@reliancejio @JioCare I did made a recharge of 199 rs and the amount was been deducted from my bank account however the recharge failed N now jio denied that there was no recharge done! Worst pathetic services provided by @reliancejio @jiocareindia @JioCare

I Ported To @Airtel_Presence From @reliancejio Couple Of Months Back. The Self Proclaimed Fastest 4G Even Worse Than Jio. Whenever You Register A Complaint, Their Robotic Replies Come "Our Team Will Work On It & We Will Get Back To You" . I'm Porting Out After My Pack Expires

Called 198 & got no genuine response. I told them to get my complaint to higher authorities but they kept on saying what the system says. Made them undrstnd alot but they repeat same thing.If this complaint is not resolved, I am bound to switch over to any other network @JioCare

@GooglePayIndia Talked to google representative and discussed the matter. But the issue isn't solved yet as they said that the matter can be solved only by @JioCare and am unable to talk to jio till now and didn't receive any reply from them. Don't know how jio works for customers. Frustrating!!

JioCare is dictating terms to me , sending me almost 10 unsolicited messages a day "Recharge your Jio no. 7003062544 on PhonePe with Jio All-in-one plan at Rs.555, scratch & win rewards upto Rs.175 on PhonePe. Hence I refuse to renew.

@reliancejio what’s the point of a customer care number if one cannot register a complaint about a non-functional Jio TV set top box. Tried unsuccessfully for an hour to speak to customer care executive. Set Top box installed 2 days ago is not working.

@reliancejio SR00002JMSV6.Just a day after restoration, again my connectivity is lost since 5pm yesterday. Now almost a day is gone.Even after giving time slot also still no response from jio.nobody came from jio fiber service. I have been facing lot of problems because of this.
