. Ghatiya service
