    @JioCare Your sales executive is not responding to my call nor my msg, how it will get cancelled when I don’t do it from my side. You are suggesting your customer to get refund instead of rectifying the issue. You mean to say I better look for an alternate option for fiber.

    @JioCare Why???? If you already have my all the numbers and also have 24*7 hrs access to my current location. Then why are you wasting the time and delaying the process. You have promised several times to rectify the issue but not given any update till now.

    @JioCare I am a tele communication engineering master, I know well these technical issues. So, do better ur network instead of suggestions. From last 6 months problem is continue. No solution.

    @reliancejio @rajasthanroyals @RanveerOfficial For my Jio mobile number 9076425972 today once again, form 2 Pm last 4 hrs I am facing network outrage issue. It seems no one actually care about my complaint since Jan 2021 I am notifying network outrage issue but no solution yet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio there is lot of issues going on network, when I gets call, it disconnects in 1 second automatically. When I am calling someone I am can here calling ring but actually call doesn't reach to destination. Please help, it very tough time for us.
