    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare can you please tell me how many days it takes to relocate jiofiber. Because from last 3 days i am just receiving messages of rescheduling one day to next day. Is this the way of you guys to treat your existing customers.

    @JioCare @dharmubaba I’ve paid for Jio Fiber twice but there’s some issue with installation (Joint box is concealed). Also Airtel wifi is soooo ****** that in a 900 sq ft home, there’s no signal in the rooms!

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i am using fiber for 1 year now. Suddenly there is latency and everything is getting disconnected. Customer care doesnt understand a thing abt latency. No knowledge cant speak properly. Its so frustrating. Selling fiber with this quality?

    @reliancejio #JioFiber Getting worse day by day. Entire day running like a tortoise. Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.

    @JioCare @reliancejio In spite of repeated complaints, why it is that my home fiber connection from Jio breaks down every now & then? My children work from home in shifts and any single breakage leads to their sufferings. Get your maintenance more stringent and your customer support should be guided to behave more sensitive while talking to suffering customer and not ask irritating questions while keeping them hooked for long times. They should take note of customer problems and log complaint in the system immediately so that backend teams can attend immediately. But they say that their process is such designed and unless they follow all steps, they can't log a complain. Majority of these agents work from home with poor signal coverage and weak internet - so their systems too respond very slowly, adding to the customer suffering and time wastage. I am tired of your service and unless rectified immediately, I will switch to Airtel or local ISP, who are more customer friendly and act fast. My Jio fiber ID is 3335949562

    @JioCare What kind of a service are you guys really providing? The technician was suppose to reach out by 8pm but still there is no call nothing form anyone! Also on calling the customer care desk you guys are asking to keep the call on hold and disconnecting later! Is this for real?

    @JioCare I had a talk with 2 Jio service guys. They are pitching me to do new installations instead of relocation or else it will take 15 days to relocate. (Relocation area is but 5-6 buildings away) Is that Ethical?

    @reliancejio had requested jio fiber to be installed at home in Kolkata, upon checking the technician informed that the nearest connection box was broken, am trying to get a refund, also interestingly no call is going thru my registered mobile number to the call centre...

    @JioCare facing internet issues since morning tried calling 18008969999 multiple times but the call got disconnected by ivr Please look into this and restore the services asap
