    @JioCare @reliancejio I moved from airtel to your service for broadband, since day 1, I'm facing issues. Since yesterday there is no Internet connection only. Your technician are not responding properly. While taking connection they were good but now no response.

    @JioCare I received text messages to clear outstanding dues of INR 230/- with Jio but the Jio website shows outstanding of 386/- to be paid. When i dropped an email to customer care they asked to ignore the text message. If it was to be ignored why would you send it in first place.
