    @JioCare @reliancejio There is no network of Jio in this area. Coordinates : 23.672366, 87.289383 Please rectify, otherwise people will move to @airtelindia as Airtel has full network here.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio I have raised a complaint on unable to activate my isd plan in Jio fiber account and it is more than 2 weeks now either I don’t get the refund of the money nor plan is not getting activated . Really frustrated with no or poor response.

    This might be the beginning of the end of @reliancejio dominance in the teleco sector. Frequent network & call drops. Poor customer support. Customers migrating back to @airtelindia (including myself) Such a shame! 😪

    @JioCare You are the worst customer support providers. My connection in Bangalore is not resolved for the last one month and there is absolutely no response in spite of repeated complaints. My Service Request Number SR000019CTRP I will never recommend your services to any one
