  @JioCare @reliancejio I don't ever thought that I need to say this but very poor indoor coverage here at Ganj Basoda at my home location with below co-ordinates 23.8573011, 77.9464970 I expect will soon rectify this issues

  @amdsoni130 @JioCare @reliancejio The Jio Fiber technician came, charged 100 rupees, and then fixed the issue after 5 day, before leaving. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.

  @yrmantri3 @JioCare @reliancejio I recently did that too; they've made the process complicated. Three people from customer care tried to convince me not to cancel the connection. Jiofiber used to be really good, they've changed recently.

  @JioCare My postpaid connection’s wiring is broken and suspended in air. Reporting since 11.08.2026 with number of calls customer care and email but the same msg is being sent within 24 hrs etc. Etc.Without repairing. 3335805386
