    @reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

    Dear @reliancejio, If you can't make your internet speed work well, kindly refund the recharge amount left. There is no way of being a valued JIO customer any more. Morning Peak hours, evening network congestion. Useless internet for me totally. Since March 2021 nothing changed.

    @JioCare why jio fiber is unwilling to extend services in the vicinity of existing serviceable areas. Talking to customer care executive in this regard is like hitting the head against the wall. Not expected from a giant like Jio.

    Hello @reliancejio Till date my compalint has not been solved yet. I am complaing since last two years and more. My Call disconnected and it says no network at times.

    @JioCare Received so many messages, and feel like I am talking to a bunch of super-geniuses. I am talking about landline and your guys are asking what mobile and app I am using! Get some retired 90 year old guys on your team, these bunch of gaming youngsters never saw/used landline???

    Regretting the decision to port in to @JioCare have been charged ₹200 for ISD which I never made. Better to port out and port in to #airtelcares again. Also switching to @airtelfiber rather than @jiofiber
