    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare I registered for jio fibre this evening with one of your associate. Technician came and they both are blaming each other for wrong connection and I’m no where now Can someone please help ?

    @JioCare Your Engineer has not come yet against the scheduled appointment. Why are you making your customer feel pathetic service from JIO?? UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000G08DB8 is scheduled on 30-10-2021 : 15:00.

    @JioCare The problem is not with the jio extender. It’s with the configuration. Please understand the nuance and don’t give generic answers. Some body needs to come to the place to fix the configuration.

    @JioCare @reliancejio have been facing internet interruption since 26/10/2021 and is is not even addressed properly it is pending with your ONM team please resolve immediately, this is first time I visited a service provider after 10 years for network interruption due to jio

    Its been more than 20 days and still facing the same network problem in my area Sirpur(Indore),MP. Everytime i call to your customer service, they cut the call without resolving my problem. @JioCare
