  @JioCare I have recharged my JioFiber connection, but my internet service still hasn't started. I have already contacted customer support multiple times through calls, chat, and email, but I have not received a proper resolution. This has been extremely frustrating.

  @JioCare My JioFiber has been dead since the 31st (SR00003FFX7N) After skipping 3 scheduled slots ur engineer calls just to say he wont come bcs he got wet. Who is accountable fr my ongoing downtime? Fix this TODAY or I'll terminate my connection & escalate this to consumer forum

  @JioCare The complaint was closed automatically yesterday after that i called you today to reopen the complaint and how you guys can give remarks as the problem is resolved. Without any visit and without any actual resolution. This thing is called scam. @jagograhakjago
