    @JioCare This is called inconvenience, it’s called negligence and ignorance. Check with your customer support representatives. Called 4 times since 3 days. One of your representatives hung me up for 30 mins straight and then disconnected the call. Can you check those calls first?

    @JioCare ,this prabu from chennai,am using jiofiber last one and half year,everymonth am facing non working of fibernet,so am decided last 3 month not using ,nw restarting your service but still am facing same things,avoid @JioCare

    @JioCare #jio one of the most pathetic service of jio in darjeeling.. honestly can call can't use data. What **** seevice is this jio really very sorry, #iprotestforno5g first fix 4g services in India then ask for 5g spectrum.. what pathetic service u r giving and making fool.

    @its_sushant @JioCare I raised a service request and a cancellation request @JioCare initiated cancellation first. They wont even turn back to pick the router back so that you dont get your refund

    @JioCare Your services was so good because of my complaint from ast five days daily my jio fiber connection was not working till time. Pl update how many days or weeks or months or years it was continue to working.

    @JioCare no action taken till now. No internet for the past 3 days. service request number is SR00001BDFN1. Engineer promised to visit the site and inspect but no action taken . Service going low. Tariff is on the rise ..#jioservice #poorservice @transmitr1
