    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio postpaid services down after paying bill their customers service rep are asking we cant not get payment while all payment done from jio store. Don't use jio postpaid,its better use other company postpaid. @airtelindia is best.

    @JioCare The issue has been there since yesterday evening. I have been without internet for 24 hours. There has to be an ETA committed rather than open ended statements. ETA please? And who will bear the service cost for days lost?

    @JioCare That is what is being said to me from 3 months. We will adjust in upcoming cycle. But the problem is your cycle never comes. Everytime you are just constantly making fool of customers ! Kindly help @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @JioCare Your engineer is not repairing the connection and customer care is not cancelling it. We are stuck from 16/12/2022, what is being expected i am not able to get, we have sent several emails that if you can't restore the service then please cancel it.

    Worst service from Jio. I have been using Jio fiber for the last 7 days and this is the 6th time i am facing the same issue. For the last 4 days my connection is not working and even after raising a complaint it was not resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare hi, I have selected the 5G network but still my phone is working on 4G. How many days will it take to switch from 4G to 5G? Fyi I have updated the sw and have iqoo 9 se 5g mobile.

    @JioCare It's nearly 11+ hours since the outage and no one's reached to fix the issue and the service request is put on hold. If these issue occur on working days, will definitely have to look for other alternatives. #JioFiberBadService
