  @JioCare The details were already shared in chat and some generic troubleshooting document is being forwarded. Whereas the issue is related to recent change of STB and a service ticket has to be opened.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Your JioFiber customer service is the worst. Tried the toll-free number but keep getting stuck with bots (“press this… press that…”). My issue can’t be fixed via MyJio app diagnostics. I need a human agent urgently. Pathetic service! Worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @jagograhakjago since last 15 day jio air fiber not working in sector 15,gurgaon ,22001,there is no option for communicate with customer care ,unfortunately I had pay the amount , they now not listen the issue ,nor resolve, bed service
