    @beingtush22 @JioCare I face this issue at sealdah with airtel n jio. Previously I used to have Vodafone also. Like near car shed, airtel doesn’t work, Jio doesn’t work near pf 4A, Vodafone toh worst of all.

    @JioCare used to have a good customer care, bt now they have become arrogant like the others, rather airtel cus care are far better now. Have been complaining abt poor network n call dropping issue. No one did take a single complaint. Wasted 1699. @DoT_India this is jst not done

    @Utkarsh_charan @JioCare @DoT_India I don’t know what they are going to do. But I got a call from local network team and there has been slight improvement in call dropping issue. I don’t see any improvement in internet speed. Hoping for the best

    @reliancejio Dan dana dan type network not getting our area since last 7 days. So can't do phone call in this type of Network.Along with that internet speed is very slow from beginning.Dan dana dan becoming upgraded in advertisement but not in reality.😠 #Jio #worstExperience

    @beingtush22 @JioCare Even I did the same from airtel. I had this call fail issue in my iPhone which I thought was my phone’s problem bt it was actually Jio’s issue n now its better. Internet is too slow to use. Bt its the only network in my area without major call drops n thats why chose jio

    Call drops on my iPhone SE on @reliancejio VoLTE only network @AppleSupport your customer support team won't help. Have been through ur service center. Couldn't help.

    @JioCare Hey, it’s been 17 hours since I raised request here and 48 hours since I actually raised a service request in myjio app. Still the resolution status shows “Assigning an engineer”. How long should one wait ???

    @JioCare May I know the service request details? One of your executives said that it's been raised on 16th April and one more said it's raised on 29th after multiple follow-ups. It's been more than 3 weeks since the cancellation request was raised. When can I expect a full refund?

    @JioCare It's not delay it's willingness to not tell the reason for delay. No internet connection get delay without any reason. You don't have any reason for delay even after 10 days wow and you are still assuring customer that it will resolved @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a one-time outage. There have been multiple outages over the last 2 months, and the service has been highly unreliable. Request you to consider plan extension or compensation/discount for the downtime faced. Please ensure a permanent resolution.
