    @JioCare Issue is with my location only.. As i use d same on my office location which works v nyc... Bt at my home. I observed frequent call drops as well as low internet speed.. 2g speed

    @JioCare Sir fesiablity at my location is on hod for so long I was waiting for this sin last 4-5 months there other service provides of optic fibre connection got here but still not jio and till now no surveyor came to our location for survey yet I am living in proper township.

    @JioCare Hello, one of your customers is using my email address for your service. I just got the order email number and mobile number. I am not in India and I do not have Jio. How do I get my email address removed from your service? I am in the US. Thanks.

    @JioCare Have been trying to get my jio fiber connection (paid on 17th April) activated for 6 days now. Pathetic support & resolution from the team & only false claims being made. Incorrect installation done (connected to old airtel wire). Now engineer saying to do wiring on own
