    @reliancejio They will never resolve the issue, because they only copy paste old comments and close complaints. It is a trend nowadays. At starting they added customers now all are suffering for network and speed. Improve 4g network first

    @JioCare Yes everything is same problem is no one is pick the device from the location even no engineer is assigned. 75 days is high timeline for such simple case.

    @JioCare Any update on this?? Ticket still shows as open without any update. Ticket expected resolution time was on 27-Nov-2022. Looks like Jio is converting into BSNL. #worst #Review
