    @JioCare why I am receiving message for not being refunded installation charges because device was picked after two month of activation ? Pickup was delayed at your end and your service engineer was not coming to pick. Is this my fault? I have multiple reschedule message from Jio

    Hv been requesting all companies including @reliancejio ,@Airtel_Presence and @ViCustomerCare to intall a network nearby from several years, but inspite of checking the root cause they are busy in something else.

    @JioCare Most pathetic customer service you guys have!! #jiofiber is installed but it doesnt have static IP and neither the surveillance camera’s work. Disconnect my connection or I will make the JIO fiber box for my colony is thrown out.
