@beingtush22 @JioCare I face this issue at sealdah with airtel n jio. Previously I used to have Vodafone also. Like near car shed, airtel doesn’t work, Jio doesn’t work near pf 4A, Vodafone toh worst of all.

@JioCare used to have a good customer care, bt now they have become arrogant like the others, rather airtel cus care are far better now. Have been complaining abt poor network n call dropping issue. No one did take a single complaint. Wasted 1699. @DoT_India this is jst not done

@Utkarsh_charan @JioCare @DoT_India I don’t know what they are going to do. But I got a call from local network team and there has been slight improvement in call dropping issue. I don’t see any improvement in internet speed. Hoping for the best

@beingtush22 @JioCare Even I did the same from airtel. I had this call fail issue in my iPhone which I thought was my phone’s problem bt it was actually Jio’s issue n now its better. Internet is too slow to use. Bt its the only network in my area without major call drops n thats why chose jio

I've never been so frustrated using a service and visiting it's store to get it sorted ever before. It worries me about people who aren't tech savvy and put their trust in your employees for doing what's necessary. @reliancejio Get your **** together and train your employees!

@reliancejio hello Jio! I am using Jio fibre. My gst details were entered in the beginning but gst number is not showing up in the second connection? For same customer, why one number has gst invoice and the other without that? Are you people not competent enough?

The reason they mention was your area is not cover in the fiber network i.e 105 neshvilla road ,dehradun, uttrakhand but the jio_fiber is connected 5 house before my home, after a talk the provider need extra charges for it.Please see for the above mentioned @reliancejio @JioCare
