@JioCare Your executive should have said it before kyc. He came, checked our villa and said box is placed outside our building. Even my neighbour has Jio fibre! Why would you even accept connection without service?

1/2 @JioCare Your team came, verified and didi KYC for Jiofibre. As per your schedule, took a day off so that you guys can come and do installation!!The jio guys cancelled the booking. They said there is no port. Highly disappointed with your service!

For the last 2 months, Jio's internet speed is very bad, due to which there is a lot of difficulty in watching videos or using applications, I have also complained about it on Jio Care, but no help was received.@reliancejio @JioCare

So @reliancejio has been not able to provide me with a working Wi-Fi connection since last 2 weeks and there’s no way to get in touch with @JioCare and after crying at top of my lungs to just to get a fix instead received this months Wi-Fi bill. Is that nation’s no 1 network?
