    Very disappointed with @reliancejio @JioHotstar @JioCare. After subscribing, I was told that the plan supports only mobile devices and will not work on TV screens. Such hidden conditions mislead customers. Requesting an immediate refund for this purchase. Even customer care

    Dear Jio and Mr. Ambani, you charge for the landline service along with Jio AirFiber but do not actually provide the landline service. Why are you taking customers for a ride? Please provide a prompt response regarding this issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare It seems the rectifying the fault is not in the capability of JIO fiber inefficient team that's why even after lapse of one week Great engineers are not able to put right the connection. Only false promises,worst experience

    @JioCare Jio is very slow.. on 6th June we ported to Jio and till date the details of delivery of SIM is not received Spoke to @JioCare twice today.. if this is the case how to rely on JIO..act smartly- there are so many services provider and if you are not compatible the what’s the use?
