  @JioCare Jiofibre order I'd : NO0000N1WJGW. This is getting rescheduled automatically daily and no installation executive is visiting the location .please look into this or else please cancel and refund full money. You customer care executives are also not helpful here.

  @JioCare This is so pathetic @jiocare Raised the request for relocation 5 days back. after numerous call to customer care engineer had not visited on schedule date Now myjio and customer care are now saying request will be resolved by 8th oct😡...how to work without net?

  @reliancejio @exploreIMC With Due Respect I have on question. We enable 5G in our India. Why we didn't enable recieve call over internet. All users outside India who have Indian SIM card hardly get signal. Why there is no provision to recieve SMS and call over internet when signal is not there? #trai

  @JioCare the worst customer service. I have done recharge for jio fiber from myjio app on 1st sept. Money deducted twice but recharge done only once. It's been 30 days but not received any refund. Complaint many times but no resolution. Just closed ticket without informing me. 👏
