    @ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    No internet for the 3rd day in 1 month @reliancejio @JioCare. They take complains and technician reach after 12 hours. #WFH is badly affected due to @JioCare . This is how they are going #bad to #worse in service!!! Need to get this fixed asap else I am changing provider !!

    @JioCare Jii-7908101612 Alt- 8906946089 I am facing this issue from last 2-3 years, and your Customer care executive has a ready reply that "This is a temporary problem, it will continue for some more days only, we are working in your area,please keep patience" now do something .

    @reliancejio @JioCare your service is appalling. 24 hours +++ but still no service. Or the technician comes for 5, disappears never to come back. Beginning to wonder if other services are the same as #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service for jio fiber. U have given option of mobikwik wallet for recharge and I gone along for my jiofiber recharge and stucked my amount in mobikwik wallet as recharge is not completed due to technical error. For past 2 days I'm suffering.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber internet connection is not in a working state at my place and my lodged complaint is about to exceed given 24 hrs time frame. I have re-lodged the complaint and now need to wait for more 24hrs(Total 48 hrs). How am I going to work from home?

    @JioCare It's already reaching 72 hours more than your TAT which I heard from your call center and same you do now.. just making fool with allow some time robot lines provide me resolution I shared all my concern with u over call

    @JioCare for last 2 days my Jio fiber internet service is down. Spoke to customer care thrice but they are only scheduling time for engineer visit but no one is turning around...@JioCare...please resolve the issue at earliest...understand that today how important is internet..

    @JioCare Still i am getting the run around in DM. I am not sure why you are not at all concerned about fixing issues ?? @ConsumerCourt_ please see if you can help or let me know the legal process of filing a complaint against this.
