    @JioCare my jio wifi is not working for almost 24 hours. Engineer came in the morning, not picking phone now. Resolution estimatehas been postponed twice! SR0000380833, Fibre no 1135919327. Please get it working tonight!!!

    "I opted for the Jio AirFiber ₹2222 plan (90 days + 1 month voucher). I accidentally claimed the ₹599 voucher before the 90 days ended, and now both are active simultaneously. Please help resolve this. @JioCare @reliancejio"

    @JioCare Understood. However, I need a clear commitment now. Last time, my rebate request was denied after resolution. Can Jio confirm in writing that I will receive a full refund of the amount paid? I have already suffered significant losses due to this outage.

    @JioMart_Support @JioMart Don’t harras us like this. I know no body can escalate this in any manner, it was my mistake to order for jio mart. Irresponsible, worst app ever I have experienced in quick commerce segment, I am facing this experience third time in a row. @reliancejio

    Waiting 12 days for a refund feels a bit outdated, @JioCare . Cancelled a wrong recharge on May 30, and the amount is still stuck. Could you please look into this and expedite the process? @reliancejio Didn’t expect this type of service so unsatisfactory.
