    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare I've already sent my complete address, alternate number, and LED status via DM multiple times. Stop asking for the same details over and over again. It's been 7 days and I still don't have a complaint number or a resolution. This is the experience you're giving your customers.

    @JioCare service request SR00002NFD3U on the basis of @TRAI regulations it's definitely breached the service norms , kindly share me the docket number so that I can formalise my complaint and can get rid of useless @reliancejio fiber connection #jiofiber #fraud #nocustomercare

    @JioCare I have tried everything from my side. Please raise a complaint and get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Otherwise, please disconnect my connection, as I will switch to Airtel.

    @reliancejio My JioFiber internet is not working. The LOS light is blinking red, and there is no internet on both Wi-Fi and the Jio Set-Top Box. I have already restarted the router and run diagnostics, but the issue is still not resolved. Please check @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have done all the steps 10 times. The service is available, my flat beside flat has an active JioFiber connection. Still getting same canceled error & duplicate error SMS upon request. Don’t try to fool us with these tactics. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Despite having a sufficient balance in my account, any attempt I make to perform an online transaction or make a payment via UPI or card repeatedly fails. This technical issue is causing me significant inconvenience in my daily transactions.
