    @reliancejio Must focus on network issues, it work when power supply available and switch off when supply interrupt. Basically @JioCare Run by electricity department. Is it?

    @reliancejio I am staying in sector 18 ,Ulwe. There's network issue inside the flat but when I'm outside it works perfectly. Only 1 network bar is present. Also only in one room in one corner there is network. The problem is same with other family members. What's happening?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet services are down in Swastik Park, Chembur area since past 36hrs and there has been no action/ update. Service ID 2235031903. The only update we get is postponement of resolution timelines

    @JioCare I am not able to access internet from past 24 hours. Your team is not helping. Engineer do not bother to come and help. They are giving false excuses that they need building permission while no permission is required and he didn't even call.
