    @JioCare 280 KBPS is just standing nearby to the wifi router at 01:49 pm ❓❓ You guys are incapable to answers actually, that's no appropriate answers is received always. I have already explained that speed reduces as day starts, this is backend issue I meant.

    One of the worst service provider, they didn't even reach out and they didn't even care about there customers, from past 3 days u been waiting they didn't provide any solution. @JioCare has worst service experience

    @JioCare - A complaint for WIFI working was registered yesterday night at 9 PM. So far today even an engineer is not assigned. Can someone pls tell when will the issue get resolved - SR00002LNAU8.

    @JioCare I understand the thing that if I've not recharged the service's are disconnected. But your jio care mans are calling me and tell me that your no. Will be deactivated permanently this is not acceptable why detactive permanent ?

    @reliancejio @jio Post 2/5 Whenever I contact customer care, I receive the same automated response: "Temporary Network Congestion in your area." This response has been repeated for months. A problem continuing for 6 months cannot reasonably be called "temporary." #Customerservice #Jio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My internet has been down since 4 June (100+ hrs). No resolution, no clear update, and repeated delays. For a premium-priced service, this is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve better. #JioairFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare why in every 3 month we hear a breakage in voice and drop in Internet at a particular location Near Nandankanan, Bbsr and all area around. Why no action is taken to eradicate des issues? Why is it so difficult for u to do ur job, just to give decent service

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Subscription active in MyJio, bill paid, yet JioHotstar says "No Subscription" and asks me to pay again. Support teams keep blaming each other. No resolution, no accountability, no service. Paying customer, zero access. Unacceptable.
