    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't ever thought that I need to say this but very poor indoor coverage here at Ganj Basoda at my home location with below co-ordinates 23.8573011, 77.9464970 I expect will soon rectify this issues

    disappointed with Jio’s pathetic service. My relocation request is still unresolved, and instead of fixing jioteam giving excuses 2 cover their mistakes. It's not service,this is sheer negligence. Get act together and resolve it immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    Paid ₹699 for JioHotstar Premium expecting 4K — turns out it only works on Android TV/Apple TV. No 4K on iPhone, iPad, or MacBook (confirmed by customer care).And even on supported devices, most content isn’t4k. So what exactly did I pay for?@JioHotstar @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I purchased a Jio AirFiber plan (Order No. NO0001CLM49I) on 01/04/2026 through your sales representative. However, the connection has still not been installed. Service request no SR000033DPKD, SR0000336RW5, SR000032VU2F And three mails for same complain

    @JioCare @reliancejio I raised this Service Request SR000033BSS1 yesterday morning as my JioFiber is not working. The engineer was supposed to visit yesterday at 3pm. But he still didn’t visited our house. I rescheduled it for today but I expect the same. [1/2]

    @JioCare You person over call informed that you don’t have engineer to visit for resolving the issue. If you are not able to resolve the issue don’t change money for non-service period.
