@JioCare @reliancejio I don't ever thought that I need to say this but very poor indoor coverage here at Ganj Basoda at my home location with below co-ordinates 23.8573011, 77.9464970 I expect will soon rectify this issues

@JioCare @reliancejio Why it takes 20 days+ for a shift request to process for the #Jiofiber In May I was told shifting is not possible take a new connection, so I took a new one, now when I try to cancel the old one you say need to do a shift & cannot cancel. #jio_unlimited

@ViCustomerCare your services are very bad. @JioCare is better than you, at least they don't harras customers and when you recharge you can make calls. They have no hidden charges or plan😡😡

@JioCare disappointed with the service of jio fibre. When I wanted to install, the service professionals were at my doorstep within mins of making a call. When my internet is not working, not even your customer care wants to solve my issue. 1 week of bad service. Waste of money.

@JioCare Consistently facing slow internet issues. Cannot work properly due to this. Sometimes the speed is above 25 Mbps while sometimes less than 1.
