  @JioCare @reliancejio I don't ever thought that I need to say this but very poor indoor coverage here at Ganj Basoda at my home location with below co-ordinates 23.8573011, 77.9464970 I expect will soon rectify this issues

  @JioCare What a terrible management of jio care. Till issue not solved then also while call with executive then she said if want to cancel connection then give me id proof details. It means jio care don't want to solve issue. What a shameless broadband service.

  @reliancejio why is your connection so pathetic no connectivity since morning, trying to reach your local agents, even their numbers are unreachable, seriously such disgusting service. Few hours of downtime is still acceptable, who will refund me for my no connection entire day

  Worst service by jio wifi Almost 10 days before the Jio guy taken money around 3333 INR for KYC and taking connection of JIO fiber but still now I’m waiting for the connection. And the JIO guy is not receiving my calls not responding anything @JioCare @jio_fiber @jio

  @JioCare You guys have a pathetic on ground service. Booked a service complaint at 5.15 PM since my wifi suddenly stopped working with a red light on modem. It is 10.05 PM and nobody came to fix this even when I was promised thrice by customer care that they will fix it today.
