    @JioCare I have been facing network issue from last 3 weeks and no one from the Jio care is helping, they have been recording complaints but have no resolution time. I have been a loyal Jio customer for so many years. Let me know if you can sort it or should I port my number.

    @JioCare fed up with your service mobile connectivity is worst, and we public is getting confused, jio and. vodafone both pager system was for the better at least we should get proper messages through the landline we can speak without any network issues.@vodafoneIN_Fdtn

    Didn't know, it was such a harassment to get a Jio sim for home delivery. Pathetic service, no help from the customer of any sort, only words. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi, My mobile supports Dual 5G, but my Sim is 4G, the network shows 5G when 5G mode is turned on. Do I need to put 5G Sim or the old 4G sim will work?

    @JioCare your chandigarh sector 35 service team is ensuring that i disconnect my services . They came 3 days ago and then lies / miss commitment / to change a simple wire . Airtel was far better . Thank you i am going back to airtel …. service request number is SR00001FQCBZ.
