    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have two upcoming plans for my jio number. But IVR on your number 1991 is not allowing me to activate these plans. Now I am getting only 64 mbps speed. If the issue is not solved immediately I may migrate to another operator.

    @JioCare engineer finally visited today & marked the issue as resolved. However, within just 1hr, the service went down again. This has been an extremely frustrating experience with repeated downtime & no lasting resolution. Pls fix this permanently & compensate for days of service loss.

    @JioCare You've tested my patience enough. Your network in my area is an absolute disaster. I've complained multiple times, yet nothing has changed. If the network isn't restored within the next 24 hours, I'll be left with no option but to pursue legal action @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare What is even more disgraceful is that my service tickets are repeatedly being cancelled/closed without my consent or knowledge, falsely signaling that the issue has been resolved.

    @JioCare Your customer support representative said, "Hum to aise hi karenge. Agar aapko nahi chahiye, to order cancel kar dijiye." Such behavior is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on your customer service standards.

    @JioCare Sukhmeet, 2+ months they r working on my concern but result no refund.normal situation in 14 days after equipment return I get my refund. So u tell me y no refund yet? Either not working or messed up. One of them is correct, saying & doing r two different return refund
