    @reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

    @JioCare Hoping for the same Vinay, but as per the ticket, i should have ideally had a visit yesterday evening and as per the IVRS my issue should have been resolved by today 12.30pm, and both have not happened. Fingers crossed that it gets resolved today/ at the earliest as you may say

    @JioCare They said today it will resolve and then sending message another 24 hrs this is been happening 13 days your technical team not able to solve it local service provider are much better than jio very bad service worst customer care team they disconnect the call when can't answer

    Unable to access websites, many apps..But I can access youtube, wp, fb and only google search. Not only I but many people facing the same UNIQUE Problem of @reliancejio ..Already raised 2 complaints but issue still persists. Pls solve the problem.. @JioCare

    I have applied for Jio Fiver Relocation Service request no SR00001HQLT3. After 5 days its closed without solution. You can go any where for new connection CHEATERS. Who will pay for this period ? Why this no ?? if you guys cant rec the call 1800889399 @reliancejio @JioCare
