@JioCare @reliancejio this is the 5th complaint in 20 days for the network outage. Complaint no SR000016VOVE. Last complaint was on 26th. The frequency of network outage just amazes me beyond comprehension

@JioCare I had changed my post paid plan to non OTT post paid plan of Rs 199 but hotstar mobile is still active. I want to deactivate my hotstar mobile plan so that I can activate better OTT plan offered by my broadband service provider.

But I'm requesting for 4 to 5 years yet no improvement. During peak time a WhatsApp message can't be sent. This is 4g
