    @reliancejio Very slow internet for weeks...hampering work...called customer care,they disconnected call...no resolution...no option of lodging complaints for slow network in jio...pathetic service, pathetic internet speed...have to port out to other service provider soon.

    @JioCare should change their Username to #Jiowillnotcare A Simple issue wd respect to their Fibre broadband connection can't be resolved by them, They'll smartly call themselves out to be a Local Brand! But will use Chinese Hardware and tech. My suggestion - Do not get #JioFiber

    @JioCare I want to get JIO fiber disconnected on immediate basis. Bad customer service, bad router with low range and to the worst verybad speed. DM my phone jumber please call me back.

    @JioCare nobody is ready to share escalation matrix. Team is not ready to note a complaint and neither ready to share escalation matrix. My connection is down since more than a week now, but doesn't matters to support team inspite of number of mails. No response over mail.
