  Dear @JioCare ....after keeping me hanging for 6 days and endless customer care calls....your engineers came to fix my wifi. Within 12 hrs of fixing...the issue reappeared and now I have been made to wait for another 6 days. Time has come to part ways.

  @JioCare Poor Internet speed for last one month. Each time I call your customer service they try to do a regular drill of power on off, disconnecting and reconnecting but nothing helps. How difficult it is to send some technician to check the wiring or the terminal?

  @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with the service at the Jio Store in Bansi, Siddharthnagar (PIN: 272153). The store is frequently closed during business hours, and whenever customers need assistance, the manager is nowhere to be found.

  @JioCare I am getting no internet connection issue with my wifi. When I make the call they are assisting me to do the dignosis. After doing all the steps the issue persists. When I called at 18008969999, I am not able to talk to the assistant as the call get disconnected.pls help

  @JioCare Your engineer has been visiting now.. but I don’t need ther support . Because it was fixed 3-4 days back I need 30days refund for the delay because it took 27-28 days to fix this issue
