    @NatrajMaddy @JioCare Same thing is happening everywhere. I am facing issue on jio fiber internet. From 3 days my internet is not working. I have done complaints but no one is responsible person here. Even their engineers says to deactivate the jio service.

    Thanks @reliancejio for an amazing service by your employee. He was home in 10 minutes from my calling and made sure the connection was setup in one hour despite just having gotten off work. Kudos to Abdul Jabbar!! Pls give him some love! JF ID: 299368461600

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup This is the kind of hard work that you all have been talking about. They have been working so hard that it improved as soon as you raised a complaint and there is still no network and they just closed it no wonder ppl are moving to airtel

    @reliancejio @JioCare Complaint no. SR000014RRK7 It is going to be 48 hours since the complaint was registered and first the visit was scheduled for yesterday and for today also between 3 to 4pm but it has been 6 and no one has arrived,they have rescheduled it for the third time
