Jio network is very pathetic now a days. On same location airtel gave me supper speed. I could use YouTube and all live platform without a single buffer on 480p to 720p but in Jio i can not go above 240p or 360p. Seriously very pathetic. @reliancejio @airtelindia @JioCare

@reliancejio @exploreIMC What is the meaning of 5G. you are giving limited to 12000 minute on annual plan and vodafone is giving full talk time on same plan and having good network.Give full talk time on annual plans. I am using Jio's annual plan but what is the meaning.

@JioCare Had a worst experience with customer care of jio @jagograhakjago attitude of people responding is very bad, spoke to Nithin (call supervisor) and he is asking me to check status of complaint from my end and he is ok if I escalate and raise grievance. nice customer care

Today I faced slow net speed from jio, i complained and they assure me to resolve this problem in 120 days..... 120days !!! ??? What kind of service they are providing??.... Very shameful, careless and pathetic response. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio
