@reliancejio Very bad impression. Facing frequent network disconnection problem with full tower range. Called customer care lengthy IVR process and explained my issue and they replied that there are some network related issues in your area which will took 6 to 7 months to resolve

@JioCare - my jio fiber is not working properly. 2nd attempt CC guy told that since your wifi is off you will not able to access internet using LAN also. What kind of technical team you have for support.1st attempt was even worse. And they don't bother to do basic troubleshooting

@JioCare I request to all don't buy Jio fibre,after 6 days doing payment of ₹1500 and do all document verification no one is came to install my Jio fibre. This is a wrost service I ever seen. Day by day they extended my schedule and making false promises. Don't buy go for Airtel

@JioCare To my atmost surprise, my instalation is again rescheduled to next day. Jio care I think your staff lacks proper motivation. I am quite sure abt your after sell poor service. Kindly resolve and install it today, or i may have to cancel it and knock the doors of consumer court.

@JioCare please refund my jiofiber connection. I have called jiofiber customer care no many times but every time they tell me that my device will be picked within 48 hours .But no one came. I complained atleast 10 times. Although my internet connection was cut earlier.

@JioCare @reliancejio really bad service and commitment provided to customers, voucher related issues are going on,kindly look into it on priority and ask someone to get in touch with the customers, work from home getting severely affected. Kindly take this on priority.
