  @JioCare I already tried it many times but the issue is not resolved, I tried to disconnect from power source and connected back and waited for 30 minutes but still no internet. Kindly schedule a technician visit to check the hardware

  @JioCare @jiocare Your team has been talking to me for 1 month now. I think that is ample to resolve an issue. The whole ecosystem is complicit in this scam to loot customers. @TRAI kindly take notice.

  And @JioCare seems to care the least. Even after raising the complaint, no one has contacted me or made any real effort to understand what the actual issue is. If this is the level of after sales service @reliancejio provides, then honestly, it has been one of my worst customer experiences. 4 complaints in 4 months, and still no proper resolution. Absolutely disappointing.

  @JioCare I am unable to connect my tv to jio fiber wifi. Tried raising grievance through mail as well, but no response. Is there any solution available? #customerservice @risingpearl

  Still facing the same problem unable to watch jio tv through jio fiber I am fed up of doing complain every month if today your engineer will not come i will throw out jio set up and jio fiber @reliancejio @JioCare don't have so much time to do complaint every month

  @JioCare , I book jio air fiber, guy came to register even i paid amount to jio website as he said for welcome offer 807 but after that no communication or or technician visit or update on installation; please help, not able to connect contact support via toll free

  @JioCare Atlast, the service engineer has come and has restored the service by installing a new cable from the junction box to my home. Had to wait for nearly 2 days. As per service engineer update, they are short staffed & have started inducting trainees. Appreciate the service engineer.
