@reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

Recently I ported my number in @reliancejio and now it's a nightmare as there are tons of call drops. I am trying to port to @airtelindia but it's not allowing and asking for 90 days to complete the waiting time. Raised multiple complaints but no resolution. Please help.

@MadanGaikwad14 @JioCare @reliancejio I also faced this problem before but after tweaking the phone for 1 or 2 days I got the Jio Welcome offer. There is no Airtel 5G service in my area for now. I appreciate Jio, Atleast it provides the 5G service in my area.

Hi @JioCare iam gettinng wrong calls more than 20 per a day since last 6 months can you please look into as soon as possible,if not i will port my number to some other network.
