  @UshaNirmala @reliancejio Good decision Ma'm. I did it 3 years ago and do not even know their customer service number while with Airtel I had to frequently escalate to CEO level for service issues on telephony and broadband. Excellent service by Jio. Now of course, getting costlier.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Previously i tweeted about facing internet problem and the service which i get is pathetic i am facing wifi modem and both wifi issue. The wifi keeps disconnecting and i always have to restart my wifi router to solve this. Really disappointed by this.

  Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I am willing to port out of your network I have ₹130 balance in my jio account The current pack has expired and I am not able to send PORT SMS irrespective of the balance available Please help ASAP
