    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , started facing issues with my JioFiber connection and as per your technician recommendation, I have moved to JioAirFiber. But now, I am not able to cancel my existing JioFiber and your MyJio App literally sucks and asks to call the Customer Care number

    @JioCare Message Very poor network and extremely bad customer service. I have raised the issue several times, but there has been no improvement. My complaints are not being properly addressed. Please take immediate action and resolve the issue permanently.#jio @JioCare

    @JioCare I paid 4th of August, and it's the last of that month. To jio Home device is not installed. jio Installer was denied to install my area, and when I cancel order but I didn't get the money back.

    @reliancejio Here's the message: "It's been 3 days and my JioFiber internet is still not working. Last month it was down for a whole week. Do you guys think you can just make fools of people every day? What are you even eating? When I try to call customer care, the calls don't even connect.

    Hi, @JioCare @reliancejio @AshwiniVaishnaw it's almost 10 days since I lodged my complaint no MR0001FCPQ03. There's regular issue in my area. No network connectivity. Even not able to explore myjio app. Pathetic service.
