    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFibreCare Extremely poor JioFiber service in Kokar, Ranchi. Internet issues every 2nd day and delayed technician support. We run a library + office and work stops due to repeated outages.Please resolve JioFixedVoice+91-6513173582

    @JioCare Details have been shared via DM as requested. The outage remains unresolved despite repeated follow-up, and there has been no concrete update. This prolonged service disruption is unacceptable. Kindly resolve on priority and confirm restoration ETA immediately

    @JioCare It’s been more than 20–25 days and I’ve continuously raised complaints regarding the poor network service. The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?

    @reliancejio @vodafone @VodafoneGroup If Airtel provides service, then you are not able to provide,you all taking same price. If you are unable to provide the service, then you have to give a refund to all.
