    @JioCare I want to close my Jio AirFiber account, but your support is completely unresponsive. I’ve tried calling, WhatsApp, and email - no reply anywhere. Is this how you treat customers? This is unacceptable. I need immediate action.

    @reliancejio I have recharged my jiofiber plan since morning but your app or customer support is of no help and is denying proofs given by me. This is a cyber fraud. Either refund my money or give me my monthly jiofiber plan.

    @JioCare It comes in frustration even bill paid in advance unable to use service due to less support So as a conclusion asked refund; they are agreed still not getting any confirmation

    @JioCare There is no internet connectivity in my jio fiber since last 2 days, red light blinking, I have called on the jio fiber helpline, no steps taken to solve the problem, their staff comes to the house just checks and leaves without any assistance. Ph:9415727784

    @JioCare Read my tweet properly. @jiocare Problems : 1. I said the scheduled date is April 14th. Why should I wait one week for the engineer's visit? 2. no point of communication for technical support 3. Couldn't find a service office in my locality at Chennai.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio's network and internet speed in my area. To make matters worse, your customer care executive disconnected my call midway while I was explaining my issue! Is this the kind of unprofessional service you provide? Please look into this immediately.

    @JioCare 2. I called him and he said he is not responsible for this pickup company is making you fool as they do not have any service for anything. What is this behaviour and now he is disconnecting the call . Raise this to higher authority and i wanted this pickup done by today
