    I am fed up with @reliancejio net speed.I can’t attend teams meeting in my area since 2 months. Whenever I am connecting with @JioCare they will always we have connectivity issue in your area , I don’t know how many month they need to resolve this issue! CN:9986920586 Postpaid!

    @JioCare Raised a wifi disruption request yesterday and the service person said it's a box issue, today a new technician came and after 30 mins said the same thing what was told to me yesterday. Why is there no coordination b/w your team? 2 days lost and no resolution 🙄

    @JioCare Your process is totally broken. Now last minute delivery person asked for 99 rs. Delivery charge. This was not communicated. He hasn't delivered & told me to collect from malleswaram. How is this an "online" process? 4 days later & multiple follow ups & it still FAILED. @TRAI

    @JioCare No service for over 2 weeks, zero accountability, and endless rescheduling. I’ve been billed for this period despite no internet access. Requesting a fair billing adjustment to reflect actual usage. Customers shouldn’t have to chase basic service like this. (2/2)
