@Utkarsh_charan @JioCare @DoT_India I don’t know what they are going to do. But I got a call from local network team and there has been slight improvement in call dropping issue. I don’t see any improvement in internet speed. Hoping for the best

@beingtush22 @JioCare Even I did the same from airtel. I had this call fail issue in my iPhone which I thought was my phone’s problem bt it was actually Jio’s issue n now its better. Internet is too slow to use. Bt its the only network in my area without major call drops n thats why chose jio

Call drops on my iPhone SE on @reliancejio VoLTE only network @AppleSupport your customer support team won't help. Have been through ur service center. Couldn't help.

@JioCare used to have a good customer care, bt now they have become arrogant like the others, rather airtel cus care are far better now. Have been complaining abt poor network n call dropping issue. No one did take a single complaint. Wasted 1699. @DoT_India this is jst not done

@beingtush22 @JioCare I face this issue at sealdah with airtel n jio. Previously I used to have Vodafone also. Like near car shed, airtel doesn’t work, Jio doesn’t work near pf 4A, Vodafone toh worst of all.

@ViCustomerCare How come many toll free customer care numbers dont connect on your network only corona tune is heard followed by call disconnect automatically. But connects on @JioCare network. So that customers buy both connections right, smart. @TRAI

@reliancejio speed is still a problem. This is after having a 150 mbps plan. Your engineer who visited did nothing at all and just checked the speed. That’s why there was an email which said I didn’t permit photographs - more so because none were requested since no work was done.

Since over a week there has been acute cutout of @reliancejio network in Kamalanagar (Chawngte) Mizoram-796770. Out of 24 hours only 7-8 hours of network is available. The quality of service has severly declined @JioCare
