@JioCare @reliancejio I don't ever thought that I need to say this but very poor indoor coverage here at Ganj Basoda at my home location with below co-ordinates 23.8573011, 77.9464970 I expect will soon rectify this issues

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @AnantAmbani1 For the last 3-4 days my jio fiber is not working. And, 3-4 persons visited with there own version of solution. 1 changed my Router with a promise of a 2-3 months of recharge. 1 changed the cable. But no solution till now. Frustrated

@reliancejio Earlier at Delhi we had one hour Spectranet Internet services but Jio Fiber sevices are worst at Mumbai,called Technician & complaints were made no response so tomorrow getting Internet connection disconnected

@JioCare its been 5 days to filled a conplaint regarding the address rectify issue... You guys are probable busy in occupying new connections. customer grievances is no more imp.. So thinking to opt out from fiber.. @Airtel_Presence pls help me for broadband.

@airtelindia - just tell me will I not be charged for 5 days wherein my DTH was not working? And your people were giving false promises?I would recommend go with @reliancejio as they actually care for customers. Airtel is busy acquiring customers only &no service to existing 1’s
