    @JioCare worst service provider of india.#Jiodown #jioban Not able to fix WiFi issue in 1 month and everyday they say technician will visit and no one come. And today when I raise for a new connection in 1 hour only a technician came for this but not to fix existing connection.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice cannot able use internet from last six days and your call centre is just giving assurance that our engineers will visit your site. How worst customer care services u have... It's better to disconnect the jio fiber...

    @JioCare The technician did come and thanks for the help now they are telling it's a area wide outage and almost 20 customers on that box are affected The technician raised an internal ticket with I'd: IM166014772 and some other team needs to work on it, can you help expedite this

    @JioCare @TRAI @consumercourtin it has been more than 48hrs since issue reported. No ownership or responsibility to issue reported. Automated system just doing fake appointment to promise customer issue will be resolved. If you can't provide service than let's know.
