    Hello @airtelindia, just ported my number from @reliancejio and I realised that you do not 5G service in whole Blr & recharge amount is too high compare to jio. Trying from past 24 hours, not able to talk to customer care. @JioCare I want to port out from Airtel please help me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am really frustrated with the frequent network drop issue at my location. Unable to continue with call or use internet without issue more than 15 mins. Facing this issue as since a year now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio simple refund,MNP take a lots of time, and have to come and wait at their will..this is the situation of JIO Kalkaji branch.. didn't get the refund, no help in MNP..biggest mistake to use JIO..worst unethical and unexpected service @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @airtelindia I don't see True 5G anywhere. We have been told that 700 MHz will help to reach as much as inside the house but for me it's not even entering inside the main door.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio May I know my fault of opting jio services in one of the post paid plan. Why do I need to pay for this when this issue is happening since I joined jio plan. Why didn't I recieve good sim chip. Why should I pay on sim change. Please let me know my fault sir.
