    What a ****** service is being provided by jio fiber team in jabalpur my wifi has stopped working since morning and I've registered 5 complaints since then, no one has visited and all my work is stuck because of this upon asking their engineers are making reasons like @JioCare

    @JioCare I am not going to start the process of sending details of msgs, when it was sent, number it was sent from, contents, all of this again. I have given u every detail when i raised the complaint.. yr incompetence is not my problem!!

    @JioCare I had issue in my fiber. It was Sunday so i thought its difficult. I raised a ticket and issue got resolved within 2 hrs, including some additional work. Person was very polite and didn't even charge a single penny. I feel very good. Appreciated. Proud customer

    @reliancejio 3 weeks and 15 calls asking for a new set top box, and all I get is ur SR is scheduled and ur SR is rescheduled. Are you for real. What age are you in. Your ground team and you are DISJOINT AT THE HIP. God help you, Prashant 99676 36453

    they can't access my premises although I've been waiting for them since morning and didn't even recieve a single call from their side, I'm sick of their stupid service and i want to switch to some other brand @airtelindia kindly share your plans with me. @reliancejio @JioCare
