    @reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

    @reliancejio wanted a new sim a new pre-paid sim you executive had come to but was clueless about the process to be done for booking the sim every now then calling senior executive for help , and the mobile he had come with had less than 5 percent battery twice the mobile got off

    @JioCare Until 3 months @reliancejio is not able to deliver the SIM to a sufferer and his official quote lame excuses there is policy of govt. tiredup waiting for your resolution. Going to PORT all my Jio numbers . As we scare same result to rest of our other contact numbers.

    @reliancejio I paid for a fibre connection on Wednesday, installation is still not done, because your engineers just keep postponing appointment without any customer input. Now the same people who were after me for making payment are not even picking up call, really poor service
