    @JioCare Yes the location is same. And it is not just the problem with my mobile connection but also JIOFI dongle which I am using currently for doing work from home.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have an internet hard down since 2 hrs. There is a field technician in front of my house who has all the cables plugged out from the pole. When I asked him about when the service would restore, he was very reckless. [1]
