    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @_MukeshAmbani, @reliancejio @JioCare This is my adress :- R-13, Aros, life republic Building B, Jambi, Pune, Maharashtra, Very poor Network 🛜 connection, No signal, no call, no internet at my House. No Tower near by me, please check and solve the problem as soon as possible.

    Dear @JioCare, I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have been trying to permanently disconnect my Jio AirFiber connection, but there is no proper option available to do so. I have already emailed JioCare regarding this issue, yet no action has been taken. 1/2

    @JioCare I have been facing internet issue since many months . Even after that I am paying post paid bill every month. jio care number never connect, Jio App doesn't respond. Now I want to port my number to @airtelindia. I need to wait for 48 hours to port. why?

    @JioCare I have shared the screenshot containing my Jio Fiber ID and registered mobile number via DM. Kindly check it and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Also, please clarify why this problem keeps occurring repeatedly. I expect a permanent resolution instead of temporary fixes.

    Hey @reliancejio just check the number of complaints i have registered in past 2 weeks and every complaint took almost 2 days each time.. that means out of past 2 weeks almost 7-8 days internet was not working.. we live in metro not in some remote area where your engineer take..
