    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare Similar problem I faced few days ago. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

    @JioCare 1. Called party numbers-8210492002 & 9334636341 2. Latest date when issue faced: 02 Sep 2026 3. Latest time of issue - 1600 Hrs 4. Handset - OnePlus Nord CE 3 I am facing major issue with internet connectivity.

    So now even the support system of @JioCare doesn't responds on any platform , nice , better I should switch to other platform

    The internet in my area is so unstable and not only my mobile internet but also the wifi here, I contacted the customer care once for another issue so when I asked him about ping and unstability of the internet it was ignored @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio
