@reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

@reliancejio @JioCare made a complaint for Jio Fiber connection on 23rd. A technician came yesterday but was incompetent to resolve issue. He told that another technician would come in evening but In the evening he closed the complainant showing it as resolved. Now it’s 3rd day without net
