    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5G internet is extremely unstable in my area from past few days. Even YouTube keeps buffering, and the hotspot is also unusable. I’ve already raised the issue multiple times on the app, also have tried changing the device but no use, please help!!!

    @JioCare @JioCare as shameless as you can get. Pathetic service. Its been 17 hrs since no internet at my home. No one is bothered despite raising tickets. My work hampered heavily. You only know getting paid then customer is on his own. Do work at least sometimes

    @reliancejio Extremely disappointing service. My JioFiber connection has been down since yesterday (13 August). Despite raising a complaint and having an engineer visit scheduled for 13 August,no engineer has visited yet.

    @JioCare There is no human support once you complaint, the App itselves keep rescheduling your appointment as per their technicians availability, you can't do a damn thing once you've complained, you're at their mercy and can just pray @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare Urgent help required with my JioAirFiber relocation request. I paid ₹1,200 for relocation (Booking No. LR0000166ELY). Your customer-care executive had confirmed a device pickup for today, 14 Aug at 10:30 AM, from my current address. I have been trying to reach customer care, but no one is responding to my calls. Today is my last day at this address, so the pickup needs to happen today. Please urgently confirm the pickup status and arrange the pickup at the earliest. I can share the account/payment details via DM. Please escalate this.
