    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    I got a @reliancejio 5g connection 2 days back. My mobile handset is Jio-5G network compatible & 5G network in available in my location. But still I am not getting 5g. It is available only for old users not for new connections. Be clear in your advertisements.

    @reliancejio Amazing to see that at night your representative doesn't answer the call after waiting for more than 10 minutes and during the day your system has some problem so can't connect to a representative. Pathetic customer redressal system.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the internet is not working since 24 hrs. Number of calls being made to customer care but the ivr system says we are experiencing connectivity problems and call back again. Is this the kind of service your provide, where customers can't even lodge complaint.
