    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    Seriously. It's crazy how zomato/swiggy can connect with 1000s of delivery personnel to resolve customer issue yet Jio customer care is helpless and don't even have anyway to communicate or contact the on ground enggineers. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jagograhakjago complete lack of customer support is unacceptable. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter. Also requesting @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence to expand your broadband services in this area so customers have reliable alternatives to such local providers.

    @JioCare don’t understand what to do , inspite of several complaints to several ppl of jio fiber , twice getting assurances from jiocare ppl on x , nothing happened, no resolution, should I go to consumer court against these ppl against jio fiber

    @nch1915 i have raised a consumer complaint with you and after a month/so @reliancejio says there is no full information. Now i need to provide further details which will take another month. Whats the use? @reliancejio refund the money for service unavailability!!

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Is this what Jio calls "Enterprise Business Internet"? The official Income Tax Portal works on every other ISP but fails on Jio. Multiple complaints. False commitment of resolution by 6:30 PM. Still unresolved. We cannot run a Tax Consultancy at night.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber complaint (SR ID: SR00003CGZOL) has had its engineer visit rescheduled 3 times since 28-Jul with no resolution. First told "cancelled", then "in progress" — no clarity, no fix. Please escalate and resolve on priority.

    Now u r not going to solve my issue till the time the bill due got settled, I know ur modusoperandi, the way u r treating me. Even not a single call from @JioCare to address my concern, TAT to resolve,That's i wish to disconnect, anyway ur @jiofiber is not working..and of no use.
