  @JioCare Not receiving the OTP for LiveTV+. I am a JioFiber customer and reported this issue yesterday. I was assured that it would be resolved within 24 hours, but there has been no resolution yet. Kindly look into this on priority.

  Submitted the relocation request with device collected from base location on 06.06.2026 with relocation scheduled on 10.06.2026. Still no person called or messaged regarding the same. 5 days have passed. Pathetic service by Jio. @JioCare

  @JioCare This is the worst service experience I have had with Jio. Every team that visits simply transfers the issue to another team instead of resolving it. This lack of coordination and accountability is completely unacceptable.

  @JioCare My STB voucher was generated (DV0000032SDE) and successfully redeemed on 22 Jan 2026 (SR: TC00000A5IHG). This proves eligibility. Yet no engineer visit or installation till date. For months I've received only assurances, not service. Please resolve urgently. #JioFiber
