    On contacting @SonyLIV I am informed that this problem can only be resolved by @JioCare . But your team doesn't feel the need to provide quality service and assistance to the consumer. Kindly resolve the matter asap in case you do not wish to lose a customer.

    @JioCare @JioCare It’s not about one number. I’ve faced this issue continuously in Kahilipara. Raised it many times support just tells me to recharge, no real fix, even rude Look jio claims 5G but deliver ~2KB/s (pc connected, x running) Charging full for poor service. Fix this Pin 781019

    @JioCare @JioCare This is incorrect and irrelevant. My complaint is not about security deposit. Please address the actual issue: • Why was my connection suspended despite advance balance? • Why was my unused balance not credited within 90 days? • How was my money adjusted?????/

    @JioCare @ARIF2204 I m frustrating with jio service because 3 to 4 times in a month jio fiber is not working due to wire work due to technical issue due etc etc please go to airtel there service and customer care is better than jio service

    @reliancejio Hey it has been more than 5 years since the issue is same no network coverage at all. Every time 6 month of time period and when I came back to jio I m ****** now I have to wait 90 days to get rid of poor jio

    Hi @JioCare , @reliancejio, On 28 March 2026, I raised a request to relocate my connection. As a part of this relocation, the technician was supposed to visit my home on 1 April 2026, but did not. I kept calling the customer care and they kept rescheduling to no avail.
