    @JioCare Having major issues with Jio fiber net speed. Even whatsapp messages dont go sometimes and I have to use my phone's Airtel 4G to do it. Have complained couple of times but absolutely no response whatsoever. Pathetic service. Does Jio really care ?

    @reliancejio i am using jio fiber with a plan speed of 150mb. Still getting 35 mb using LAN cable. Please fix it

    @JioCare My jio network is very slow,for example 50kbps when I'm on my ground floor but the network is good (around 800 kbps) when I'm on my first floor or terrace. Plus I've applied for porting my mom's vi sim into jio so I want a better experience. Kindly fix it asap.

    Pathetic service by @JioCare someone installed jio fiber in my neighborhood because of that my internet is not working. And the engineer will come tomorrow. This shows how they serve their customers.

    @RelianceDigital @JioCare Still im waiting for update from u guys now its too muchh yesterday i got warn from my manager due to phone bcoz u guys are not going to pay me how many days i suppose to take leave now manager is saying that resign from job is these kind of service u do
