    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio your on-ground technical engineer is not visiting and solving the issue and unnecessarily arguing on the call. No help from customer care number, they put on hold for an hour and cut the call (3 times) absolutely hooliganism

    🚨 @reliancejio @reliancejiocare My JioFiber connection has been non-functional for almost a month. Despite raising complaints and multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. No one has contacted me and there has been no meaningful update.

    If your @JioCare own system is unable to confirm an engineer visit date and time, then what is the purpose of your support team? I have already waited 30 days. I don’t need another assurance—I need a confirmed appointment and an actual resolution. @reliancejio
