    @JioCare Sorry my phone was on silent mode, can you please call again, I tried to call your number but its not connecting. Why don’t you do a network team visit in my sector.I don’t think my phone or wife’s phone has any hardware issue. They work very well outside of this sector.

    @JioCare I don't understand you guys manage to over complicate a simple issue like Port Forwarding! I just want to enable incoming traffic from other networks to my router. Support couldn't understand my concern, hung up on me 3 times. And still my problem isn't solved!

    Have tried a dozen numbers, but none of the customer care numbers or @airtelindia thanks app is allowing me to resolve contractual obligations to be able to port to @reliancejio. Such a terrible customer experience. No network and won't even let me leave the network. Ugh!

    @JioCare Services suspended on postpaid number 9311981651 even though there are no dues. Can you please take a look and restore services? I have tried calling 198 but they could not help.

    1/ @JioCare Very poor customer service. - Our internet is not working since yesterday, we contacted customer care, they asked to book an engineer via the app. We did that, got a confirmation for 10:30 am today. Service request #SR00001ADSYB Nobody showed up. #Jiodown #JioFiber
