    @reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

    @JioCare I've an existing JioFiber conn at Ernakulam, Kerala. On 16th July, I had raised a successful relocation request to Palakkad, Kerala It is still pending, despite multiple calls to customer care. The local Jio team is more than happy to give me a new connection though

    @JioCare Then one or two alert shall be enough to remind me. I don't need flooding of my inbox with 50 msgs a day for recharging.And the Worst thing i get alert even if I call someone what if I have a urgent call but I have to listen that my recharge is expiring after Whole a WEEK !!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare #SunilShuklaJio, I have a Jio fiber connection and the services have been down for last 60 Hours, Jio Care number was useless, the calls are being rescheduled automatically, no one visited. Pathetic state of service. #ShameaJioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio So Pathetic after a power break down of 2 hours we loose Jio Network in Zakura Area near Noorabad Residential Colony. Requested Jio people so many times but nobody listens. A simple UPS would resolve the issue, but it seems Jio people doesn't afford one.
