    @JioCare bastards your fiber is dead since yesterday morning. Engineer visit was rescheduled without my consent and the visit didn’t even resolve the issue. Your customer care is also **** and can’t do anything about it.

    @jiocareindia shifted my JioFiber connection after being told that if I recharged the required amount, my previous plan would automatically be restored. I followed the instructions exactly, but my plan was never restored. This is very disappointing.@reliancejio @DoT_India

    I am frustrated from JIO port service. I recently port my sim from bsnl to JIO on 11 June and SIM also delivered on 15th June. Today 1st July still network is not came. I had call with customer service 10 times. EVERYTIME they provide different solution @JioCare #jio #jiosim

    @JioCare I raised a JioFiber relocation request on June 28. While the modem was collected on June 29, my new connection is yet to be set up - it was supposed to be done on June 30. I haven’t received any update and can’t contact customer care. Please resolve or refund my money.

    @JioCare I have DMd you all the details required. But there is no resolution given yet. Even after scheduling a technician visit, they don't visit. I'm really disappointed with the service @JioCare
