    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I am using Jio Fiber and Set Up box. I have an advanced remote given to me in Hyderabad. But in Srikalahasti I am not given that remote. I tried contacting the support locally and they mentioned this is the remote that they will be providing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Fiber laying work is in full swing at Masal Road, Lower Hatwas, Nagrota Bagwan, Himachal Pradesh. In the process water supply pipe line is damaged and supervisor / contractor is turning deaf ear towards the issue. How does a commoner get Jio's attention?

    Dear @JioCare, please stop fluctuating and provide smooth data services. @reliancejio, you have to look at it and shoot the problems. We, customers are harassing for the this. Hope you will do the same as early as possible.
