    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare i am facing issues with the internet and have been calling customer support to send the technician they tell me just turn off and again turn on the router if this also doesn’t fix the problem remove the adapter from the power socket. Is this the solution you guys give

    4/4 As a loyal customer, I genuinely feel misled and scammed by this experience. Either your representatives are giving false assurances to secure good ratings, or they aren’t properly trained on your policies. Both are unacceptable. I request @JioCare to investigate this

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have struggling to get Wifi and DTH connection in bharuch as i tried reaching one of person named Hitesh jain who is behaving terribly worst and saying get it done from some where else. I dont expect such kind of behaviour from employees/ technician of jio

    @JioCare Request disconnection and refund of amount from Jiocare. I don't want to continue any association with Jio. Would seek a reply in consumer court. @_MukeshAmbani . A complaint lodged on 6th July is yet not being resolved.

    Engineer came for 4 minutes but solved the problem he said to call customer again and tell them about problem @JioCare @reliancejio . Completely poor service from the engineer

    @JioCare @reliancejio Have been trying to speak to your customer care executive since morning in regards to reinstallation request of Jio Fibre connection which has been cancelled as per scheduled date but not reinstalled today as was scheduled. Pls arrange a call back
