    I am fed up with @reliancejio net speed.I can’t attend teams meeting in my area since 2 months. Whenever I am connecting with @JioCare they will always we have connectivity issue in your area , I don’t know how many month they need to resolve this issue! CN:9986920586 Postpaid!

    I booked Jio fiber Relocation service 1 week ago and confirmed slot 12PM-1:00PM today by paying 1200 INR, till now nobody reached out to me , i am shifting house tomorrow, this is totally unprofessional, whats the point of picking a spot 1 week before ? @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    Already shared all the requested details with @JioCare over DM, and there's still no response. What's even more frustrating is that there's not a single reliable way for a customer to report an issue: ❌Run Diagnosis doesn't work. ❌I can't even book an engineer visit myself

    @reliancejio don't launch 6G, 5G sucks and 4G is much faster than 5G, what jio is improving is price on customer but not the services. Price is inversely proportional to services and price is getting hiked always.

    Dear @JioCare, Today I received an unsolicited call from an unknown number. The caller already knew my alternate contact number linked to my Jio account and asked about my network experience. This is deeply concerning. I never shared my alternate number with that caller. Why is my personal information being accessed or used through unknown numbers without my clear consent? Customer privacy is not optional—it's a right. If this happened to me, how many others are facing the same? Has anyone else received similar calls? If this is how customer data is handled, I'll seriously consider porting my number to another operator. #PrivacyMatters #DataPrivacy

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had purchased a validity plan + jio hotstar subscription integrated for my jio number and now while logging in to hotstar through that number it shows no subscription I tried calling the customer support but there also my issue was not resolved
