    @reliancejio @JioCare My fiber is not working since morning after raising multiple complaints no solution has been provided. In this particular case at least give a 10GB voucher till the time you fix it. After all we are paying for the services. Case no SR00003A0XMV

    @JioCare I have purchased Jio thing 4 g pro tracker device from Amazon in March 26. It is not powering on and the device malfunctioned within two months of purchase.I complained to Jio things email team many times also provided them invoice, IMEI, but problem not resolved.

    @JioCare What an irresponsible reply In customer care service You shud be RESPONSIBLE nd not sorry Its been more than 46 hours of no service from you side, and no one visits When contacted ur engineer say he will not come Nd then you keep rescheduling with a time gap of over 24 hrs

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @reliancejio I want to file an official complaint against both these agents Bhargavi especially and Sahil Dayma for wasting my time and energy. I am ready to provide any further information required or communication required like write an email, etc. I will also provide the call recordings.

    @reliancejio Hi I paid Rs. 2000 in my Jio account, now requesting to adjust the same in my plan. I called the customer care 7 times and emailed three times, but no action is being taken for 91-4035808448
