And they put a note to be hostile towards us and next agent also will just dismiss. I have 4 airfibers and 5 postpaid mobile. Cancelled and moved to Airtel and arvance security paid towards security deposit vanished

This is a basic connectivity issue. Please escalate to the senior field team and restore connection immediately.
