    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare I raised the cancellation request on Oct 12th and from then they are deactivating and activating but did not pick the device. Today I received some message and will see how many more weeks you will take. If your service is like ke this no one will choose Jio again.

    @JioCare See the picture attached in my tweet .. why it is not installed yet … why they r extending dates … can you tell me the exact date and a time window to install it … I have given service I’d in my tweet .. need a REPLY with actual date and a time window for installation

    @JioCare hello I'm srikanth. I purchased jiofiber net box few months back the network is ver good.. 25days back i retuned the jio fibernet box.. As u promised i should get the refund amount between 7 to 14 days.. Its been 25days still i didn't get that money plz respond

    @JioCare installed new Jio Fibre connections just 2 days back and its down since morning. The engg is supposed 2 come 2 check late afternoon. Not so pleased with the service and support.
