    @JioCare Pathetic internet service by Jio at PIN code 829202 location since last couple of weeks. Jio has disabled complaint request option on MyJio app as well, why should I bother Jio only?😭

    Paid Rs. 1200 for relocation (Booking LR00001DVPKL). Technician confirmed no slots/poor signal in Shillong. Now @JioCare is falsely claiming my connection is 'active' and refusing to provide an SR number for my refund. This is unacceptable. Resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber My complaint (SR00002LQVQ8) was registered on 12/06/2026 regarding my Jio connection, but the issue is still unresolved. It has been several days with no proper update despite multiple follow-ups. Please resolve this urgently. mobile 9868994346

    @JioCare Please contact the assigned technician and confirm if the relocation can be completed today. If not, kindly inform me clearly so I can proceed with another service provider. I cannot keep waiting without a confirmed timeline.

    @JioCare I am Looping unnecessarily for my router issue. My router is not turning on and need human assistance , the bit is looping and so is support call. Can you assign an engineer? I have tried different sockets and have done the check connectivity part #jio #poorservice

    @JioCare Couldn’t you guys do anything what a **** service, have been sharing info since last 2 weeks but not a single reply on DM. Going to uninstall @reliancejio fiber don’t have this much free time to keep nudging you, if you can’t give proper service take your device with you @JioCare

    @JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection nearly 2 weeks ago and paid the installation amount upfront. Despite waiting for weeks, no installation was done and there was no meaningful update from your team. The salesperson who collected the payment has also stopped responding to calls. Since I could not keep waiting indefinitely, I got a connection from another provider within a day and requested a refund from Jio. Even after multiple follow-ups through calls, email, and WhatsApp, the refund is still pending. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Please process my refund immediately and provide a clear timeline for the refund credit. Request details can be shared via DM. #JioFiber #CustomerService
