@itsvichitra @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare doesn’t even care about their customers. I have been facing network issues for almost a year long and they will just ask you to wait for 90 days and they’ll fix the issue. But that 90 days will never come.

Hi @reliancejio My DND complaint SR00000XN8QQ, received response "concerned operator informed that defaulter has been issued a notice and action has been initiated as per TCCCP. Still defaulter phone 8582841127 is working. @TRAI @rsprasad @DoT_India to check what it is.

@JioCare according to jio fiber scheme if connection is not good then u can cancel it in 1 month and can get complete refund but I didn't received my refund yet, According to policy we get refund in 10-14 working days but 2 months still not received refund yet..
