  @Airtel_Presence this is the 10th time I am posting this. Service has dropped to Pathetic levels in Secretariat Colony Road, TNGO’s Colony. Earlier it was good, but there is absolutely no network, no service in the area. @JioCare resolved the issue within 10 days. Airtel sucks

  @reliancejio @JioCare repeatedly—via email, WhatsApp,Twitter, the MyJio app, and phone calls—over a span of nearly eight or nine months without receiving a permanent solution from the Jio team. That is why, about a month ago, I switched to an Airtel SIM; the network coverage has been good so far.
