    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare What is going on? I've already shared my reference number (LR00001E4AXP), and your team hasn't even acknowledged it. This kind of customer support is extremely disappointing. @MukeshAmbani Is this the standard of service Jio provides?

    @JioCare I have not requested for cancelation. I think due to your internal problem and lack of control on the service provider it's being canceled from your end.

    @jiocareindia shifted my JioFiber connection after being told that if I recharged the required amount, my previous plan would automatically be restored. I followed the instructions exactly, but my plan was never restored. This is very disappointing.@reliancejio @DoT_India
