  @AadiAchint @reliancejio We were told MTNL, BSNL were public sector, so theooor service was expected, changeover to private. Now all are same in deficiency of service service. Ram Bharose. If it works, it works

  @AadiAchint @reliancejio This is a standard SOP in jio. They kept closing my complain ticket even without resolution. I cancelled my connection with them for this situation. Now I am using competition and much happier.

  @JioCare Am facing this issue on every device and on every website or application. I have raised the issue 7 times your are engineers are not able to identify the issues even they have seen the issue happening in front of themselves

  Over 1 YEAR of garbage network in my area and zero accountability. Calls don’t connect, internet crawls, and yet the bills come right on time. @JioCare this isn’t a telecom service, it’s daylight robbery.
