    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare our here under District-Gopalganj, block-Bhore, Pin-841426, Bihar Your network is working very less, even calling data usage is not being done properly, do some work to solve this problem

    @reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

    @JioCare Do the needful clear my npr as mentioned in email by Airtel. Amount which you are asking is paid way back on 6 aug and receipt provided to jio many times you are harassing customer

    Was not using Fiber from few months, received notification that connection is suspended, recharge to resume. I made payment and now support is saying connection is closed. Please refund the amount so I can take new connection or give new connection with that amount @JioCare

    Day 7 of trying to get my eSIM activated, and still absolutely no hlp frm Jio. The customer service has been nothing but frustrating. I’ll keep posting about this every day until Jio finally fix my issue @JioCare @reliancejio — he is it this difficult to provider basic support

    @JioCare @reliancejio NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done 19/08/26,status installed, but in reality the device is not installed still) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned(9263702401)to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments

    @reliancejio Are rural customers less important to Jio? We need proper internet speed and reliable connectivity—not empty promises. Please stop ignoring the network problems in our village and fix the issue immediately. We pay the same. We deserve the same quality of service. FIX IT NOW!

    @JioCare Facing severe network issues in my area for the past several years — calls don't connect properly and internet speed is extremely poor/unusable. This is affecting the entire locality, not just me. Kindly look into this on priority. Will DM details. #JioNetworkIssue

    Strongly suggest to avoid for #Jio for telecom/broadband services. 1. Bought a new number sim from Jio Store on Sunday, (30th August) - its still not working. Visited store 3 times. Call centre puts on hold for 50mins, just to forward call to a Sr. @JioCare @reliancejio
