    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    Also, for context - I’ve been a Jio customer for the past 3 years. Never expected this kind of experience. When a company takes payment, picks up the device, and then goes completely silent- it’s not just delay, it’s poor accountability. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @IndiaCinepolis @JioCare The issue isn't voice calling—it's the mobile internet. Calls usually work, but data connectivity is consistently unreliable. Whether I'm in Noida (every sector), Greater Noida, Pune, Moradabad, or other locations as well the internet is often slow unstable or simply doesn't work
