@reliancejio @JioCare called you guys 4 days ago to cancel my jio postpaid, but no response yet. My billing cycle was 11 July, I will pay my bill till 11th July and not a single penny for the next billing cycle. U r on ur own now. Ur reassurances are useless.

@JioCare @niks_233 Not happy with the service provided. There are wires & only wires in my house. Your representative told us they will take 3 connections & ended up taking 10 connections from the same box. Request you to reply us with us a solution or else we’ll have to take action against it.

@JioCare @reliancejio received call from jio they said they fix this bcoz distance is more than 80 meters. But people with more than 200 meters distance are using jio services. Not an acceptable response from jio services team. We have paid for wire and setup box. Please fix this
