    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare jiofiber no.1135593524. It has been more than 24hr as I have complaint about No internet due to broken cable. But till no one has turned up to solve the issue. I am a jio fiber postpaid customer ,but getting wrost service in a city like delhi.

    @JioCare Four days before I had paid for jio fiber connection, but still it not installed at my home. very poor service by the local team, not even picking up the call after receiving the payment. Never expected this from jio. order Number ID NO0000IPGRS4

    Worst experience at @reliancejio service center, @JioCare worst office management. Just to buy a new battery for #Jiofi , waiting time is 45 minutes, are you manufacturing it in your service center ? #Reliance #jio @DoT_India customers are suffering.

    @JioCare such an poor network quality at my area, kindly work on it. I'm an postpaid user and struggling to open less bandwidth website. @Airtel_Presence need your help from you to provide better quality, ready to move out from Jio with other family members and friends.

    @reliancejio Big issue of network at Bad sahaj bahal, Po-Jagalpat, Ps-Gaisilet, Dist-Bargarh, Odisha. Many users join with reliance jio & acquire about 3 km distance network of kathaumal. So we tried since last 2017. Plz solve this problem otherwise we'll perforce to close sim🙏

    @reliancejio It's been 2 days I m following-up with jio customer care to get my DTH remote issue resolved,still following and getting the same answer "our executive will reach your location with next 24hrs.... I hope the watch used by jio customer service knows what 24hrs are !!!
