    I’ve already followed all the troubleshooting steps suggested by JioFiber, but the issue still persists. This feels like unnecessary delay rather than actual help. I need an engineer visit today , or I will have to request a refund. treat this as urgent.+91-2231601000 @JioCare

    Unfair Trade Practice by @JioCare! Trying to cancel a bundled Amazon Prime Lite sub on JioFiber Postpaid, but agents refuse to process it, forcing a "wait" until Apr 22 to ensure I’m charged ₹1499 on May 1st. @AkashMAmbani @MathewOommen is this how we treat customers? 1/2
