    Disgusting service by @reliancejio @JioCare in Bangriposi (Dist: Mayurbhanj, Odisha, 757032). Every single time there is a power cut or light rain, the network and internet completely drop. Total blackout. ​Unacceptable infrastructure. Fix your tower backups! #Jio #Odisha

    @JioCare Very slow data speeds despite being on Jio 5G prepaid connections. Location: Bhimpur, Behind Rabindra Surgicals, Near Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Kindly investigate the issue, check the nearby tower/network performance.

    @JioCare Already have checked and this is the worst reply. You are Sharing youtube video on how to redeem voucher. That is well know to me. Have u read issue details and 4 day conversation? You all atleast read issue then reply ..or just say Resolution is not possible or just say NO. Hell

    @JioFiber My connection has been down for 12 days. Sent 4 emails, called customer care 12+ times, and escalated to the appellate team 3 times. Not a single call from a service engineer. Completely unacceptable. Worst customer service experience ever. #JioFiber @reliancejio
