    @Mahendr25939970 @reliancejio Maybe the people not helpful state wise or zone wise. You can tag their authorities here. Social media is good platform to raise the voice. It have helped me in many other cases where the company representatives were not helpful but after raising here issues were resolved.

    @Mahendr25939970 @reliancejio 3/ so according to my experience jio was really helpful while on other hand Airtel forced me to use 3G while I was paying for 4G (I had postpaid connection now it's in Vodafone) in my hometown Airtel, Idea are dead network but jio giving good services.

    @DevC54 @reliancejio Nope...Don't be blind. Promoting business or businessman is not an issue. Monopolizing few select is an issue. And I don't care whether it's done by Modi or Manmohan or any XYZ. Anyone doing this is wrong and wrong is a wrong. Period.

    @JioCare Thanks for replying. I'm surely planning to port my number to Jio, as Airtel's service just doesn't work even after recharging. But will the porting work even if I'm not able to send any SMS from my phone as of now? Or will I have to wait?
