    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @dhananjay2005 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare Since two months your team only solving problem.. But reputed company like Jio not solved yet. Here I am facing issue to work from home work.. Please give me permission before 90 days to Port into another service provider.

    @JioCare @mukeshambani sir have been following up with team from 18 days and still not refunding money . closed earlier disconnect request and now opened new . Just irritating by repeating procedure without resolution

    @JioCare Finally @JioCare not able arrange engineer for issue fixing and they are processing for cancellation. As I can see Jio engineer roaming in society for new connections. What kind of dual nature behaviour for old vs new customer.Nocare of customer #poorcustomerservice

    @reliancejio @JioCare Planning my network port to Vodafone/Airtel. Fed up of Jio's week internet speeds, that too in the centre of my city (671121)! Oh, please don't say it is due to excess user traffic. Enough of this reason. It is your duty to improve the speed accordingly. 😒
