Hello! Anyone else facing problems with @JioCare . I have raised multiple service request. My internet is down since 24th April. From Jio home app I raised servicerequest.Nobody turns up or if by some miracle anybody comes,they check nearby lines.say power is low.Shall check 1/2

@TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare What kind of loot is this? Requested for Jio Fiber installation - basic internet plan without OTT. But Jio customer representative said - we do not offer basic internet plans. I don't have a TV at Home & won't need OTT. Why should I pay 200 extra?

@JioCare @reliancejio 100 Mbps plan, getting barely 15 Mbps and issue still not resolved even after 72 hours. Multiple complaints, zero real action. Jio AirFiber feels more like a scam than broadband service. Customers are paying money just to get copy-paste replies.

@JioCare like in morning they told " sir I am little busy so I will visit in 2nd half" where booking slot is 10 to 11 AM in 2nd half they give time in evening at evening they says sir please revise your slot for next day. This type of service you are giving.
