    Service from @reliancejio is deteriorating day by day. They just cut the call even while it was connected to customer support. I only experience 3 mbps speed. However, I currently have two packs activated. Not good enough to run 4g. They have 5g in mind. LOL

    @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai I'm using jiofiber for the past 1 yr till now I haven't faced any issues but now there is connectivity issue I called customer care to resolve my problem they asked me to see if there is any banner available in my bell icon section I checked there

    @JioCare Connection is down past 4 days. Pls help urgently @reliancejio. You engineer +917819895013 has called yesterday, never turned up. Disconnected the phone later. @DoT_India very poor after sales service of #JioFiber please help the consumer. #consumerforum .
