@reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

@JioCare Now I realize you guys are more PATHETIC in service is the reason for people staying with Airtel. Atleast they reach out to customers after sometime. You guys even don't do that after promising a call multiple times.

And this is not the only request I have. There is another request for cancelling a connection pending for more than 15 days. I am not sure they understand service resolution is? Do they even measure TAT for SR Closures? (2/2) @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai

I told U right, you guys are fit for nothing as usual closed this service request SR00001D21M5 saying tried reaching on Jio Landline & it was not reachable hence closing the case. You idiots should know i don't have any Jio Landline to call me. @JioCare @reliancejio
