@reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

This is very unfortunate on part of JIO network J&K that the speed of internet 4G is very slow even I can say that JIO 4g is defunct this time. JIO please be kind enough to us not to launch 5g if your speed of 4g is like this. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Hey Jio, have started cheating your customer by providing invalid Disney hotstar promo code. It showing invalid, and when I call your customer care they disconnected me. Either help or remove those plans from myjio app.
