    @JioCare Hi, I have been trying to lodge a complaint about slow internet and intermediate disconnection through your app/call center, but your service agents are not ready to register a complaint/engr visit. I am a Jio FIber user and this is a very poor mark on customer service!

    @JioCare @reliancejio why team is taking too much time to resolve. Also what is this Rs 99 for ? For home delivery or sim activation or Jio prime charges ? I have recently opted for Jio family plan and honestly the experience is worst. No proper communication

    @JioCare Your some time argument will never end. I have given you all almost 2 months to get my refund. Even after complaining in consumer helpline 2 times I haven't got my refund. Now I will go consumer forum court to get not only my refund but also I will complain about of fraud.
