    @JioCare internet speed is very slow from last 2days & call drop problem as well.i stay in sonarpur Kolkata 700149.contactpur.7003437379. please do the needful otherwise will shift to other providers..

    @JioCare I was promised doorstep home delivery of physical SIM, so I paid ₹299 + ₹50. It's been almost a week, and I haven't received any update. I only want physical SIM and cannot wait any longer. If unable to deliver it immediately, please cancel my order and issue a full refund.

    @JioCare Yes, consider this tweet as my official confirmation to cancel the post paid connection, reason is frequent disconnection and extremely slow internet speed. So I want to move to another service provider.

    @JioCare Issue standa not resolved. I guess by this approach u guys are working days will become months. Advice me if I need close the Jio Fibre & will inform neighbours as well to throw the jio router box in garbage. Go for Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL as new connection.
