    @reliancejio @JioCare May I know y there is internet issue on regular basis since couple of days in my locality? Need to be sorted out on immediate effect as we are paying r hard earned money for this facility. If in returns we do get such bad network of int't then it's of no use

    @ravindiran2806 @reliancejio Exactly same issue with me.Rather in my case I was not even informed that security deposit is taken.Just now when bill was generated wrong,they told me.These big companies have lazy and careless agents who treat our hard earned money as waste.

    @JioCare Trying to contact you 4 setting up Jiofibre at home in Calicut for many days- very laggard response. Customer rep has mobile switched off and while we contacted Asianet, they are literally at our doorstep to install- are you ppl serious abt this or can we switch?

    @JioCare please stop cheating in the name of services @reliancejio. Why u don't hv services like safe custody like available in @airtelindia. What options are available if users don't want to avail service for some days.
