    I am fed up with @reliancejio net speed.I can’t attend teams meeting in my area since 2 months. Whenever I am connecting with @JioCare they will always we have connectivity issue in your area , I don’t know how many month they need to resolve this issue! CN:9986920586 Postpaid!

    @reliancejio Must focus on network issues, it work when power supply available and switch off when supply interrupt. Basically @JioCare Run by electricity department. Is it?

    My name is lokeshsinghal my mobile no.9719720881 . I'm your a valuable customer but Whenever there is a power outage in a 3 to 4-kilometer radius of my area, your Jio network completely disappears. As soon as the power comes back, the network is restored. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue is NOT resolved. “No HB flap observed” does not mean the connection is stable. I am still facing frequent internet drops and connectivity issues. Please stop closing complaints without customer confirmation and arrange a technician visit for a permanent fix.

    @reliancejio @jagograhakjago @MLJ_GoI 2. I was asked to pay 1200rs which was told that later will be adjusted in plan. 3. The device pickup team/ personnel never showed up, despite of multiple reminders via email or social media to your team. It's been 4 days now.

    After installation no ghost/shadow wud ever cpme to attend to problems. I hv to struggle daily as no mechanic turns up to repair the @JioCare ..wifi does not come in all corners of even same room❗Another room has no wifi absolutely. @PMOIndia Nothing works.

    @JioCare @JioCare The DM is just another generic template. Issue is clearly showing “Inside home connectivity – Service fault detected” under SR00003ER1XH. Please escalate and schedule a technician visit. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting. Need actual resolution, not copy-paste
