    @reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your service is very pathetic in my office location.. Unable to use internet network . And data is geting used up. You are giving minimum recharge data than others .. You are doing your business but not thinking about your customers and their trouble.

    @JioCare tells me that I MUST provide them an alternative number for them to deactivate my number. They just wouldn’t deactivate my number, bcoz I refuse to give my privacy by not giving them an alternate number. This network id not just worst but a nightmare. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I m writing to express my disappointment with d ntwrk coverage in my area,specifically in Arha, Jamui(Bihar).Despite the presence of a Jio tower in the area,I hv been expriencing poor ntwrk strength.I hv had to rely on other ntwrk providers to ensure that my needs r met.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i connected with Jio care and they did suggested to try 4G instead of auto 5G on my iphone. Changed the seetings and retried. But no use. May I know how to resolve the issue? Or should i port out. Please suggest.

    @JioCare Jio number: 7008685834 I am facing issue for samsung internet browser also for Chrome browser, every apps are running slow even I have updated the applications and most of the time it's very difficult to watch in youtube.

    @JioCare My Family use 3 jio connections. All of them started showing "No Service" inside the house from past 25days. Made a complaint, they said , will be resolved by Jan 15th but no luck. Not able to take emergency calls too inside the house. I have to come outside of the house to call
