    @JioCare A tech visited today but without required tools and commands not to reopen the SR. Is this what JIO intends to leave an impression with customers to learn and quit due to dissatisfaction? They don't have basic etiquette on how to request or communicate to a customer.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I am unable to make calls to anyone. Whenever I try to call, it ends with "Call Ended" message. People cannot call me as well. Tried switching off and on the device several times. Even formatted it. As I cannot call, couldn't reach you as well. HELP!

    @JioCare Let's talk about trouble, I called many times, finally he said he will be coming, day is over, and now he says it isn't his area to be serviced. He also asked, who gave my number. I am slowly getting super impressed by inability and ineffectiveness of Jio #JioDoesntCare

    @JioCare Hi Team Jio, Am a Postpaid customer of jio having a plan of 999 so in that I have added two number as my child number to both the number I am unable to add the data have also lock the complaint around one week now but no solution has been offered .

    @JioCare SR0000159PVL Registered today morning 9:22 am. Till now only useless sms and calls. No one came to identify the problem. Your service looks like going in bsnl way, after load increases.
