    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    I emailed JioCare on 13-Aug at 10:42 PM. Since then, no response, complaint number, or resolution. I've also tried the customer-care numbers, but the IVR says the order is under installation and disconnects.

    @JioCare Service request ID - SR00002NIM06 My Jio AirFiber connection was installed around one and a half years ago. Due to water entering the fiber cable, the connection gets disrupted repeatedly. Similar issues have occurred once or twice earlier as well; 1/3

    Hello @JioCare @jio_fiber what pathetic service you provide I have booked for Jio fiber services on Aug 20 and I was given Aug 21 2:00 PM for engineer visit for installation. Didn't receive any call and without any intimation they rescheduled it for tomorrow.

    @reliancejio I’ve been struggling with international roaming for days, even following every step your representatives suggested, nothing works. Why offer international roaming if you can’t support customers overseas? This is very frustrating. Please fix this. @reliancejio @reliancejio
