I ordered @reliancejio @JioCare Jiofi device and same was cancelled by team by saying that they don't have it in stock. why you took order and money when yu don't have stock? I want it urgent, please help else i will go for airtel or other brand

@JioCare Is there a reason why your customer service is incompetent? I made a request at 12:30 to fix a malfunctioning box & an engineer wld be sent. But almost 6 hrs later, nothing has been and now being told "shortage of engineers." Really poor customer service!
