  @JioCare @reliancejio I don't ever thought that I need to say this but very poor indoor coverage here at Ganj Basoda at my home location with below co-ordinates 23.8573011, 77.9464970 I expect will soon rectify this issues

  @reliancejio What a way to treat customer.Paid for a Jio AirFiber connection, got the order no., SMS for engineer installation. Then engineer denied and said the request will be cancelled, with a refund No official cancellation No refund No information unacceptable customer exp.

  Why is it so hard to connect to a real human agent on jio customer care, the AI they have is not of any use , and it takes too much time to connect to a human @reliancejio

  @JioCare They said they are working, there is no assurance or timeline for it. I am paying too much just to keep my number active when you fail to provide basic network to call. I will ask my neighbours to do the same. And we will be forced to go to consumer forum for such practices.

  @JioCare this is not just an issue with my phone. The entire town is facing network problems due to the tower shifting work. Please find out and let us know by when the shifting work is expected to be completed, so that normal network services can be restored.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I've wifi of jio nowdays they are blocking many websites without any reason. I'm bug bounty hunter & there are some good websites to learn & research there but they are blocking & even slow down the internet speed while I've data plan of 100/mbps 1/3
