    @JioCare Horrible customer support for new connection request. The sim was supposed to be delivered 2 days back. Getting no support from customer care and templated response from your advisor. Is this how your sales work!! I can only imagine how your post sales support would be

    @reliancejio it’s my worst experience ever that I’m not able to get in touch with you. You have multiple ways implemented to connect with customer but none of them is valid. All are time waste. Thanks for giving me such experience 😡😡😡
