Abhishek Raj (@Raj2109) reported@JioCare @reliancejio : Pathetic service from Jio. I paid Rs3536/- in advance and applied for cancellation due to personal reasons even before it's installed. This has happened on 15th May 2026, I am still awaiting the refund for cancellation of order NO0001DGB7OY.

The sheer negligence and indifference of @JioCare towards paying customers is beyond unacceptable. Every day brings a new excuse.

RBB (@BAGHANIYA) reported@JioCare @reliancejio 1. if there is no or slow internet issues in jiowifi then there is no way to raise a complaint. They don't have any option to register complaint via jio app and their customer care number auto cuts the call telling there is internet issue in your area.

It's seems that Mr.Mohit and Vimal from Jio Rewari install faulty device, these are two not picking the call for resolve the issue.
