    @JioCare . It’s disheartening to experience your service. Using Jiofiber from 2 years Recently scheduled engineer visit for slow speed. He fixed the speed but soon Internet got disconnected. Again fixed and soon it got disconnected. No resolution. Raised another service request

    @JioCare pathetic service. Service down and engineer visit is scheduled for tmrw. The service engineer is not available today is the reason for delay. Very very poor service. Will disconnect and move to Act fiber

    Hi, I have been facing issue with Jio Fiber router from last few days and raised the complaint many times but no one has given a permanent solution yet to fix to that issue., which is really disappointing so far with brand like #JioFiberService .. @JioCare @reliancejio
